[Back on Earth, the Quinjet arrives at the upstate New York Avengers HQ while Col. James "Rhodey" Rhodes deals with the red tape in the holographic person of Secretary of State Thaddeus Ross (Lt. Gen., USA Ret.).]

Secretary Ross: Still no word from Vision?

"What is he doing there?" Bruce looked horrified to see Ross. But before someone answer, the scene continued.

James Rhodes: Satellites lost him somewhere over Edinburgh.

Secretary Ross: On a stolen Quinjet with four of the world's most wanted criminals.

Some major number of Glares.

James Rhodes: You know they're only criminals because you've chosen to call them that, right, sir?

"Is he talking about you all?" Thor asked point to Rouge Avengers. Got a Sharp nod from Sam.

Secretary Ross: My God, Rhodes, your talent for horseshit rivals my own.

James Rhodes: If it weren't for those Accords, Vision would've been right here.

Secretary Ross: I remember your signature on those papers, Colonel.

James Rhodes: [Sounding a little bitter] That's right. And I'm pretty sure I've paid for that. [We get a good look at his leg braces]

Secretary Ross: You have second thoughts?

"You better be" Murmured Rhody.

James Rhodes: Not anymore.

[The fugitive Avengers enter the room, Vision supported by Sam.]

"Well done Rhodey!" Tony Exclaimed loudly before he caught himself, and this bridge the gap of civil war in some ways.

Steve Rogers: Mr. Secretary.

Secretary Ross: You got some nerve. I'll give you that.

Natasha Romanoff: You could use some of that right now.

Secretary Ross: The world's on fire. And you think, all is forgiven?

Steve Rogers: I'm not looking for forgiveness. And I'm way past asking for permission. Earth just lost her best defender. So we're here to fight. [Steve takes a step forward, looking right at Ross] And if you wanna stand in our way... we'll fight you, too.

Secretary Ross: [To Rhodes] Arrest them.

"Is he Mental!?" Scott asked rhetorically.

"Pretty Sure, He is." Fury said.

James Rhodes: All over it. [Swipes off hologram; the computer beeps twice] That's a court-martial. It's great to see you, Cap.

Steve Rogers: [Hugging Rhodes] You too, Rhodey. [Natasha gets her own embrace.]

James Rhodes: Well. You guys really look like crap. Must've been a rough couple of years.

"No we were on the Bahamas, enjoying vacation for this few years." Sam counters sarcastically.

"Sorry..." Rhodey said embarrassed.

Sam Wilson: Yeah, well, the hotels weren't exactly five star.

Bruce Banner: Uh, I think you look great. [Rhodes and Natasha long round to see Bruce walking in from the opposite end of the room.] Uh... heh... Yeah. I'm back.

"Way to go, Jolly Green" Tony said, trying to stuffup his laughter.

Natasha Romanoff: Hi, Bruce.

Bruce Banner: Nat.

Sam Wilson: [Whispering] This is awkward.

This gets a glare from Natasha to Sam, which made Sam response with "What!! It really IS."

[Cut to a shot of Natasha, Bruce, Steve, Rhodey, Wanda, and Vision in another room.]

James Rhodes: So we gotta assume they're coming back, right?

Wanda Maximoff: And they can clearly find us.

Bruce Banner: We need all hands on deck. Where's Clint?

"Yeah guys, Where's Clint?" Clint asked his teammates.

Natasha Romanoff: After the whole Accords situation, he and Scott took a deal. It was too tough on their families, they're on house arrest.

"So.. let me conclude. Four 'Most Wanted' 'Criminals' are allowed to steal a Quinjet, Capture an 'Governmental Building', Pissoff a General Secretary/Dictator because Earth is in Danger. But Clint isn't allowed to Join and breakout of House Arrest!?" Clint ranted, feeling grateful but betrayed that, even if they needed everyone for fight they think of his family but betrayed that they didn't think that they all were also his family.

"Clint, You Retired. You have a family to look after, not risk your Life in a battle." Natasha answered.

