Backstory:
After he was completely restored by Chlara, he wanted to destroy Herbie first, but Chlara convinced him otherwise. The two had gone through thick and thin together when they were fighting crime or racing. She is one of the few people who are able to understand him and Herbie, since she is quite good at piecing hints and other things together. The two have a solid friendship since, and care about each other.
