Distance creates barriers in relationships. And the worst case is when it's created between people who need to stay under the same roof.

Swara and Sanskaar's relationship had been some sort of that. They wanted to be like before but some things like ego of "Why will I be the one who mend the relationship or why should I do the first step in reconciling always" is the posion to relationship. No relationship could be happier if they develop ego in them. The other things include the need of not breaking the distances between them and talk over the matters.

If you let the fights between you and the other person it will rot the relationship.

Swara's health wasn't good since a week. She didn't let Sanskaar know about it neither Sanskaar came to find out about it as he use to go for his job in the early morning and return late at night.
And the amount they would spend it would be fight neither silence.

And yeah Sanskaar finally got a job 1 week before as a assistant pharmacist.

It was around 12 am in the night. Swara and Sanskaar were lying facing eachother their back.

(Warning : the part down contain conversation of sexual stuff. You could ignore if you feel uncomfortable. And A sex without mutual consent is a sort of crime.)

Sanskaar and Swara didn't get to make love to eachother since so many days. Swara wanted the touch of her husband but she couldn't ask for it as she was too shy but today she slept ignoring her feeling because of her sickness.
But Sanskaar couldn't sleep due to sudden hormone rising in his body. He use to ignore his feeling from so many days today it was really hard for him. He also felt the urge to love her as he wasn't able to do because of his work. He wanted things like before.

Sanskaar looked at Swara who was sleeing peacefully. He thought to just disturb her once

He went to her to kiss her cheeks and neck softly
"Swara"
He mumbles in her ear. And Swara being a light sleeper wake feeling the tension between them.

She was surprised at the situation. She wasn't able to figure out things well.

"I wanna feel you today" Sanskaar spoke making goosbumps on her body.
But Swara was getting high mood swing. And her mood wasn't to do it.

"Sanskaar not now please. I wanna sleep." She says weakly as she already vommitted what was in her stomach when Sanskaar was out for a walk.

"Swara it's been a long time that we did this. Won't you obey your husband like a good wife"
He said the last line in humorous way but Swara took offensively that how Sanskaar is also saying dialouges like a typical Indian man.

Sanskaar hands started caressing her body as he was busy kissing her neck.

Swara said in a strong manner now "Sanskaar stop it".

But Sanskaar was in his total mood that he wasn't listening to her.

"I won't."
He said and kissed her lips blocking her hands. Swara didn't kissed him back as she was totally pissed off with him now.

As soon as he stopped kissing her and freed her hands to open her nighty she slapped him with all her might to stop him.

"Stop it Sanskaar"
Sanskaar immediately stopped his actions and looked at her with anger filled eyes. Swara realised what blunder she did just now. She never slapped anyone in her entire life but she did just now.

Sanskaar pulled himself away from her and angrily went to hall wearing his shirt.

Swara sighed sitting on the bed. She went behind him after some minutes.

"Sanskaar am sorry. I was just trying to stop you"
Swara said siting beside Sanskaar

"Swara don't you love me now?"
He spoke with hurt filled voice

"I do love you Sanskaar. But I wasn't in mood to do it and you weren't listening to me."
She spoke in her defence

"Its been fucking 10 days that we haven't touched eachother Swara. And now when I wanted to do it but you're saying you weren't in mood. I was just trying to make everything back like before between us"
He roared back

"Shouldn't talking to eachother about problems be our first priority than indulging in all these stuffs. You should understand my point of side too. I can't do it whenever you say me so. And stop being like a Typical Man who just needs to fulfil his desires from his wife."
She said crossing her arms finally blurting out things in her.
But this triggered Sanskaar. He grabbed her arm tightly.

"I was just trying to love my wife Swara. I didn't just wanted my desires to be fulfilled but I really wanted to make you feel loved coz we have been apart since so many days sleeping on the same bed."
He released her arms
" I guess we both are unhappy with eachother now. I wish we didn't married eachother"
Sanskaar spoke things which he knew he would regret later

"If you wish this so badly you can go back to your home. And yes distances have came between us now"
Swara spoke with tears in her eyes as she ran to their bedroom cmnot wanting to cry infront of him.

Sanskaar stood there regretting his actions and words which he was doing to Swara for hurting her. His intentions maybe won't be wrong but his actions were. The realisation just hit him late.

He gathered courage to apologise for his deeds but as he went to bed She was already asleep with tear marks on her face. He thought to talk in morning clearly with her.

He slept beside her without disturbing her.
He thiught what should he do to make things like before between him and her.

The next morning,

Swara rubbed her eyes when she couldn't find Sanskaar beside her. She looked up at the time and woke up shockingly.
It was 1 pm in the afternoon and she slept till this late.