"Oh. Well only way I know to look after my family is to shoot on anything which threatens my family with an Arrow. And if this future shows anything true, then my family is definitely threatened." Clint Countered.

"It'll be okay, we all will never let anything bad happen to Mrs Barton and your kids." Steve reassured.

"Oh. You think that's all of my family" Clint said silently and sadly. "But I'm not talking about them. I'm Talking about You guys! You guys are part of my Family!"

There was Silence from everyone, Avengers in a Slight Shock and Other to give them some time.

"Nat, You know, I love all of you equal to my Children, You know You were there all the time, everything we been through together! So You tell me how do you want me to sit around and have you all fight a Madman with risk of your Life and I am not there to Insure Myself that you all are Alright!" Clint pleaded. On the edge to breakdown while his mind give every possible way this could end badly for his family.

There was no response, Just Everyone sitting there seeing an Inflapable Archer/Assassin on edge, trying to see a Normal human worried about his friends and family of God and Superheros. Even Those who don't know him can deduce it isn't Normal behaviour for the Archer. As the Debate comes to a Silence which from Strange's perspective seems the end as both side didn't have any argument to be made, Clint's outburst was justified but as well as Avengers.

Bruce Banner: Who's Scott?

Steve Rogers: Ant-Man.

Bruce Banner: There's an Ant-Man and a Spider-Man? Okay, look... Thanos has the biggest army in the universe. And he is not gonna stop until he... he gets... Vision's Stone.

Natasha Romanoff: Well then, we have to protect it.

Vision: No, we have to destroy it. I've been giving a good deal of thought to this entity in my head, about its nature. But also, its composition. I think if it were exposed to a sufficiently powerful energy source, something, very similar to its own signature, perhaps... its molecular integrity could fail. [Vision addresses Wanda as he nears her.]

Wanda had her mouth open and wide eyes fixed at screen, not believing the words of the Vision on the screen and hoping other Wanda would counter it.

Wanda Maximoff: And you, with it. We're not having this conversation.

Vision: Eliminating the stone is the only way to be certain that Thanos can't get it.

Some members there agreed but didn't dare to say out loud, they dreadful curse themselves for even agreeing but it was certainly the Last arrangement which could help them.

Wanda Maximoff: That's too high a price.

Vision: [Takes her face gently in both hands] Only you have the power to pay it. [Wanda walks away, distressed] Thanos threatens half the Universe. One life cannot stand in the way of defeating him.

"But it should" Responded the Core Avengers with conviction. Strange had a nagging feeling, as if his subconscious was connecting imaginary dots he can't see.

Steve Rogers: [Eyes diverted down] But it should. [Looks up at Vision] We don't trade lives, Vision.

"Says the man, who just did that" Sam asked, trying to uplift the dull mood. He partially succeeded as most had half smiles on their faces.

Vision: [Walking toward Steve] Captain, 70 years ago, you laid down your life to save how many millions of people. Tell me, why is this any different?

[Steve takes a breath, but before he has a chance to answer, Bruce speaks.]

Bruce Banner: Because you might have a choice. Your mind is made up of a complex construct of overlays. J.A.R.V.I.S., Ultron, Tony, me, the Stone. All of them mixed together. All of them learning from one another.

"So.. There is a way to save Vision" Wanda asked Hopefully to Tony, who after some thought give a slow but determined nod.

Wanda and many others smiled in relief.

Wanda Maximoff: You're saying Vision isn't just the stone?

Bruce Banner: I'm saying that if we take out the stone, there's still a whole lot of Vision left. Perhaps the best parts.

Natasha Romanoff: Can we do that?

"I- I can't." Bruce said with his head down.

"But with me there, we can." Tony said as he patted Bruce's shoulder. "After all this, one of the first thing is to get that stone out of Vision's Forehead."

This got many determined nods. Thor silently promised himself to protect his people. As if reading his thought a voice came.

"Don't worry Asgardian, You would have my help in Thanos's first Ambush." Carol said. This got everyone's attention, and a reminder of start of the 'Movie'.

"And Ours Too." Quill called out. With other Guardians nodding in support. Thor seemed a bit relaxed as he thanked Everyone.

