3rd Person POV.
Location: New York City USA

Right now in one of the largest cities in the world New York City in a row house that was being remodeled a place where the Infinity Hero Supremacy otherwise known as Y/n L/n had managed to turn the row house into a maze of pain, torture, and potential death on the ground floor of the row house Mercy had managed to survive the previous trap that she unfortunately triggered on herself right now she was looking in a mirror trying to make sure that she was still physically intact and had all her body parts right behind her was her boss Cinder Fall who was berating her minion for her stupidity.

Cinder: Mercy you really are an idiot!!!

Mercy: shut up

Standing by the staircase on the second floor Y/n L/n was with Emerald and he was about to alert the two idiots to his location.

Y/n: hey ding dongs I'm up here why don't you try to come get me~

Realizing that their target was just by the staircase the two of them ran out of the bathroom on the ground floor and they immediately made their way towards staircase they managed to avoid the hole in the floor right in front of the staircase and they started running up the stairs but unfortunately for them it was not going to be as simple as that.

Y/n L/n picked up a paint can which was tied to the banister and he threw it down.

Cinder: HEADS UP!!!!

Cinder managed to duck out of the way to avoid getting nailed in the face by a paint can but Mercy was not so lucky she got nailed in the face sending her flying down the staircase through the hole in the floor and back down to the basement.

Cinder: oh that's it you are so going to get it now!!!

On the second floor Emerald picked up the other paint can she then threw it down Cinder turned back around just in time to see the paint can coming towards her but she didn't have enough time to react she got nailed in the face by the paint can sending her flying down the staircase through the hole in the floor and down next to Mercy.

Cinder: okay now I am beyond livid!

Mercy: join the club we got jackets!

On the second floor both Emerald and Y/n L/n were celebrating what they had just done laughing while the two of them were making their way up to the third floor.

Emerald: and they say catharsis is bad for your health.

Y/n: maybe but who cares might as well live in the moment while ya can~

The two of them made their way to the third floor where the next trap was set and ready to go.

Cinder: that's it no more playing around!!!

Both Mercy and Cinder got back up Mercy using her cybernetic legs and Cinder using her stolen fall Maiden powers the two of them managed to jump out of the basement through the hole and back up onto the ground floor once the two of them are back on the ground floor they ran up the stairs to the second floor they began searching for their target not finding anything they immediately decided to search the third floor they walked over to the stairwell where they could access the third floor Cinder grabbed the door knob gave it a Twist and pulled as hard as she could unbeknownst to her she had just triggered another trap when she pulled the doorknob out of its place it was attached to a string on the third floor Y/n L/n and Emerald watched as large tool chest on wheels started making its way down the stairs.

Y/n: those two never learn do they?

Emerald: not really no~

The two of them watched as the tool chest started rolling down the stairs making a loud racket on the other side of the door at the bottom of the stairwell Cinder and Mercy could hear the loud racket from the other side of the door.

Mercy: what the hell is that noise?!

Cinder: I don't know

The two of them press their ears up against the door trying to find out what the source of that noise was on the two of them being unaware that a tool chest was coming towards them the tool chest finally made its way to the bottom of the stairwell ripping the door from its hinges and quickly rolling across the floor with Cinder and Mercy on the other side of the door they crashed into a nearby wall causing the wall to buckle and become dented from the impact eventually the two of them pushed the tool chest and door off of themselves and Mercy finally said something stupid.

Mercy: that was the sound of a tool chest falling down the stairs.

Cinder: no shit Sherlock!

The two of them nodded their heads and they immediately grabbed their noses and cracked them back into place having to physically and manually reset their own noses once their noses were fully reset the two of them ran up the stairs Y/n L/n and Emerald had already gone they were now outside on the sidewalk in front of the row house looking up at the row house waiting for Cinder and Mercy to finally arrive at their destination once the two of them finally reached the Rooftop.

Cinder: Surrender!!!!

The two of them looked around and noticed that their target was nowhere in sight.

Mercy: she vanished!!!

Y/n: down here you pair of horses butts!!!~

The two of them immediately ran towards the edge of the rooftop and they noticed that their target and Emerald that were on the ground looking up at them smiling and waving.

Y/n: nice night for a neck injury~

Mercy being a giant idiot grabbed a brick from the pile she yelled.

Mercy: SUCK BRICK BITCH!!!!!!

Mercy Throw the brick down towards Y/n L/n once it got close to him he caught the brick in his left hand and he proceeded it to throw it back at Mercy hitting her right between the eyes causing her to fall backwards and hold her face in pain.