"I can't believe I slept for this long and Where's Sanskaar"
She thought when she found a note beside her bed. It was written "I am sorry for everything and don't panic when I'll be gone. Just rest more I'll be back in evening."

She smiled reading his caring words after so long.

Time skip

Sanskaar returned back to home with some chocolates in his hand for her. He unlocked the door from the spare key as he wanted to surprise her but he couldn't find her.

He was surprised to hear vommiting sounds from the baathroom. He quickly rushed to bathroom to see Swara was gripping the sink and was throwing up.

She saw Sanskaar with tears in her eyes due to weakness she's feeling after vommiting for around 3 times since morning.

"Swara you aren't well?"
Asked Sanskaar patting her back

"Don't stay. Go outside it's stinks."
She said grabbing his hand tightly.

"I didn't asked you. Tell me since when you are not well?"
He asked concerned

"About a week"
She said sitting washing her face.

"Swara are you kidding me? You could have said me before. How were you handling this since a week?"
He shouted at her and she smiled that finally he's caring for her.

"Come with me. I want to say something."
She dragged him by his arm outside and sat on chair.

"Don't sit. I am gonna take you to a doctor now. You look weak"
He spoke grabbing her wrist but she didn't move.

"Listen to me first. Will go afterwards."

He agreed sitting on his knees facing her.

"Sanskaar It's that. I missed my periods"
She spoke giving him hints.

"So missing periods would cause vommiting"
He spoke not getting clues

"Dumbo I am 2 months pregnant"
She says smiling a little

"You what? Pregnant"
He blink his eyes to get her words and then finally understand how they didn't used protection when they ran out of it. Taking it lightly but they didn't knew consequences would be this.

"Are you serious?"
He says being happy

"100% I bought prega kits and checked by myself and visited a female fmdoctor nearby. She confirmed it am 2 months pregnant. And vommiting and all are symtoms of it. As it's my first time"
She says shyly

"I cannot beleive you're carrying my baby Swara."
He was really shocked by the thing he's having right now

"But are you ready for it. Like you are too young for being a mother. Am sorry it's all because of me"
He started being guilty. They were just youngsters who are already in burden of their life now they are gonna have a big responsibility now

"I am tensed for you. You just got your job and how will you handle it"
She said carresing his cheeks.

"I'll do anything to handle it Swara. I'll keep trying hard to do job for both of you as long as you are happy."
He says dreaming again a future with her.

"I am also happy then Sanskaar for this step."
She spoke happily

But looking to their condition was the desicion right for them?

"I am sorry Swara for everything I did and said yesterday. And you did absolutely right by slapping me. I seriously went overboard just slap me like this whenever I get mad but don't leave me"
He says in tears for the first time in his eyes

"I won't leave you. Sanskaar and I forgive you. Just start loving me like before please"
She says hugging him.

"I am sure this child is coming to bring us closer. See we're already closer."
He says laughing and hugging her back.

She smiles at him.

Time skip for some months.

Swara was 5 and half months pregnant now. Now SwaSan weren't like before. Though they use to fight but the fight wasn't ugly as before. They use to sort out between them. And Sanskaar being extra cautious for Swara. He use to refrain his anger alot.

But around 6 month of Swara Sanskaar again lost his job as his boss. The tensions started rising in their small house.
Sanskaar did some savings in these months for their this time but the major problem was on Sanskaar's head was for  the future.

And the problem doesn't await for anyone when Swara entered her 7 month.
The last month when they stayed together!

Swara was cooking something in kitchen and it was finally done.
She was about to get some rest when she heard a knock on the door.

She tiredly went to open the door to find Sidhaant standing there with many plastic bags in his hands.

"Sidhaant how come you are here? Today was your exam right?"
Swara spoke with a smile

"Am coming straight here after giving exam as it was Mom's order"
He spoke coming inside and keeping the bags in kitchen

"Mom sent you?"
Swara asked settling herself on a chair clutching her stomach

"Yeah, Mom sent some fruits, dry fruits and many more essentials for you. And she strictly told to have all this because she'll send more after some days"
He spoke immitating his mom

Swara smiles for getting such a beautiful mother in law

"But will Sanskaar agree? I mean he won't like if I would accept this?"
She asked worriedly

"Bhai won't say anything. I'll handle that. "

"Just tell Mom whenever she could just to drop at home for a while. I wanna meet her"
She spoke with eagerness

Sidhaant nodded with a smile

Time skip,

Swara was seen locking her home as she was about to go for a little stroll.

Just then she got a call from Sanskaar,She picks it up.

