Here is a list of rules and regulations that applies to each member of the club. If you spot any mistakes, loopholes, have a question, a suggestion, or unhappy with what there is, please do tell us in the comment section.

For the administration:

The administration is responsible for managing the account (such as replying to comments and messages or editing the profile), tending to the books (such as writing down the articles or correcting mistakes in them), and making sure that everything is going smoothly and accordingly.

The administration has the right to do the following to the staff members: fire them, punish them, discard or order them to repeat their services, and tell them what or what not to do. (This is, of course, only concerning inside the club. This doesn't apply anywhere else.)

They also have the right to turn down a request for a place in the staff, and change the rules. Basically, they control everything around here.

Before making a major move, one co-owner has to make sure that the other co-owner approves. Things can ONLY be done as long as BOTH of the admins agree to it.

If fighting or arguments arise within the club, the admins are responsible for taking care of it.

The administration is STRICTLY forbidden from revealing the password of the account to ANYONE.

For the staff:

Critics:

A critic is expected to write a moderately long, grammatically decent, and honest critique, that follows our critiquing code ("Info. Corner" ~ Tips on Critiquing).

Within TWO WEEKS of being notified by the administration to write a review, the critic must have already read the assigned book and have a completed review. If this fails to happen, you shall receive a strike. (Note: three strikes - you're out.)

If you have a reason as to why you cannot do so (such as tests, family problems, traveling, etc.) then you shall be excused. HOWEVER, you can only do so a maximum of every other time an article is due. (That's the MAXIMUM. If I find you to be using this to your advantage and always doing this, then I will take matter into my own hands and you may receive a strike or even get fired.)

A critic is free to resign or take a break from the club at any time. (However, once you quit, you may NOT come back unless we have an open place at the staff.)

(Another note: if I notice you being cunning in ways: such as always deciding to take a break whenever a new critique is due, like I said earlier, I WILL take matter into my own hands.)

Fanfic recomender:

The recommender is expected to always decide on a book for us to review as soon as the article for the last one has been completed or whenever she is requested by the administration to do so. It could be any sort of Pokémon Fanfic, although the chosen ones should be a mix of popular and not-so-popular ones.

Also, the recommender is forbidden to choose fanfics of her own or from the other memers of the club, unless gotted special permission from the administrations. 

The recommender is free to resign at any time, however, may NOT take breaks.

The followers:

A follower isn't actually part of the club, but is just a fan of ours and read our reviews. You don't have much rules: just don't spam, don't ask us to review your book, and be respectful. Failure to do so will result in the club either warning you, blocking you or even reporting you depending on how severe the action is.
