Powers:
She is a metamorphus and can also mimic someone's powers if needed. She can change in other people and because some people have also powers she can mimic them. She can also mimic their powers in general. So she sort of has two powers.

Weakness:
The stronger someone is and the harder the power is the less time she mimic their powers. She can still turn into that person or just change her hair. But it's harder for her told use their powers.

History:
She is the one of the 42 kids. When she was born her powers were already active and when she got older her hair kept changing a lot. Her hair would change to the one she wanted to be held with. when she got olde her hair changed sometimes to the hair from the umbrella academy members. She also liked to play around when she was alone. When she was 12 her parents died in a car crash and she decided to run away. Because her aunt and uncles didn't like her because of her powers. She changed her appearance to look older so that she could work. When she heard that something happened to Five she decided to try and mimic his powers to try and help him. But while she could do mimic it she never could go forward in time. Because of her trying she was seen by the commission when she was 20 and was taken in by the Handler. She has trouble with trusting people. When Five came with the commission she was 26 years old. The Handler decided that Five needed a partner and because Scarlett worked there for 5 years already and the Handler needed someone she basically ordered Scarlett to be his partner. What she didn't know however was that Scarlett knew about Five trying to escape and this is the reason why when Five went back that he was deaged. Because Scarlett forgot something when she helped with the portal. 

Extra info:
Scarlett is now 31 and is a year older than the siblings because she was a year at the commission before she was send on missions. When she met the siblings for real she tried to keep her powers a secret but when she was younger she did gymnastics so that way she can play some things off as being good in gymnastics. She has a good bond with Diego, Klaus, Viktor and Five.