"Yeah Hubs"
She spoke witha happy filled voice

"Shona come to xyz place. I wanna take you somewhere."
On the other side his voice was also filled with same.

"Wow you taking me somewhere that's really big surprise. I'll reach there for around 10 minutes"

"Yeah sure walk slowly on streets and if possible take bus"
He said with corcern

"I'll be fine while walking, See you soon love"
She said and cuts the call with a simple smile.

She went towards the lift to see it was in working progress for some hours. And she was on 10th floor.
She sighed looking at the stairs.

She takes her step slowly while descending down but as she was moving her feet started moving faster in curiousity to meet Sanskaar soon. And when she saw that only 1 floor was left she started walking quickly forgetting she was using slow steps.  And just then her leg slipped , her heart dropped as she couldn't hold anything for support. She realised something bad would happen either to baby or to her!
She stumbled on the stair until she fell on floor
That instant she felt immense pain in her  stomach and lower abdomen. She panicked by noticing blood  on her lower cloth.

Her pain was unbearable and plus her mind thinking various stuff. She shouted taking Sanskaar's name.

The people who were residing in the tower came out due to her shouting and a woman and man helped her to take hospital.

There Sanskaar who was standing on foothpath smiling wondering how he earned 1k of today by doing some sort of job. And he wanted to surprise Swara by this. But he didn't knew his happiness was temporary.

He wasn't getting good vibe standing there as it was already too late snd Swara didn't showed up. Just when he's mobile rang indicating to a new number.

"Hello Mr. Maheshwari?"
The man on the other side speaks but he could hear swara's scream too

"Yes but who is it?"
He asks somewhere wrorrying that it shouldn't be Swara.

"I am Laksh. Your wife fell from the stairs and we're taking her to hospital as she's in extreme pain. Please do not panick and come at xyz hospital."
Sanskaar couldn't beleive what he was hearing. He some minutes ago heard Swara's exciting voice and now all he could hear her cry and scream.

"I'll be there in 20 minutes"
He cuts the call and ran to hospital finding no empty taxi that instant.

Time skip
Laksh and his wife took Swara to a good hospital but the doctors couldn't operate Swara as they needed signatures from her husband.

Swara was looking at the situation while feeling pain and mentally cursed Sanskaar for being late.

Sanskaar came running to hospital after 10 minutes his body filled with sweat and he was panting very high.
He immediately went to Swara who was siting on chair clutching her stomach.

"Swara am here look at me everything's gonna be fine."
He spoke holding her hand. She said nothing just cried in pain squeezing his hand.

Laksh brought the nurse to sign the papers
Sanskaar signed those papers immediately

The doctor came and took Swara in.
Sanskaar stood there praying for their safety.

Ragini (laksh's wife) whispered to Laksh "If only she could have been careful while walking the stairs the consequences won't be bad"

Laksh made his wife quiet
But this thing didn't went unheard by Sanskaar.
He was worried for Swara but couldn't let the woman words out of his head.

Time skip of some minutes.
Sanskaar was called by the doctor in emergency ward where Swara was there

The lady doctor started speaking
"Mr. Maheshwari we need to perform an emergency operation on your wife. It would be premature deleivery"
She spoke giving chills to Sanskaar

He clutched Swara's hand who was lying in pain and was trying to understand her words.

"Just do it doctor but save both please. Don't let any of them suffer",
Sanskaar said in tears

"Yes Mr. Maheshwari I'll try my best. Please clear the bills of hospital before operation it would be around 50k"

(The story is set before 5 years from today and around that time many hospital would have this cheap polices to be done)

The word 50k started roaming in both Swara and Sanskaar's mind.
How would Sanskaar arrange that money in the short due of time.

"But doctor 50k is a huge amount. How will I give that much money just now"
Sanskaar spoke

"Am sorry Mr. Maheshwari we just have half an hour before the surgery please clear the dues neither consequences could be bad for your wife and child.
And if you cannot pay 50k together just clear first 20k then pay the other 30k afterwards. But you have to pay it before surgery."
The doctor spoke and went.

Sanskaar looked in tears towards Swara who was lying in pain there.

"I'll do it don't worry just be strong and held in there with the baby"
He spoke kissing her forhead

"Come soon please"
She whispered cryingly

Sanskaar ran from the hospital to call first Arjun but his mobile was off.
Sanskaar immediately took a taxi to go Arjun's house

After around 15 minutes Swara started having extreme pain and the bleeding started getting more worse.
The nurse called the doctor

Nurse spoke "Doctor she might need surgery now. Her bleeding is getting worse and it's not good for baby"

"But her husband haven't cleared the dues yet. How can I do it?"
She spoke looking at Swara's stomach and her condition.

