History:
when she was young she came to know that she had pretty Powerfull powers and she wanted to control them so she began to learn that. When she was 10 she began to read books about her powers. She needed to learn everything about her powers so that when she got older that she could know what was waiting for her on the end of the line. The older she got the more she began to get focused on the books and how she could get her powers to work from that. She also got to know that she could make spells. Ah sort of second power. So when she had to go to the first school she was mostly in her room using the spell books to use her powers. She also came to know that at some point she could use her powers better if she first did them with a book and later alone. When she had to go to the second school she decided to use the spell books less and began to play with her powers more. Here she came to know that her powers also gave her armor and clothes if she were to ask for it. The more control she got over her powers the more her hair color began to change. The older she got the more she began to see that other people never really got the help they needed so she decided that when she got older that she would help the people that never could get to the third stage or the people that ended up with unstable powers because they couldn't get control over their powers.

powers:
Lightning powers - she can make lightning different colors but she can also make magic bursts out of this. This way she can play with her powers but she can also use it to attack people
Methamorpus - she can mimic other their powers but she can also change her appearance
Spells - She has spell books and because of this she can use spells if she needs it. This is then going to twist with her lightning powers and this way she can use her powers in other ways.

Weakness:
If she uses someone else's powers then she also gets their weakness. But if she mimics someone's powers for a long time then she can get tired pretty fast and it can take a while for her methamorpus powers to get back on their normal power levels. It's also when someone's powers are really powerful she can't mimic it. (an: i can tell you or we can discuss if she is able to mimic your characters powers) when powers are more difficult to master she isn't going to try and mimic those powers because she will have the powers for a short time.

Extra:
Her parents never approved of her way of learning so they decided to disown her. She never really liked them in general because they were always busy with other things. When they heard that she could control her powers and that she was pretty powerful they wanted to get back into her life but she basically told them to fuck off.

The world:
The world consists out of people with different power levels. But when you have mastered your powers then you can do different things whenever you want. Some people work with their powers. And some people try and play the hero for the people who never got their powers.

People and power levels:
The people without powers are looke down upon because they can't really do something for themselves. What they don't know however is that the human kind can master other things. The people with the powers also don't know where the technology comes from. It comes from the people without powers and the people who haven't really a good power or a high power level to help other people. The people with the most powerful powers are ruling the world but sometimes there are people with high powers that just want to help people or be around the people to help them. Sometimes the people don't want them and sometimes they are okay with it.

The History of the power levels: 
The power levels started when people began to lose control over their powers. So it was decided that there were three levels to try and help them.
1. In the first level you begin to learn about your power and what can happen if you loose control over the powers. There are also explanations as to how you can go to the next level to try and get even better control over your powers. You can start by your family to get full control over your powers but after that you still have to go the first stage to let them see you have full control over them.
2. In the second level you are going to learn even more about your powers and you have to go farther to the next level so that you become a master.
3. Becoming a master in your powers happen in the third stage. Here you get to learn with other people who have sort of the same powers. Here you also learn what your weaknesses can be and here you also get to know if you really have control over your powers or not

Rules:
- If you loose control after stage 3 then you have to go to the school for more control over your powers
- If you want to go to the humans you stay with the humans
- if you are in school for the first two stages then you have to be nice to other students
- for the third stage you can go against other students but in the hallways is magic forbidden to use
- If you loose control in school then you can still go to the next stage if you say this to your teachers and then they can help you if you need it.

If you get powers that you can't control by your last stage you have to go here so that you learn to control your powers. Here are also people who are older and along the way lost control over their powers
