Kat (Sheare) is a regular critic for the GRA. She joined Wattpad in 2014 and has actively been a part of the Pokémon community here ever since. She is also an avid writer and was an award-winning author for the 2016 Pokémon Watties for Velvet Crescent, which won first place in the romance category, and Heart Strings, which won fourth place in the one-shot category. In 2015, her book Nights Without Arceus placed third in the miscellaneous category. Kat typically enjoys writing drama and hopes Pokémon Fanfic writers will consider writing Pokéfics with mature themes in the later future. Besides being a critic and writer, Kat is also a softball player, a total fitness-lover, a digital artist, and is interested in pursuing a career as a corporate lawyer or a politician.

Regarding Kat's review style, she is exceptionally critical. She is more focused on finding the little weaknesses of a book over its strengths. She believes that being honest and blunt is the key to providing proper feedback rather than sugarcoating as that does not truly benefit the writer. Kat is also very picky about a book's literary structure, characterization, and overall plot originality.
