Back in the Waverider's engine room, Nia and Dinah tried their best to fix the panels malfunctioning because of their earliest abrupt landing. Rene looked for some tools in a toolbox near the window when he suddenly dropped whatever he was holding after something outside cahugt his attention. Nia noticed it and walked towards him.

- What? – She asked, trying to see whatever he was seeing outside. She kept her eyes foccusin, her jaw dropping slowly.

- What happened? – Dinah asked, annoyed.

- Come see this... - Nia said and Dinah got up – There – Nia pointed.

- What's that? – Dinah asked

- A flying woman dressed in a full shiny armor, flying with a...golden lasso on her hands? At least it looks like it – Rene said – That's...so cool.

- Right? – Nia smiled, still looking in awe.

- I'm amazed that you guys are fangirling over something we are so used to see...

- Not like that... It looks like she's a warrior or something... I'm curious – Rene said

- Ok, we don't have time to be curious now... Let's go, we need to fix this ship and go back home.

It wasn't an easy task, but after what seemed to be like forever, they finally fixed everything and went back to the bridge.

- Captain, we are finally able to go back to 2020, all panels are fixed, but I'm afraid we must proceed with caution, something is not right with the timeline

- So we better hurry! Yes everything is fixed and ready to go – Dinah said while Barry, Diggle and Clark sat on their chairs.

- Oh, and we saw a flying warrior... - Nia commented.

- Flying warrior? – Sara asked, confused.

- That was actually Dia....

- Hey can we go home now? – Ray got to the bridge in a hurry with a 2 donuts on his hand – Sorry, I was hungry – He smiled, buckling up.

- Everyone, fasten your seat belts cause we are finally going back home and deal with more mess in the timeline, apparently! – Sara turned her chair around and the Waverider flew into the sky

Back in Star Labs, everything looked like a war zone. Glass all over the floor, blood, broken equipments, broken furniture, everyone slowing getting up and still trying to fight some Thanagarians when Kara, Oliver, Laurel, J'onn and Constantine came back to the cortex in a hurry.

- Surrender! – Oliver said; ready to take more Thanagarians down if necessary. – It's over!

- Finally! – Thea said, elbowing a Thanagarian behind her on the nose right when he was about to attack again. – That's for knocking me out! – She moved fast and aimed a few more arrows at the remaining Thanagarians around her.

Jefferson, Killer Frost, Brainy, Jefferson, Alex, Anissa and Cisco were ready to attack when they heard familiar voices approaching the cortex.

- Hey, save us some Thanagarians... - Nia said with everyone else running behind her

Kara, Clark and Barry acted fast, while some Thanagarians were distracted with the fight, and managed to knock them out in a matter of seconds.

- High five! – Kara smiled while cheering with Barry and Clark

- I never liked you in the first place – Cisco said, as he punched Carter on the nose, also knocking him out

- Well done...

They all turned around just to see Hro Talak walking slowly towards them.

- Stop right there! – Kara said – We destroyed the device, your plan failed!

- It's ok, you won... - He said.

- Well, we don't trust you so you better get out of our planet, and never come back! – Alex said, pointing her gun to his chest.

Everyone in the room did the same, aiming a Hro Talak and he just nodded with his head. Clark, Barry, Kara, Nia and J'onn helped taking all the Thanagarians back to the remaining ships outside and everyone watched as they finally took off.

Clark ran towards Thea and they hugged each other strongly, desperate to feel each other's touch.

- I was so worried – He said.

- Me too – She said – I...

She was about to say something when Clark's lips crashed into hers and they both kissed passionately. Oliver stared from them to Kara, with a mix of surprise and confusion in his eyes.

- As if you haven't noticed before... It was written on their foreheads Oliver! – Kara looked incredulously at him.

- I thought they were just friends...

- Well, I think is more than that – She said, staring back at her cousin and smiling. He deserved to be happy after everything he went through, she thought.

Clark and Thea broke the kiss apart and stared at each other, feeling all sorts of emotions. Oliver approached them and Kara just watched, curious about Oliver's reaction.

- Oliver... I... - Clark started but Oliver just reached his hand.

- There's no one better to be with my sister.

Clark and Thea looked surprised at him as Clark shook Oliver's hand.

- Thanks Oliver. – I can same the same about my cousin – He smiled

- Hey guys... - Sara said – Dinah and Diggle are with Sonny now in the Waverider, Ray is working on a way to destroy the Equation inside his mind...

- Did they make sure it won't harm Sonny? – Clark asked

- I think so...