Swara now had enough of Sanskaar's financial problems. She wanted to save her child at any cost and that moment she didn't cared of her and Sanskaar's reputation.

"Doctor can I have your mobile please? My dad is rich business man he'll surely pay the dues"
She spoke shuttering

The doctor gave her own mobile to her

Swara dialed her father's number.

Her father picked the call and spoke with same stern voice
"Yes Banerjee speaking"

"Papa"
Swara cried hearing her father's voice

Time skip

It started raining heavily suddenly. Sanskaar couldn't reach to Arjun and he called several people for help but found no one to help him.

Sanskaar's last option which he wasn't considering to do but having no other choice planned to do.
He straight went to His House to ask for his father's help.

It was pouring heavily and Sanskaar was standing outside in the heavy rain drenching himself. He was about to go in side but was stopped by his watchman.

"Sanskaar saab you cannot go in. It's your father's order!"
He said stopping him.

"Tell him it's urjent. I wanna meet him"
He spoke having no patience

The watchman called Avinash.

"Hello Sir Sanskaar saab wants to meet you"
The watchman spoke

Avinash who was doing his work on laptop sitting on his bed spoke "Tell him I am out of city and you didn't knew about it"

He cuts the call. Avinash thought maybe Sanskaar had came for forgiveness so he didn't even let him tell the reason of why he came?

"He's out of city Sanskaar saab no one is at home not even Sidhaant saab"

The watchman gave the reason but Sanskaar was unsatisfied and his heart broke when he saw a glimpse of his father from window.
He promised himself not to show his face to his father ever!

His mobile ran and It was Arjun!

*Time skip*

Sanskaar and Arjun both were running into the hospital and immediately went to the counter to fill the money.

Sanskaar was already panicking as he was 1 hour late.

"Sir Swara Maheshwari's due have been cleared"
The receptionist spoke making Sanskaar shocked.

"What who did it?"
Sanskaar asked looking at confusion

"It was an online transaction done by Shekhar Banerjee"
Sanskaar felt disappointed and guilt that Swara had to ask her father's money and it clearly showed how Sanskaar wasn't capable to care for his wife and child.

Arjun took Sanskaar and they both sat on chair near the operation theatre.

"Its okay her father didn't came here. He just fulfilled his duty as a father to her daughter. Don't think much"
Arjun spoke pating Sanskaar's back.

But Sanskaar didn't heard anything he was just praying for their safety.

After around half an hour. The doctor came out removing her mask.
"Am sorry Mr. Maheshwari am not able to save your child. Please take care of your wife. She needs your mental support."

The doctor spoke and went ahead.
Sanskaar couldn't bear the pain. He was emotionally drained out because of the sufferings he's getting.
He stumbled back until Arjun caught him.

"Sanskaar get a grip of yourself please brother"
He spoke feeling emotional seeing his childhood friend getting so much of pain.

"Arjun I lost my child. My small baby died Arjun"
He hugged Arjun and cried.

"Bhabhi needs you more. Go inside Sanskaar"
Arjun made him stand straight and wiped his tears.

Sanskaar nods and went inside to see Swara sitting on bed clutching her flat stomach.

"Swara"
He whispered sitting beside her

"We lost our baby Sanskaar. In our problems we lost our hope. I cannot feel anything in my stomach anymore. He's not moving now. They took my baby sanskaar tell them to give me"
She started rambling things while crying.

Sanskaar cannot control his tears. He went and hugged her tightly.

"Swara he's gone. He's gone"
He cried making Swara come in senses and she too cried clutching his shirt.

"My baby Sanskaar"
She wshipered whilst crying.

(That was the last moment where they shared their pain together)

The loss of baby created a crack between them.
3 days later Swara was back to home but nothing was normal between them anymore.
They didn't talked with eachother now on any matter.
Their home which was filled with their laughter, love was now filled with just sadness.

The 4th day, evening

"Swara have this food"
Sanskaar spoke to Swara who was sitting near chair looking outside the window and crying.

"I don't have any appetite"
She whispered

Sanskaar now wanted to take things out from his heart. He was fed up by keeping bottling things up. He couldn't anymore.

"If only you could have been careful that day. Our baby would have been alive by now. Just because you were careless."
He said keeping the plate on table harshly.

Swara looked at him with widened eyes and went towards him

"Are you accusing me of being responsible of the marraige?
Swara spoke with anger filled eyes.

