[ CONNECTION RECORDED ]
Consequent to receiving the command of higher ups of an urgent shift in mission, the sector was heeding promptly. Distress alerts were detected from one of Primary Research Facilities of an unknown and unauthorized activation. Upon further inspection, the distress signals were not from a licensed subject nor were they assigned from an operating colony ;
These were signals from a restricted colony on Planet 4546B.
A Message received various activities on the restrictive zones. Our sector was debating the possibility of someone being on that planet. Planet 4546B was a research colony from Era███, and due to the unfortunate failed accidents from Primary Research Facilities - this planet, till this diurnal, is off limits to any personal or unauthorized organisms.
Any individuals who delegated contact with Planet 4546B - is to be terminated instantly.
However, the hypothesis of our bureaucracy has been proven wrong. There was, indeed, something stranded on that colony.
Planet 4546B has been contaminated under heavy ██████-plague, and a matter considering if something is residing on this planet, or let alone, trying to affiliate with the abandoned bases left on that planet - is a concern of illegal break-ins of restrictive zones.
Thus, a request to assign a satellite-aided search and a rescue initiative above the planet's exosphere was initiated for further inspection. The Exosphere is the closest yet the safest distance we could dock our ship without being provoked to the plague of Planet 4546B.
As a Third Commandant from LEOSAR and an upper captain of our unite - the instruction to gain more information on the unknown signal from the restrictive planet was instructed at once.
However, the results were not one of our calculated expectation ;
Upon gaining access to recorded footage from the automated bases left on Planet 4546B, we approached a series of surveillance footage of the culprit:
A four-limbed specimen with what seems to be of a slim figure yet oddly (your-weight) anatomy was spotted in several footages. Archiving other surveillance footage, each frame provided a closer inspection to the creature. Two optical organs of (eye-color) hue seamed often protected behind a set of spectacles familiarly how their skin is protected by, what seems to be, a reinforced dive suit.
Sending the results of our research to the International Regulations from treaty-based, an alarm has erupted;
The Incongruous' specimen was: subtribe Hominina - Homo sapien
It was beyond my calculation how a Terran "Human" from approximately 2,900 light-years found its way to constellation Cygnus. But our commission has found enough evidence to confirm their theory about this human possessing highly advanced technology to survive that long. The reports from agents #██ present us that their reinforced suits and technology barry heavily armored fibers.
|Confirmation notes: Humans technology have advanced greatly from the last period we observed them.
|A Warrant Has Been Issued: This human specimen must've been infected with the plague upon their first arrival to Planet 4546B, although no valid evidence of any physical infection was shown in the surveillance footage.
|Threat Level: Chrysocolla
| Cosmopolitan Law of our home-planet V1331-Cygni demands an immediate arrest and for the Human specimen to be preserved within Special Containment Procedures.
Luckily, we've been monitoring the Terran's activity, and seeming from my previous experience with terrestrial organisms - This specimen is no deficient animal if it survived this long. From the latest observation, the (skin-colored) specimen seems to be completing their vehicle to escape.
This Human must be inspected.

⦁ [ END OF COMMUNICATION ]
And as the commander closed his PDA, his harsh eyes coursed to the digital panels in front of him. The screen exposed Planet 4546B's surface: the vast oceans of deep cyan colors stretched endlessly and wrapped the planet's entire crust with water and merciless waves.
He remembers the planet back when he was assigned to it, his memory is photographic and every mission he had was stored in his brain with utmost perfection. But that didn't matter to him - Planet 4546B was a failed colony and was abandoned upon settling a restrictive order to forsake its bases. This planet hasn't been touched by his kind for 1500 sols.
And yet, a tiny Human came.
It would be a lie to say that Commander Caret-57A wasn't intrigued by that creature. From the moment he was provided with footage of the (hair-colored) Human, he made sure to keep his optics on... it. He studied each movement and each reaction the Terran displayed. The way they moved with a swift motion, the way each muscle stood in alert, and the way their (eye-color) Oculus' widen with perception once they realized they've been monitored by abandoned technology.
Commander Caret-57A is not just a captain of his unite - but a specialized soldier and a respected ethologist. When he sees an equally intelligent specimen, he knows his work would require additional efforts. And it seems this Terran Human was his new challenge.
| "Waring: Rogue space shuttle activated on 4546B.
| Estimated speed: <3,500_MPH>
| The projectile will leave the atmosphere in: <150_seconds>"
"Prepare for moving, this specimen must be stopped before it reaches outer space." - following Commander Caret-57A's command, each step his soldiers took were precise and calculated. After all, their initial plan was to wait for the Human specimen to leave the planet themselves only to collide with their arrest.
And, as one may guess, for the 8 feet tall soldiers it was no issue to stop the terrestrial shuttle. The human-built spaceship came to a swift halt the moment the Gravitational Force Field caught it - prohibiting the vehicle from moving beyond the stratosphere.
They succeeded in circling the Human's transport.
Commander Caret-57A opened the space shaft of his ship, an interpreter device in his hand activated as he scanned the open stratosphere. The violent cold air screeched and His soldiers kept their weapons steady, commanding flying pods to surrender the Terran's vehicle. However the moment the Primary base ship came in view, loud thuds were emitted before the space shaft of the Human's Ship was wrecked open;
Caret-57A saw The (skin-color) Human stepping out, wrecking their own shaft door violently, still clenching into the vehicle as they tried to not be blown out by the violent wind.
At first, The human hurriedly looked around, their face is hidden behind their extravehicular visors, however, the moment their face was directed to Commander Caret-57A, they snatched their helmet, revealing their face fully.
Their own (skin-color) face matched with horror.
"[Human specimen of Planet Terra - you have been surrendered by Precursor Unit of Sector DARIAT. You are under arrest for violating the law of a Cosmopolitan order of V1331-Cygni. Your arrival has been monitored and proven hostile against our authority.]" - Commander spoke into the interpreter hoping it translated into an eligible human language that this specimen understood "[Surrender and your apprehension will not be faced by missiles.]"
But the Human understood everything clearly, and Caret-57A saw that plainly in their aghast expression of utter shock and horror. It was the closest the Captain saw their (eye-color) optics, their petit form smaller than it was anticipated and their eyes wider than usual. He knew that face in animals being a face of fear and helplessness.
"[Your arrival to this Planet was a mistake, and so was your survival.]"