- I can help them... - Caitlin raised her hand as she got closer to the group

- Cisco and I too – Brainy said – The more the merrier.

- Great. Let us know how it goes. – Oliver said

Cisco noticed Kendra standing alone a bit far from everyone else. She had a sad look on her face, her arms were crossed on her chest and she kept staring down, it looked like she was crying. Cisco approached her and reached for her hand.

- Don't beat yourself up...

- How can't I? All of this... is my fault.

- I don't believe you wanted to harm us. – Cisco said – He fooled all of us, even you.

- I really thought they wanted to help.

- We all had to deal with hardships, we all have done stuff we are not proud of, thinking it was for the greater good. Sometimes they were and sometimes they weren't, I get it – Sarra said, patting Kendra on the back – This is not your fault, its Carter's. He took advantage of you and used you to get to us. He is a traitor, not you.

- Thank you Sara – She smiled, hugging her

- And if you want, there's still a place for you with the Legends. Just think about it.

- I will.

Later that day, everyone decided to gather at Star Labs hangar to celebrate their victory. Sara stood behind, in the cortex, trying to help clean the mess. She was tired, she was feeling a bunch of feelings she couldn't deal with right now, she thought about Barry and her, and what would happen now. They were both about to go back to their lives; the crisis was over, finally.

- Hey, I can clean all of that up later... - Barry said as he walked slowly towards her. – Are you ok? – He added, noticing the look in her face.

Sara reached for his hand and sat down on a chair with Barry sitting right next to her. He stared deeply into her eyes, worried. Sara just took a deep breath and stared back at him.

- I'm just tired... This crisis was a lot...

- I know. But I have the feeling there's something else going on...

- I was just wondering... About us.

- Do you regret it?

- No. Of course not... We'll just go back to our lives now...

- And?

- Well, I'll travel through time and you'll keep saving Central City, I don't think it could work

- You do realize I can time travel, right?

- You're not supposed to

- For you, I would do anything

Sara kept staring at Barry in surprise. It was the first time someone said that to her, she was not used to people putting her first.

- I'm flattered, but you know the risks.

- I do... I just feel like we could have it all, you know? We don't need to stress about this now, but we can... I don't know; maybe try to find out it this could work.

- Maybe... - Sara smiled.

Barry stood up, lifting Sara in his arms and ran fast to his flat. Sara was taken by surprise, with her hair all over her face as soon as they stopped in his living room. He helped her taking a few strands of hair from her face and she reached for his neck, still laughing.

- I guess you need convincing.

- Maybe – She said, slowly kissing him.

Kara and Oliver went back to CatCo in National City, dressed back in their regular civilian clothes, so she could start organizing every detail to write the story about Lex and the Thanagarians. She knew it was a huge and important story, so she had to be careful and make sure nothing was missing from the files and documents they had.

- Yes, everything is here – Oliver said closing the last file and putting on Kara's table.

- Great – She said, finishing the piece - And... is done!

Kara got up, feeling an instant relief wash all over her. She was exhausted from all the fight, the situation with that Thanagarian ship and she was glad Oliver was here with her, because she needed a hug. Oliver noticed how overwhelmed Kara was and just hugged her, while caressing her back.

- Thank you for having my back.

- I'll always have your back, Kara.

- I know, is just... It took a lot of bravery to do what you did against the Thanagarians. You could have been killed, but you refused to give up...

- And I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Kara smiled hearing that. Her hand held Oliver's and they kept staring at each other in a way that Kara almost wished they were at her place right now. She caressed his cheek, smiling, their noses almost touching.

They heard a knock and Kara stepped a bit away from Oliver as they saw William at her door.

- Am I interrupting something? – William asked

- To be honest... - Oliver started, but Kara interrupted him.

- Ha...no, just... – Kara said awkwardly – Get in... - She gave Oliver a warning look.

- Hi again – William waved at Oliver, that just kept staring at him like he could kill him and hide the body so no one would find.

- Thank you, by the way, for helping with the Lex thing... - Kara said trying to ignore the death stare Oliver kept giving him.

- I'm glad I could help... Listen, I came here to... to see if you wanted to grab lunch with me sometime...

- Like...a date? – Kara stared nervously at him, noticing William didn't seem to care that they weren't alone, with Oliver standing right there.

- Sort of...

- We already have plans – Oliver saig as his hand went for Kara's waist. He had enough of that guy and couldn't stop himself anymore – And yes, you were interrupting before because I was about to kiss my girlfriend.

Kara felt her cheeks burning as she blushed hard.

- I... Just didn't want to be rude, sorry – Kara said

- It's ok...I'm sorry, I... I'll leave now... - William said with shock and hurt spread all over his face.

