"Will you marry me Y/N?"

My heart raced at his question , I saw his gentle brown eyes seemed honest enough

"Yes" I answered , wanting to make my mother happy and at that moment everyone paused and started cheering

I frowned and realised that they were actually listening in on our conversation , I sighed when I saw my mother rushing towards me with a huge grin on her face

"My good girl! I am so proud of you" she grabbed me in for a tight hug , the older couple which I assume is JB's parents , hugged and congratulated him

I was at loss for words , I mean I would never get a chance to fall for someone and then marry , its only arranged ones

"Thank you for accepting our offer Y/N , Jaebum will be a good husband to you" his mother bowed towards my mother and I

I awkwardly smiled , before looking up at JB who looked proud

"I'm sorry if this is sudden but can I go to bed?" I faked a yawn and mother jumped a little "oh yes of course , sorry about that dear"

"Its okay mum , if you will excuse me , it was a pleasure meeting you all " I bowed to the IM family and slowly I made my way up the stairs

It took me a while to actually register that I'm now engaged , well I mean something to that extent

I hope I don't regret my decision in saying yes to him.

When I walked to my side of the castle wing , I noticed the hallways were not lit up , it was dark and eery

No maids Or guards were around , they were probably downstairs attending the function

This time a real yawn escaped my mouth and I decided to head to bed.

It was rather cold and very quiet here , I didn't realise

Out of nowhere I heard footsteps , heavy footsteps , I paused for a while , my heart thumping against my chest as I strained my ear to hear if what I was hearing was right

I turned back , the only thing that lit the hall way was the moonlight , certain sections were left untouched by the light

I gasped as a shadowy figure was seen in the dark sections , it was heading towards me

I felt frozen to my spot .

Only when a patch of white hair was evident , did my legs begin to move , I ran as fast as I could in my dress

Throwing my low heeled shoes off and darting to god knows where , I kept looking behind me but nothing was there , the footsteps stopped

I slowly stopped and turned to face the back of me , no one was there so I assumed I was just tired

My breathing slowed down abit and my heart stopped beating so fast , I suddenly saw a flash of lightning and I shook again in fear.

It lit the entire hallway , it seemed nothing was there .

I turned around , another flash of lighting and a tall figure stood right in front of me with an evil smile , the darkness hiding his upper face but his smile was evident , it looked malicious

A scream left my lips as I fell to the ground , tears leaving my eyes as I crawled away from the figure but it still neared me , I was unable to see its face

"Get away from me!!" I shouted , but all it did was lifted a finger and placed it at its lips (anyone get this?) And shook its head

Next thing I hear is faint screams of my name in the background , footsteps of Loud armour rushing our way

I turned to look in that direction , and when I looked back , it was gone

Loud flapping noises were heard and next thing I know was that I passed out in shock .....
