You sit back with a smile, you felt a lot better after telling him. However, that didn't mean your troubles were over. You pause and look over your shoulder, swiftly getting up and turning to face the grinning demon. "Fufufu, hello." He breathes before covering your mouth and pulling you into himself, teleporting to the forest. You swiftly pry yourself away, landing on your rear as you look up at the demon warily. She tilts her head before frowning over her shoulder as the growling grows louder. "Be silent filth." She breathes. You peer past her, curiosity nudges you. "Can I see?" You inquire. She frowns unsurely before nodding. "Very well." She shrugs leading the way as a corridor appears around you. You follow the mysterious woman to a cell door at the end of the hall. Peering in, you pale at sight of the monstrous being on the other side. "Who... Who is that?" You whisper in shock, shuddering when glowing red eyes pierce you. "This is his wrath. Without it he is nothing. So do not give it to him. Wake up now, or we'll all die." She breathes. You look between her and the beast just before it gives a roar that blasts you back to consciousness. Blinking back, you stop, making the blond demon stop and turn to you. "Why have you stopped moving? Come along." He reaches for you. You stumble back swiftly, head pounding slightly, you could clearly hear a roar from the bottom of the ravine. The demon pauses in surprise, "How did you wake up human?" He questions, turning to you, his smile had fallen a bit. You don't respond, you had to get away from him. You turn, running up onto flat ground only to freeze as he reappears in front of you. "Where do you think you're going?" He questions in amusement. "They did say you were a troublesome one, but I just see a scared little scrap of meat... Though you look tasty..." He licks his lips. Your heart wouldn't steady, mind not forming words. You try to run in a different direction but he once again appears before you. He chuckles, "You won't escape me little human, Fufufu." He reaches for you again but pauses as a blinding light appears behind you. You freeze when a silver and gold plated boot stomps the demons face and knocks him back. You blink in as at the newcomer's beautiful silver feathery wings, gold designs danced over them. The silver haired man straightens. "You will not take her, Doflamingo." He rumbles lowly. "Fufufu... It's been a while since I sliced you up, Smoker." The demon growls with a grin. "We'll be leaving now ___, take my hand." Smoker doesn't look away from the demon, holding his hand out. "I won't allow her to escape." Doflamingo growls, red strings blinding from his fingertips. He moves to attack but a giant ice spike pierced the ground before him. You jump and look up at another angel, frost covered his wings and silvery blue armor. "You brought an archangel." "___." Smoker repeats. You blink back from your awe and swiftly take his hand. Suddenly you're home. Kid recoils, growling at the angel. Smoker gives him a hard glare. "Silence your snarling filth." He says coolly. "Kid!" You breathe, going over to hug the demon. Kid hugs you back, Amber eyes on Smoker warily. "What happened?" He murmurs to Smoker. "They're monitoring the place, and they're getting anxious." Smoker responds flatly. "The moment she's alone they'll move. I'm here to make sure they don't get too brazen." You blink at the angel in surprise as he looks around silently. "You can't be serious..." Kid growls in distaste. "The threat of Kaido rising is very serious, filth." The angel points out. "Stop calling him that." You tell Smoker, surprising them. "If you're staying I don't want to listen to you two bickering the whole time. You're great beings so don't act like children." You fold your arms with a frown. "But I didn't do anything..." Kid murmurs while Smoker meets your gaze thoughtfully. "Very well ___," He gives a slight bow. You look between the demon and the angel and sigh, what a tense atmosphere that hung over your house now. "So... Did you get the cake?" You ask Kid. He relaxes slightly and nods. "Hell yeah," He tugs you to the kitchen to show you the massive ice cream cake. You sweatdrop, looking at it. "Wow..." You mutter impressed. "Yeah... Are you okay?" He frowns at you softly. "I'm not hurt, just have a small headache..." You shrug before looking over at Smoker. "Would you like a piece of cake Smoker?" You ask him. He pauses, uncertain how to respond. "They don't normally indulge in anything besides fighting." Kid murmurs to you. "All the more reason for him to have a piece." You smile getting the angel a piece of cake and fork. You give it to Smoker and he pauses, looking at it. "... Thank you.." He takes it, trying a piece. You and Kid share a glance as the angel eats steadily. "Do you... Like it?" You ask carefully. "I... Don't know..." Smoker shrugs. You and Kid look at each other at that. "Whatever." Kid hums before getting you both a piece before making the cake disappear. You sit at the table, peering at the angel. You were curious about him, it felt like you knew him from somewhere. He meets your gaze, making you pause. "You may ask me ___, I don't bite." He assures in some amusement. You shift, and glance at Kid as he raises his eyebrow at you. "Um.... So... Are you my... Guardian angel?" You ask him carefully. "I claim that title yes." Smoker nods, "Do you feel that I'm familiar?" "... Kind of...." You admit, rubbing your cheek. He hums, dropping his gaze. "We've met twice before, once when you were little and lost in the woods, and the second when you first moved here and broke your arm.
