A wedding ceremony took place on a rainy day, the skies were sad and few guests found it ominous as the couple entered the shrine. The Heads of the clans smiled as they sat down and watched the priests perform the ceremony at a steady pace. The bride kept her gaze on her hands while her partner finished drinking from the last sake cup. She mentally prepared as the cup was then given to her.

Three times... Three times...

She thought as she looked at the clear liquid in the cup. She carefully brought it to her lips and took three sips from it. The ceremony continued and they both stood up to continue until the end. A teenage boy looked at the bride with large blue eyes, he frowned as the rain poured harder. A black band was placed upon the brides ring finger and the same was done with the grooms finger.

The boy could see that the elders were content but the bride's eyes were clouded over with many thoughts. Once outside, the boy ran over to the bride and took her hand. Beautiful (e/c) eyes looked at the teen with love before a smile appeared on her lips. She asked if he was okay, he couldn't help but ask that back. The bride continued to smile before reassuring him that it was her choice to accept the marriage.

They were interrupted by a smaller figure, a boy with black hair and bright turquoise colored eyes. The child hugged the bride and began to ask for a hug back. The groom was behind the bride as she picked the boy up. He only hummed softly as he watched his bride spoiling the child.

The teen couldn't help but stare at the large man as he placed his hand on the woman's shoulder. He looked fierce and a bit intimidating but as his eyes locked with the bride's, he offered a ghost of a smile to her.

"It's time... We have to get going now, (Y/n)..."
