All right, I decided on who our assistant will be... Because she's been with us for a very long time, always dutifully finishes her assignments and knows many details about the GRA, our new assistant will be... *drumroll*

Grenineon !!

I will trust her responsibility to help Shinju and I manage the Gotta Read Em All :) Though it's a great pity to lose her as a critic, I hope she'll do even better as assistant!

Here's a quick reminder on what you're expected to go with, Grenkins:

- Check on the account every few days for notifications and messages; if any message/comment we receive is, you feel, important, then alert me (Ivy) about it quickly. If it's not really big, just something like a follower saying "nice review!", then be sure to always leave a reply thanking them :) Be friendly to our followers and fans; they're huge supports to us and we appreciate them a lot. Similarly, if anyone asks a question about the club, then respond if you know the answer. If you don't, then, again, just contact me!

- Leave frequent reminders on the group chat about upcoming dates/events. Have you noticed how I'm always saying "remember, reviews due in one week!" and things like that? Well, if I miss out on doing it, then you should fill up my place and do it for me ^.^ it's actually oddly fun, lol

- Sometimes, you'll be asked to help me in writing an info. Corner update or even a review. You have to be available to do this at all times! (Unless you're on a break, of course).

- If you catch any member breaking a rule, remember that now you're an authority figure in this club, so you do have the power to stop them, give them a strike, and of course tell me about it.

- Manage the chat. Not much to do, just make sure people don't spam and no trouble comes up is all.

- Finally, treat everyone with respect and fairness and act your job with enthusiasm. Don't offer certain mementos advantage because you're closer to them. Again, you're an authority figure, so you're partially representing the club. You always want to encourage our members, offer them advice if you think they need some, and maintain a hard-working and happy mood when it comes to the GRA. Participate in all sorts of ways like being active on the group chat, voicing your suggestions, and things such as that.
