So, for this one I kind of had only one idea;

Idea No.1:
Time Period- Medieval (or at least something like that)
For this one, I was thinking that one of the ocs is a farmer or something, and is just working out in the fields or relaxing in the fields or something, and the other oc, a dragon rider, crashes their dragon near the other. They and their dragon are injured pretty badly, and the farmer/commoner OC cautiously goes over and sees that their hurt. They then debate whether to help the dragon rider because dragon riding or dragons of any kind are illegal in the kingdom.
