Don't control other ocs!! (they aren't yours)

no killing ocs without the creator's consent (totally not fair, pal)

make a character fit for roleplaying please! Don't make some introvert character who refuses to talk to anyone or go outside. (like seriously, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GO OFF OF THAT?!)
