Yes, they were all right. The world ended the way we all knew it would.

A meteor showered down on earth, but was too big to burn up this time.

At least half of Earth's population was wiped out, and those that remained stayed hidden underground in bunkers built before the time.

And you know what's worse? Even after we lost so many from the fire, we lost more from the atomic gasses.

Some areas are untouched, some are dead. Some places have rebuilt themselves, and plants have regrown. But others are still toxic and deadly.

The animals were mostly killed off, and most that survived were infected by the toxic radiation brought by the meteorite. So beware, they aren't all what they seem.

Humans were infected too, but obviously we all knew they would be. Except, we never expected there to be different types of infected.

Type 1: No infection, person hasn't been affected by radiation.

Type 2: Change in eye colour, hair colour, and/or skin colour; infection seems to only affect colouration. Caused by being exposed to radiation for a few years during your growing period (as in, while you were a child).

Type 3: Being sickly, shaky, weak, confused, and/or tired at times, (It comes and goes), needs medication which can be attained from medical centres. Caused by being suddenly exposed to radiation for the first time and breathing it in.

Type 4: Complete loss of senses, extreme violence, uncontrollable, more like an animal than a human. Caused by being near the explosions created by the meteorite.

Type 5: Has been cured from type 4 and needs to be watched carefully, has to go for checkups at medical centre.

(Animals and plants have the different infection types too.)

Try to live okay? You won't get your old life back, but perhaps you can create a new one for yourself.

Just remember to watch out for the Bounty Hunter. He seems to have appointed himself as the law enforcer, and goes after those who prey on the weak.