"I'll tip of some of Sorcerers in that sector of galaxy for rescuing civilians away from fight and on a safe planet." Strange said, Thor seems as if another heavy weight was lifted of this shoulders. He thanked Strange, Carol and Guardians Profoundly.

Bruce Banner: Not me. Not here.

James Rhodes: You better find someone, and somewhere fast. Ross isn't exactly just gonna let you guys have your old rooms back.

Many Sour Faces at that name.

Steve Rogers: I know somewhere.

"Are you thinking of the place I think you are thinking of, Captain. Or are you thinking of a Place which is not the place I think you are thinking and is a different place." Shuri said with the speed of Bullet Train while smirking. T'challa facepalmed.

Steve paused for a minute, repeating the line trying to make sense, when he thought he got the sentence correct, he nodded hesitately.

At some muffled Snorts and Laughter he looked around and complained. "Oh Come Onnn..."

This just got Steve's friends to laugh openly.

"You go- got him go- good, kid. I think I like you." Tony said to Shuri. Who seemed to be conflicted between to look pleased at compliment from a World renowned Genius and Annoyed that complement come from someone she sees as her opponent in Technological Race.

[Cut to rural Wakanda, as King T'Challa and Okoye walk together, accompanied by two Kingsguard. Screen title: WAKANDA.]

Okoye: You'll have the Kingsguard, and the Dora Milaje have been alerted.

T'Challa: And the Border Tribe?

Okoye: Those that are left.

"What does that mean?" Maria asked. Thinking the Response had some story in it.

Shuri and T'challa shifted uncomfortably. Shuri seemed somewhat anxious and T'challa had a Emotionless mask. If her institutions are correct story is a Major and Important one but Bad one on that, so she didn't push for more information.

T'Challa: Send word to the Jabari as well. M'Baku likes a good fight.

Okoye: And what of this one?

T'Challa: This one may be tired of war. [James "Bucky" Buchanan Barnes is seen at a small distance throwing a bag from a pile on the ground onto a partly-filled cart, while two village children watch] But the White Wolf has rested long enough.

"Jesus" Peter said with conviction then looked around to see most had confused look at his comment, Bucky looked Offended thinking the Kid was commenting if he looked hideous, and Sam looked pleased for the same reason. Guardians save Quill were thinking it's the Persons name. Only one who got his meaning beside Stark, who seem to be trying to maintain fake confusion and Failing, seems to be a African Girl sitting beside who he knew was the Cat-man or Black-Cat or something from the fight in Germany.

Not knowing how to respond, he grinned. Her response was also a smirk and invitation of high-five, which he gladly accepted. And both burst out laughing.

"Wh-What do you mean?" Bucky asked even more confused at Both Teens Behaviour.

"Well obviously, It means you look like Jesus." Shuri said it as if it's the most common thing. As an Afterthought, she added. "From an Old Movie."
(A/N: I seriously don't know the Movie.)

This got some laughs from those who had seen the movie and odd look from others.

"Hello, I am Peter" Peter Introduce himself.

"Yeah, they mentioned it." Shuri teased, while pointing at Tony and Clint. At Peter's scandalous look she took it to another notch and said "by the way, My name is Shuri, I am the Princess of Wakanda"

This got Peter to stop breathing for some seconds and regain his mind in control. And with wide-eyes and a look full of fear he started stammering an apology with as much courtesy he could come up with.

Shuri first tried to control her Laughter but soon she gave in and laughed, which resulted in a sudden stop in Peter's apology mid-sentence. After she told him it's okay and she was just messing with him and he regained his leftover dignity and embarrassment, they took their seats.

While this was happening, most were trying to control their laughter, San, Fury. who just raised her eyebrow.

[The party reaches Bucky. A Kingsguard sets an elaborate and high-tech-looking equipment case down on the cart, opens the lid, and steps back. As the Winter Soldier approaches, he sees a new Vibranium arm in the case.]

Bucky Barnes: [With resignation] Where's the fight?

T'Challa: On its way.
