What is this "123" thing doing in my diary?

I swear if it's my little brother again, i'm gonna tell my parents! They always say "let him play on your laptop" and BAM! here he posts this random chapter in the diary! Sorry for that spam guys.

Anyways uuuuuh...NEW INFO! Recently I've contacted with a person by the name of..Well i ain't tellin you of course(It would destroy his privacy to the point of the information leak).

All I can say he's been a great help with learning about this phenomenon of "Huncwot Światła". He like me,actually remembers it! Yeah. It turns out I ain't a crazy man after all! Most of info will not be said here. Most of things he said were more "private" experiences with the tv channel I'm investigating. However I can tell you some info I actually know and can actually tell without destroying my helper's privacy. Keep in mind these are mostly rumors and there have yet to be screenshots or audio recordings of such events happening.

Huncwot Światła was apparently rumored to be an old radio station back in the 70's. Although It's highly rumored and there has yet to be proof of existing,there's still some chance.

Secondly there was apparently a screenshot posted in some social media website. Not sure which tho,but if I had to guess it would be uploaded on more obscurer social media website since there have yet to be any claim of screenshot existance. My helper actually said he tried using websites that can help you see old versions of websites and their codes. He tried searching up "Huncwot Światła". Sadly he has yet to find any article/website of it.

Ok so we have some more info. Let's try looking at it logically:

RUMORED 1970's-First ,,Huncwot Światła'' media related content was not a tv station but a radio station[Which is weird cause according to what I know, back in the 70's there were around 2 polish radio stations. This would mean there was also a third one.]

1990's-Magazine talks about prototype of the tv station known as "Urwis Światła''.

2006(Summer time)-I discover Huncwot Światła for the first time.

2011-Internet users talk about their experience with the tv station.

So chronoligically where would the "screenshot" first be posted? Seeing as we have 2017 and no one remember this tv station I would guess it would be between mid to early 2000's. Seeing as some users started to remember it in 2011.
