I woke up pretty early today for a reason unknown to me. Is it my pregnancy that is changing me for the better or for the worse? I go inside the bathroom and I brush my teeth. I pick up the brush and I did my hair.

I made my way downstairs and I was expecting to be the only one awake but,I wasn't I can hear the sound of the tv on and also the voices of my brothers I made my way to the kitchen I was hungry so I made myself 3 sandwiches for myself. I ate all of them very fast. But I knew this wouldn't fill me up I want more.

I go and grab a yogurt and I didn't waste no time I didn't use a spoon I just drank it like it was juice. When I was done I threw it away and I made my way towards the living room. I see Samantha sitting down one on of the couches with her baby and I see her mate sitting next to my brothers.

They were communicating with each other"rose you're up so early?" Said Samantha I gave her a small smile "yeah I couldn't sleep well last night." I said and she looks at me in a concern way"let's go see the doctor again." She was about to stand up but I shook my head.

"No I'm all alright Samantha I will survive." She slowly nods. She was about to speaks when we all heard the sound of a bang I stood up and I walked towards the noise To see Alaric covered in blood. I immediately run to him.

And I cup his face "Alaric what happened?" I said he looks at me and shakes his head he pulls away from me and walk upstairs. I turn my head to Samantha and she just shook her head. I made my way upstairs and I go to his room. He was in the process of taking his shirt off but he was struggling because of his wounds.

"Here let me help." I go up to him and he sits down I take it off and I see all of the scratches he had on his body. I touch it and he wince I pull away."I'm sorry,what happened Alaric?" He stands up and I back away from him."nothing that doesn't concern you." He walks to the bathroom and I run to the door before he closed it.

"Alaric what the fuck is your problem? Don't you understand that you're hurting me?what have I done to you?" I yell at him he keeps his back face to me "I will not be living here if I don't feel loved why are you cruel and heartless." I said as tears came out.

I'm having his child but he doesn't even care that his own mate is crying."rose did I ever said I needed a mate or even wanted one?" I look at him as he continues to talk."you're weak and this was all of a mistake but you cannot leave this household." I clench my hand.

"Why? Huh you think that I need your permission to leave and never come back? Well your wrong because me and my brothers will be leaving tonight."I said to him and I walk out the room I feel him bring the both of us down to the bed. He pins both of my arms.

And I start to thrash I look at him with hatred in my eyes."I don't think you understand my little love I have many enemies that will do anything to kill me,I will not risk you getting hurt." I chuckle and I look away from him."tch Alaric you are the worst mate you know that right you need to let me go!"

He shook his head and he tightens his hold on me "I'm not going to let you go until I'm sure you will not be leaving me." I look at him and I hiss"you're hurting me Alaric." I said as the tears came out I feel his nails dig through my skin and I let out a cry of pain.

He snaps out of it and he lets me go "I'm sorry." He said. I look at my wrist to see blood was coming out. I feel the sparks of my mate grabbing my hands and he starts to lick my wrist I was pulling my hand away. But he reach for them again And kiss it.

He lets them go and I see my cuts were not there no more."a mate is the only person that can heal your wound." He said and I nod while looking away."I'm sorry." I stood up from the bed and without looking back at him I said"I'm sorry for being your mate."

And I walk away I made my way towards the door and I walk out I go straight to the woods and I sat down on a rock I look around it was peaceful and quiet the only sound you can hear was the birds chirping the animals running. And also the sound of humans?

I stood up and I follow the smell of them I stop and I look at the pair of humans sitting down while eating the food that was inside the bag. I roll my eyes why did they come so far away from the human territory. I was about to walk away when the girl scream I turn around to see the man looking at her.

"Babe omg your bleeding." I look at the sight of blood I gasp as I saw the dark red blood coming out of her arm. I hold on to the tree as I felt my fangs and nails coming out. My breathing was all over the place. "I be right back I'm going to the car." She nods and I watch as she was  all alone.

I growl out and the woman looks around the woods "who's there?" She ask I smirk in a flash I pin her on the floor and she gasps for air. I stare at her frighten eyes and I bit her on the neck. She lets out a ear piercing scream. And it made me bite her harder.

She starts to thrash but she stops moving I pull away and I look at her she is dead. I-I kill her? I stood up from the floor and I notice the blood on my hands I wipe it down on my pants and I made my escape towards the house. I killed a human being.

I open the door and I slam it "Rose?" I look at  Alaric and I look down at the ground I felt so dizzy. I past by him to see my brothers." Mark...... Ashton" I said as I once again fainted. But by the familiar sparks I felt it wasn't my brother that catch me it was Alaric.
