As a little girl she used to be a loud and cheerful. While being like that she wasn't aware that most people around her was annoyed at her and having the rare hair color she was often judged by many and her parents weren't often there for her so she was pretty much alone, but one day Ella spotted the group of maids in the hallway talk shït about Ella at how annoying she was and etc. And of course it hurt Róse deeply that she started to shut herself down.
