In the village of jiolu a little white haird figure had been seen around the past few days.

People had begun finding buckets of water over there doors. Bags of flaming cowshit on there lawn.

Panties getting set on fire. People stepping on little spiky things and many many more and always a little giggle would follow after before disappearing.

No one knew who the culprit was but the people were sick and tired of it, while no one has died or gotten injured to seriously many had gotten close.

Chatter all over the village spoke of the white haird demon or spirit all stories were different besides the sounding of a giggle.
