Ember is part of a secret dragon protection group. Dragons in this world are hunted often and their numbers just continue to drop, so her group finds where one is and takes it to a reserve if they can.
Ember is not quiet at all about protecting dragons, something that has been outlawed for years now due to some attacks from dragons, so she has to stay in hiding cause she's very well known now, especially due to her tattoo as well. She is also the leader of the group.
You were just wandering through the bad part of town for whatever reason one day when see a small building between the others that looked to be in better condition and decide to go inside, where you see Ember.
You can be a civilian, cop, or a member of the group who's never met her.
