Age~ It seems that he looks to be as old as at least 8 years of age

Gender~ Male, just a young boy. Why should this even be pointed out?

You can call him a cat hybrid, or a neko. Whatever you want him to be, as long as he's part cat

Sexual Preference(s)~ None whatsoever (Yet :3), he's far too young to understand how to have any. Let alone what those big words mean.

Common appearance(s)~ Odd, he wasn't supplied with much and still stands out with his all golden furry self, thin long sleeved blue shirt, and oversized white shorts

Overall Personality~ That is something you will just have to find out for yourself

Likes~ That's unknown, he hasn't been introduced to anything yet.

Dislikes~ Same as above, unfortunately. He needs to be taught what to like and dislike.

Common strengths~ again, unknown because he doesn't know how to do much, yet.

Obvious weaknesses~ Good question, he doesn't know that much about himself. Unless you count his obvious innocence.

Abilities~ Besides enhanced Kitty traits? Nothing!

Background information~ One warm sunny day, a once normal human boy was wiped clean of his memories and transformed into this cute neko hybrid. Smells like trouble doesn't it? It should seeing that also, he was dropped off on a random street by anonymous.
