Lakshman, practicing le sword: Yes?

Urmila: You know. I said it was okay for you to spend half of your time dedicated to Ram bhaiyya. 

Lakshman: ...

Urmila: But these days, I'm reconsidering that promise.

Lakshman, stopping: Urmila! You have to understand! I am nothing but a small part of Ram bhaiyya. My life is useless but in his shadow. My entire being belongs to him, I am devoted to him for eternity, I am-

Urmila: LAKSHMAN. I said it was okay for you to spend half of your time with Ram bhaiyya. But I expected the other half to be spent with me!

Lakshman: Oh. Darn.

*continues to practice*

Urmila: RAM BHAIYYA! Would you please convince Lakshman to spend some more time with me instead of his weapons.

Ram, laughing offhandedly: Well, you know, kids will be kids.

Urmila: He could get hurt, he could break his arm, he could dislocate his shoulder, he could accidentaly decapitate himself, he could start a war with the rakshasas, he could-

Ram: I'll take care of him, no worries. 

Urmila: I'm going to Maa Sumitra next.

Ram: Yes, she'll be able to help.

Urmila: If all else fails, I'll be interrupting your scheduled Laksh-time!

Ram, hurriedly: Of course, meri pyaari chhoti behen, anything for you!

Ram: Lakshman, I've been thinking, you should spend some more time with your wife instead of other frivolities. I command you to!

Lakshman, overthinking, as usual: I guess bhaiyya is annoyed with me now. I guess he wants me to spend less time with him. I suppose it must be really frustrating to have me tailing him 24/7. He just wants some alone time. I get it. I'll  try to stop following him around. I should pay more attention to Urmila anyways. Bad Lakshman!

Lakshman: Okay bhaiyya.

*Lakshman walks away*

1 second later...

Ram: Arrey, where are you going?

Ram: FIRST SPEND TIME WITH ME-

Lakshman: My dearest love. My priye. 

Lakshman: I realize that you may think I've been neglecting you.

Lakshman: But you see, I truly am dedicated to my Ram bhaiyya. I've been missing you though. So much! So now I've decided to spend more of my time with you. 

Lakshman: Especially since Bhaiyya commanded me to stop following him around everywhere, I realized that you're the only one who isn't annoyed by my presence. 

Lakshman: Thank you! I love you!

Shatrughan: Who is he talking to?

Bharat: His sword.

A/N-I guess this is like the first part to a small "series" of sorts? A Lakshman series? A series about Lakshman. Like everything else I write isn't about him, now I have a whole series dedicated to him!

After PoA and all that schnazz is over, I guess I'll work on this series.