As soon as he left, Kara playfully slapped Oliver's shoulder and he laughed.

- I'm sorry, but the audacity... I was standing right here...

- He didn't know about us...

- Now he does – Oliver smiled

- Oliver Queen, were you jealous? – Kara laughed

- I just think the guy is insufferable annoying, that's all. – He brought Kara a bit closer and kissing her.

- I'm hungry – Kara whispered

- I can tell – Oliver whispered back, kissing her cheeks, going to her neck

- No, I meant food – Kara laughed, making Oliver laugh as he stared at her.

- Let's go to Big Belly Burger... National City has one, right?

- Of course we have one! – Kara said, preparing to get her stuff when her cellphone rang. She mentioned for Oliver to wait a minute.

Kara hung up after a while and stared at Oliver, looking like she got some really bad news.

- It's about Sonny; we need to go back to Star Labs.

- What happened?

- Dinah said they have something important to tell us.

Back in Star Labs, everyone from all teams waited for Kara and Oliver to arrive so Dinah, Ray, Brainy, Caitlin and Cisco could tell them what happened.

Kara came in super speed with Oliver and they stared at Dinah.

- What happened? What's so urgent that you guys couldn't say on the phone? – Alex asked, already feeling anxious.

- We were trying to work and see a way for us to destroy the Equation inside Sonny's mind without harming him but we found out there's nothing to work with, because there was no Equation on him to destroy. – Nia said

- How? How's that possible? We got him before Lex... - Barry asked staring at Sara – We saw Lex die, there's no way he got it before us...

- The thing is, that wasn't Sonny at all – Rene said

- Oliver that was Everyman – Dinah said and Oliver covered his face with both his hands.

Everyone stared confused at Oliver and Dinah. No one else had any idea what they were talking about, so Oliver explained that this person was actually someone who could change his looks, he could pretend to be anyone he wanted. The feeling of victory vanished right away and now, there was something else for them to worry.

- Ok, so this person pretended to be Sonny... Does that mean he is working with Lex? They have the real Sonny with the Equation? – Cisco started to walk from on side to the other

- We don't know. Lex was also there after him, so we don't know if he knew that wasn't the real Sonny...

- How can we be sure this wasn't already his plan? To fool us all, make us waste time? – Caitlin asked – Maybe he wanted to buy some time to use the real Sonny later...

- It's impossible, because I killed Lex. – Sara said and everyone stared at her in silence. – He was about to kill Clark, so I did it. I'm not proud of it, but...

- You saved my cousin – Kara said – It's all that matters now.

- So... What now? – Ray asked

- We stay alert. Lex must be gone but we don't know if that creature was working just with him or if he had anyone else helping... So we stay alert and let everyone else know if you guys find anything. For now there's nothing much we can do, but try to find more about the real Sonny, where he could be... – Oliver said.

- And here I was, thinking it was finally all over – Thea said

- Is never over – Clark said – But we keep fighting and protecting the people we love...

- And in the mean time, we live our lives the best we can... Moments with our loved ones are precious, so each second matter – Kara said, holding Oliver's hand tight.

- Each second matters. – Oliver said and everyone else nodded.

Later that night, Oliver and Kara sat on a table at Jitters when Barry and Sara joined them.

- Did you want to talk? – Barry asked as Sara went ofr their coffees.

- Nothing serious... We just wanted to hang out, eat something, spend some time with friends... - Kara said

- Enjoy the quiet time we have now before everything goes south. – Oliver said, having a sip of coffee.

- I suggest we play some games... - Sara smiled, giving Barry his coffee and drinking hers.

- Nope, I don't trust you – Oliver laughed – Neither of you...

- We might end up in jail or something – Kara laughed along

- Hey! – Barry and Sara said in unison and they all laughed.

It was nice to enjoy the good times they had left, as much as they could.

EPILOGUE

He slowly opened his eyes, feeling confused and his entire body hurting like hell. He felt like bus had run over him multiple times. He tried to focus on anything around him, but it was all dark, impossible to see where he was or anything at all. He could feel he was on a bed, so he tried to sit down.

- Wait... - He heard a familiar voice and smiled

The lights went on and he could finally he was exactly where he needed to be. The room had poor lighting and a lot of shadows, but he could see his computer. He walked towards it, ignoring the person by his side, and sat down.

- I guess the plan worked... - He said as he stared at the guy with him in the room – Darkseid was right about using you, right Everyman?

The guy gave him a creep smile and nodded with his head.

- He's coming.
