FOUND THIS THING IN MY MAILBOX YET AGAIN.NOW IT'S BUNCH OF X'S AND N'S I THINK

I think there's a skull in the middle of drawing

 I tried using my equipment and somehow I found NO FINGERPRINTS

yeah no fingerprints as if ghost or a machine did it

There's no trace of who did it
