The harsh sound is a comfort to you. Your mind is clouded with worries as you try to plan out every aspect of your day. You feel that all too familiar pit of anxiety growing in your stomach and filling you up.

Class ends quickly. You're out the door within a second and out the building within minutes. You're writhing in your own skin.