Emerald: wow her face really is a projectile magnet~

Y/n: told ya~

Cinder: Emerald what are you doing?!?!?!?! she's right there grab her!!!!!!

Emerald: well that's the thing you see my new friend here showed me how much I really mean to you and what your so-called Mistresses plans to do with this world and I got to say I'm not really into it~

Cinder: what are you saying!?!?

Emerald: what I'm saying is that I'm not going to work for you anymore and After all you've put me through personally you can rot in hell for all I care!!!

Cinder now completely consumed by rage she channeled all the power she could and threw a fire attack at Emerald fortunately enough for Emerald Y/n L/n intercepted the attack absorbing the power of the attack using the Power Stone the flame in his hand began to shrink until it was snuffed out of existence.

Y/n: now that was just pathetic so why don't you just go home and stop acting like a pouty spoiled brat who didn't get what she wanted~

Cinder: I'm not leaving here and I'm not going back without you and I'm going to make sure that you suffer greatly for everything you've done to me and Emerald I don't care where you hide I don't care where you run there is nowhere on this world you can hide where I can be able to find you!!!!!!

Emerald who was completely unaffected by the threat just rolled her eyes with a smile on her face.

Emerald: yeah yeah yeah whatever~

Cinder now being completely out of power and her Aura on the verge of breaking she noticed a rope nearby and she decided that she would climb down the rope and murder her former minion and she would take her Target.

Cinder: all right Mercy let's go!!!

Cinder tied the Rope to a nearby pipe she then threw the Rope over the edge she grabbed onto the rope and she was about to go over the edge.

Cinder: come on Mercy let's go!!!

Mercy: why not just go through the house and go out the front door?!?!

Cinder: yeah so we can get torn up again no thank you now let's go!!!

Mercy who's Aura was also on the verge of breaking decided that she would just listen to her boss she grabbed on to the rope and the two of them started climbing down a quarter of the way down Mercy smelled something really weird.

Mercy: hey boss you wearing perfume?

Cinder: that's not perfume it's kerosene the Rope is soaked in it!!!

Mercy let out a small laugh not understanding the situation they were in.

Mercy: now why would anyone soak a rope and kerosene?~

The two of them heard an unmistakable sound of a match striking a strikeable surface and igniting the two of them looked down and noticed Emerald was standing next to the bottom of the rope with a lit match with a Sinister smile on her face.

Emerald: have a nice trip see you next fall~

Emerald ignited the rope that was soaked in kerosene as soon as the Rope ignited fire quickly traveled up the Rope towards Mercy and Cinder the two of them tried to climb up the Rope but unfortunately the fire traveled too quickly having no more power to use Cinder couldn't extinguish the fire using her stolen fall Maiden powers after struggling for a couple minutes the two of them let go of the Rope falling three stories down towards a scaffolding that was outside of the row house they hit the scaffolding with such force that the wooden planks snapped in half sending them flying down to the ground below and creating a slingshot effect which triggered a bunch of cans of varnish to go flying into the air but as the laws of physics States what goes up must come down the cans of varnish fell down drenching Cinder and Mercy in cold varnish when they hit the ground the device that was tracking Y/n's unique energy signature fell out of Cinder's pocket slid across the ground towards Y/n.

Y/n: now what do we have here?~

Y/n L/n picked up the small rectangular device and he looked at it he noticed that it was locked onto his unique energy signature and it was tracking him.

Y/n: so this is the little Gadget you've been using to track me down~

Cinder looked up now completely soaked in varnish she had a look of both rage and fear on her face.

Cinder: give that back!!!

Y/n: and why would I do that?~

Cinder: if I lose that and I lose you Salem will have my head!!!

Y/n: that sounds like a you problem not a me problem~

Emerald: it would be a real shame if it was broken and you can no longer use it~

Y/n: yeah that would be a real shame~

Cinder: you...wouldn't...dare!!!

Y/n L/n looked over at Emerald smiled behind his mask and then he proceeded to crush the device with his bare hand rendering it completely useless.

Y/n: Oopsy Daisy~

Cinder could feel the cold stinging claws of dread gripping her soul now that the device was destroyed her mission was now a complete failure and now she had to go back to Salem empty-handed not only that but she also had to report to Salem that her close minion had betrayed them and it was all her fault.

Cinder: do you know what you have done?!?!?!??

Y/n: I broke your little toy and now I'm leaving so yeah I think I know what I've done~

Cinder: Salem will have my head for this!!!

