Backstory:"This'll be a long one,god damn it..."He's a Second Wave Agent who was activated to help control the streets of New York City.When he thought he was successful and couldn't catch Aaron Keener in time,he decided to travel everywhere near NY in search of the rogue agent.His journey was put to a stop when he was called to Washington D.C and given the role to liberate the area.However,another faction by the name of "Black Tusk" unraveled his work,which forced Thomas to take on the B.T.After taking on the Tidal Basin,he pushed back the Black Tusk's assault by a large amount.Afterwards,he traveled back to New York to get rid of Aaron Keener's subordinates,then Keener himself.