"Yes Swara I am doing it. You knew it was your 7th month of pregnancy then you could have been more careful. You are responsible for it"
He spoke standing infront of her with the same rage as her

"Do you even realise what are you speaking Sanskaar"
She spoke with tears in her eyes

"How could I be irresponsible when I was the one who was carrying it? Do you even consider how much pain I am feeling? Oh wait a second only you are going through your pain then let me tell you Sanskaar you are the cause of this problem."
She wiped her tears and only the anger started speaking for her.

"Because of you our child died. Because you failed to bring money. Where were you when I was suffering from the pain? Where were you when I had to beg my father for the money? Don't you dare accuse me when you are at your own fault Sanskaar"
Swara said and Sanskaar stood in tears.
The feeling of guilt and anger mixed his mind

"I seriously cannot forgive you now. I let your every mistake go but not this one. Even if I had to sleep empty stomach and you never had enough money I never complained When I had to skip visiting doctors check up I never told you that. You failed keeping me happy but I didn't even made you realise about your faults-"

"But you did just now Swara!"
He spoke letting his tears out making Swara realise her qnger went too high

"You did made me realise Swara. I dont think will be able to make up now. I hate the time when I had to marry you"
He spilled venom looking towards her

"Let's call it quits then. We cannot live together anymore."
She dashed in their bedroom packing her stuff.
Wheareas Sanskaar started breaking things in anger.

After some minutes

Swara came out with one suitcase in her hand and looked around the house

Anger broke their sweet relationship

She looked towards Sanskaar who was sitting on chair with many things scattered all around the house. She wanted to forget all this but She couldn't had the courage to give another chance to him.

"Swara are you sure?"
He spoke looking down. He wanted to stop her but his ego was bigger that time

"There's nothing left in this relationship Sanskaar. Neither love nor respect. And we aren't like before. The damage is done"

And just when Sanskaar threw their marraige photograph on the floor breaking it into pieces

"This is the reality of us. Like this marraige photo our relationship is also broken and you wont be able to join it even if you try now! Divorce papers will be sent to you Ms. Swara Banerjee!"
He looks at her angrily

"That was the last memory I remember of us being together"
Swara spoke having tears in her eyes

"And he never come back to take you?"
Maahi said having the same amount of tears feeling her story

"Nope but divorce papers came. And I knew we don't have a way now to go back!"
Swara smiled remembering the harsh past of hers.

"I don't know who is right and who is wrong but you could have given him a chance Swara. Maybe he was wrong but you could have saved the relationship"
Said Maahi

"I realise now I could have done that but a part of me was in pain after loosing her own child. And I wasnt able to come out from that pain. But in that pain I lost a precious member of my life. Sanskaar gave me the best memories of my life but he gave me the harsh pain too which I cannot forget"
She said looking outside

"So why didn't you tried to move on Swara and why are you not considering Rohan then?"
Mahi asked making Swara surprised

"Rohan is behind you 24/7. And it looks like he likes you. So even after 5 years of seperation why are you not leaving the pain behind and starting a new life with someone?"
This question started haunting Swara. She was really caught offguard today. If she suffered pain in her past then why she isn't able to bury them?

The other side

Arjun rang Sanskaar's doorbell.

Sanskaar who was chilling at his house finally getting holiday after 7 months lazily opened his door.

"What are you doing here?"
Sanskaar spoke raising his brows

"I bought drinks with me since I am on a holiday for 2 more days. Wanna have some?"
Arjun said coming inside

They both settled down on the dinning table taking some snackes and pouring drinks to eachother

"What is the matter? I haven't seen you drinking this seriously?"
Sanskaar said chuckling

"Well it's not serious"
He spoke drinking more

"Oh common speak up"
Sanskaar encouragrd him to spill the truth

Arjun finally gave in as he was half drunk and decided to tell his feelings.

"I thought I would never fall in love Sanskaar. I saw many broken marraiges in my entire life. My mom dad ofcourse. Yours so that's why I never trusted this marraige shit. But for the first time am feeling pain Sanskaar. I finally love the girl but she's getting engaged to someone. What should I do?"

He looked at Sanskaar with tears and drowsiness

"Is it Kajal?"
Sanskaar asked with widening eyes hoping it to not be true

"Who other could it be to make me this mad!"
He said gulping his fourth shot.
Sanskaar palmed his face at what blunder his best friend has done now!

Okay so I finally completed the past chapters now. I know there's nothing big in this but please remember the main cause of their marraige breaking is lack of understanding. If you keep it in mind and read all the old chapters you would get the story line.

You'll can decide who was right and who was wrong. I rest the past here.

Now only scenes would be filled with present scenes. How love will find its own way. And the fact that if someone is yours he will be yours anyhow will be proven!