Emerald: and how is that our problem?~

Cinder: I will hunt you both down to the ends of the Earth and I will never stop until the both of you have suffered in ways that you can't even imagine you're suffering will be legendary even in hell!!!

Y/n: whatever~

Emerald then proceeded to kick Cinder in the face knocking her out cold once she was unconscious the two of them being escorted by the two Terror dogs in disguise made their way down the street joking and laughing as if they were old friends.

Salem POV.
Location: Evernight Castle the land of Darkness

Right now Salem along with the other two mistresses of Darkness are right now sitting in the conference room of Evernight Castle Salem is tapping her finger on the table impatiently waiting for her servants to return with their target soon enough the doors to the conference room opened up and two of her servants entered the conference room these servants were Cinder and Mercy and the two of them looked like they had crawled out of the foulest pits of hell and lived to tell the tale.

Salem: and what happened to the two of you?

Cinder: it's a very long and painful story.

Ragyo: where is the Target?

Missi: and what happened to Emerald?

Cinder and Mercy took the appearance of scared children who had done something bad and they were about to be severely punished by their parents.

Salem: I'm only going to ask this one more time where...is the...Target?!

Salem's eyes started glowing blood red signaling that she was not happy being kept waiting for so long.

Cinder: we were unable to secure the target.

Mercy: and Emerald betrayed us she's with the Target right now.

The three mistresses of Darkness did not look happy in the slightest in fact the three of them looked absolutely livid as if they were ready to jump across the table and brutally murder their 2 servants.

Salem: you failed us so you shall be punished.

Cinder: please your highness she was far too powerful and cunning for us to handle please forgive us!!!!!!

Salem: I do not forgive and I do not forget such severe failures from my servants!!!!

Salem used her magic to teleport her two servants to the torture dungeon once they were out of her sight and in the torture dungeon Salem's magic began to react to her in 10th rage she breathed deeply trying to calm herself but eventually her rage exploded outwards she let out a yell of anger and her magic shattered all of the windows in the room.

Ragyo: what shall we do now?

Missi: I think now is not the time for blunt force now is the time for deception, cunning, and subterfuge.

Salem: I agree now we must use every available tool we have to not only eliminate this new threat but to make sure that she is completely stomped out along with all of our enemies hope.

Ragyo: yes if we can snuff out this hero we can snuff out their hope and once their hope is dead they will all fall one by one.

Missi: and once the new age Academy has been destroyed we can finish off the rest of the world at our leisure~

Y/n's POV.
Location: New York City USA

Y/n L/n his new friend Emerald and his Terror dog servants Vinz and Zuul are walking through Central Park the sun had set about an hour ago and the two of them were beginning to grow weary.

Emerald: so you got any place to sleep for the night?

Y/n: not really but I can make one~

Y/n L/n used the power of the reality Stone to create a reservation for himself and his three cohorts a presidential suite at the Plaza Hotel a hotel that overlooked Central Park.

Y/n: follow me I just booked us a hotel room~

Emerald: wow you work fast~

Y/n: what can I say I don't waste time~

Y/n L/n immediately open the portal for himself and his three friends to follow him through it led directly in front of the Plaza Hotel when the three of them walked through the exit portal the four of them made their way into the Plaza Hotel when the four of them made their way to the reception desk they were greeted by an older woman.

The receptionist: can I help you?

Y/n: yes I had a reservation under the name Y/n L/n.

The reception is looked over to the computer she entered a few commands into the computer and she found his name.

The receptionist: yes I have it here, how will you be paying cash or card?

Y/n L/n clenched his left fist the reality Stone began to Glow and a ginormous Diamond appeared on the counter the diamond itself was estimated to be around 13,000 carats.

Y/n: will this do?~

The receptionist was shocked and a bit horrified by the ginormous Diamond that was sitting in front of her she could tell that it was real by the way that it was refracting light through it.

The receptionist: y-y-yes this will do nicely!

Y/n: excellent keep the change~

The Receptionist: thank you very much sir you are a very generous.

Y/n: I try~

The receptionist immediately turned around grabbed the keys to the presidential suite and she gave them to Y/n L/n.

The receptionist: here you go sir I hope you and your Associates enjoy the room~

Y/n: I assure you we will~

With that said the four of them left the receptionists desk they stepped on to an elevator and they ride it all the way up to the presidential suite when they got there the four of them went into the presidential suite and the four of them bid each other good night they went to their own separate rooms and they went to sleep for the night.
