Guys I do apologize for not updating this book in awhile! but don't worry, I'm going to put some more focus on this. Anyways already pre-planned this chapter so hope ya like it^^

Gamora, Mantis and Wanda began walking away from the little structure that stood in the middle of nowhere. It was quiet. Dead quiet. They had been walking for hours and they didn't seem to be getting anywhere. 

"How much longer? whined Wanda. Gamora gave her an annoyed look. Wanda had kept asking almost every five minutes. 

"She is like a child," thought Gamora. Mantis seemed to be out of breath and began panting like a dog. Gamora shook her head. She walked forward and as if by magic a little forest came into view. The others saw the forest and walked into the mass of trees. It felt cool and damp. The smell of pine filled the air. 

"Ah, what a nice smell." Mantis sighed with relief. Gamora kept moving and Wanda followed right beside her. 

"So," spoke Gamora. Wanda directed her attention towards her. 

"What abilities do you have?" questioned Gamora, "You seem gifted." Wanda paused for a moment. Wanda didn't want to tell for she might worry the others. She didn't want to scare them off. 

She reluctantly answered, "I can move objects with my mind. I can make you see your darkest fear...also I found out recently that I can destroy an infinity stone." Gamora stopped suddenly in her tracks. Mantis gawked at what Wanda had just said. Gamora was the first to comment. 

"You can destroy an infinity stone?!" asked Gamora. Wanda could tell that she had brought hope into the lady's eyes. Gamora was staring her down with curiosity now and Mantis stood there wide eyed. 

"Yes, vell," said Wanda quietly. Mantis walked forward towards Wanda. 

"If you can destroy infinity stones than how did Thanos succeed?" asked Mantis, "Which stone did you destroy?" Wanda lowered her head. The memory of  her killing Vision flashed in her head then Thanos reversing time. 

"If it veren't for zeat god damn time stone," thought Wanda angrily. Gamora snapped Wanda back into consciousness. 

"Hey you zoned out." Gamora said with annoyance. Mantis touched Wanda's shoulder and began using her empath powers. 

"You are feeling, sadness, anger." Mantis stated. "And....loss." Wanda was surprised to hear her emotions spoken out. Wanda felt something hit her skin. It was her own tears. Wanda didn't know she was crying. Gamora's expression softened into a worried one. 

Wanda wiped her face and spoke, "I don't vant to tok about it." A rustle came from the bushes that were near the trees. The trio were on high alert now. Gamora pulled her Godslayer, Mantis put her fists up, and Wanda relaxed, no red wisps were coming from her hands. 

The noise came louder and louder until a figure appeared out of the bushes. He was holding a gun and he aimed the gun at Gamora then Mantis. 

"Put your hands up!" yelled the man. Wanda smiled. 

"Hi Bucky." she said with cheeriness. Bucky noticed her and smiled. 

"Oh hey Wanda." he answered as he pointed his gun at Gamora. Gamora seemed annoyed now. 

"You know this man?" she spat with annoyance. Wanda nodded. 

"A friend." Bucky lowered his gun. Mantis walked up to the man in curiosity. Bucky staggered back a little at her approach. Wanda was the first to speak. 

"How in ze wourld did yu find us?" asked Wanda. Bucky lifted his head high. 

"You guys are like the loudest thing in this forest." he said. Gamora rolled her eyes and had clearly lost interest in the conversation. Mantis decided to continue the conversation unlike Wanda and Gamora who both agreed that they needed to keep moving. 

Bucky followed behind Wanda and Gamora. Mantis walked beside Bucky trying to start a conversation. She opened her mouth but didn't know what to say. Bucky was the first to speak. 

Bucky whispered to Mantis, "Since when did they become BFFs?" Mantis heard him and lowered her voice. 

"What are BFFs?" she whispered back. 

"It means best friends forever." he rasped. 

Mantis then answered his question, "They aren't really good friends, we don't know Wanda well. Just from the way she talks to Gamora, I think she is trying to get Gamora's respect." 

"So, like hierarchy sisters over there?" 

"Hierarchy sisters? I guess that is one way to put it. Wanda is someone full a fiery spirit I can already tell." 

"Tell me about it. I played poker against her once. She lost and kept asking for a rematch."

"So, did you give her a rematch Bucky?"

"Yes, eventually, she really doesn't cope well with losing. She's so stubborn."

"I see then, that may explain her bitterness when, she speaks of how she got here."

"By the way I didn't catch your name."

"Oh I'm Mantis." 

"Nice to meet you." The little group had made their way out of the forest only to see many hills. Gamora let out a frustrated sigh. Wanda stomped her foot in anger. Bucky shook his head. It was going to be a long night to travel the terrain ahead of them. 

Bucky asked softly, "Wanda you can fly right?" Wanda turned her head to respond to him. 

"Yeah but I can't carry this many people." Mantis talked to Gamora. 

Heimdall, Spiderman, and Doctor Strange, had been walking for for a long time. There were no trees and the hills seemed to becoming shallow. Doctor Strange tried to clear his mind. 

"Where are we?" he thought, "Where do we need to-"  His thoughts were silenced by Spiderman. 

"Hey Doc!" he said, "Are we there yet?" 

"No." Strange replied. Heimdall stopped walking for a moment. His eyes began to glow and Spiderman and Strange knew something was up. 

"Hey Heimdall." called Strange, "Everything okay there?" Heimdall began to clear his throat. 

"I see... a village...I see a man...mourning." Heimdall said softly, "Someone who has been separated.. and I can not tell whether the man is human or not.."

In this chapter I was trying to develop friendships and rivalry in this little group. I'm not sure if I was successful. Could you guys let me know?
