8. They left a great person too, Jason
"Fairy tales are more than true. Not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that the dragons can be defeated"~ Neil Gaiman.

The girls entered his chamber and giggled to themselves. Then, they went to Jason, opened their psychology books and said slowly," Sir we cannot understand this part. Would you please explain it to us?"
Jason looked at them through his frameless glasses.
Man, he's so good-looking. The girls smiled.
"Sure," he said to them and turned the book towards himself. Slowly he explained the entire thing to them, elaborating each and every word which might have been the cause of their doubt. The girls nodded unknowingly, and continued to stare at his handsome face.
"So, did you girls understand?," he polietly inquired. They just stared at his face, dumbstruck, as if they had just fallen from the sky. Shaking their heads, they asked him for re explanation.
"No problem, we'll do it again,"Jason smiled and explained it slower this time.
"Did you get it?,"he asked again.
They shook their heads again. Jason sighed.
Well. They would have, if they'd stop staring at his face and concentrated on the book. And so, he started explaining yet again.

Russia, Moscow:
The flight to Russia, Moscow set off that night and the group landed there on a bright, inviting morn.
"Well, we are spending just one day here. We will be back to Moscow once again later in the trip. Direct flight issues," the guide said. They nodded understandingly.
"Well, we can't waste this day, so today we are going to the upside down house," he continued.
They grinned. Of course.
The four of them dumped their luggage into the first class bus which was already gaining weight. They settled in the bus which took them to the venue.
"Oh holy lake!,"Akane exclaimed.
"This house is actually upside down!," the four of them retorted in surprise. They studied the house.
Yes. It's roof was there on the ground and the base of the house was up in the air. From outside, they could see the conical roof on the ground. The squamous base was in the air with the windows, the door and everything else. Wow.
They tilted their heads in order to understand the mechanism.
"How did they do this?," Agnes asked. "Beats me," Jason replied, as they entered the house.
And oh god. They were standing on the ceiling and everything else was above them - the chairs, the tables, the curtains, the lights, the bed, even the photographs - everything was upside down. Or rather downside up.
Agnes jumped in order to touch the bed and sit on it.
"They gravity is where we are standing, Agnes," Jason laughed.
It was as if they were in some mad fantasy world, where everything was different and confusing but at the same time exhilarating. Happiness and confusion seemed to go in tandem in this place.
"Come on guys, let's click," Akane said, taking out her selfie stick. Takumi and Agnes smiled at the camera like maniacs. Jason saw them and laughed.
"Mr.Lecture! Come here and click!," Agnes said, pulling him to her side.

Russia, Kazan district :
The group gawked at the temple of all religions situated in the Kazan district of Russia. It was so colourful and splendid; a mish- mash of all the structures and minarets, culled from the major religions of the word.
Agnes and Jason looked around with keen interest.
"Looks like something out of a Disneyland small world display," Agnes said.
Jason nodded in agreement. He realized how beautifully the builders had managed to cull in all the specifics of the religions around the world.
"That's the Greek orthodox dome," Jason said, pointing towards it. Agnes followed the direction in which his hand pointed.
"There's the Russian minaret, the Jewish synagogues, Islamic mosques, " he continued.
Agnes nodded, impressed with the amount of knowledge he had.
"Was this included your study of psychology?," she asked.
"No," he said. "My mom was really fond of religions "
"She was?"
"Yes, she was. I grew up listening to her stories about the diverse religions of the world - Christianity , Islam Hinduism, and many more. "
"Sometimes, just sometimes I think religion divides us"
"I thought so too, Cherry. But it's not the religion. It's the people and their superficial thoughts"
Agnes nodded as she absorbed it all in. They rang the bells present there, the same ones like that of a Hindu temple.
"Are you two love birds done out there?," Akane smirked.
"It wasn't that!," Agnes protested. "There was some serious discussion going on here "
"Yeah yeah "
"Why was this built anyway?," Takumi asked.
"As a sign of peace, harmony and unity among all the people and religions of the world," Jason smiled.

That night Jason knocked on Agnes ' door.
"Come in, Jason," she said, wiping her wet hair.
He entered and gave her a warm smile.
"Another amazing work, Ms.Fotaine," he said, handing her the diary in which she had written her novel.
"Thank you," she smiled. "Come on, let's sit "
"No, no. It's late--"
"Its okay. Come on"
He nodded and followed her to the balcony of the room.
She climbed onto the raised wall of the balcony, her legs dangling down in the air.
"Agnes! It's the 24th floor!,"Jason said, flabbergasted.
The view was beautiful from there, with the buildings looking like mere blocks.
Jason pulled two chairs. She shook her head.
"Sit here, will you? "
He reluctantly sat beside her, looking down at the city and it's buildings.
"Don't look down, Jason," Agnes said.
"Look up there because that's where we have to reach in the end. That's our home. Altogether with the galaxy and stars , devoid of problems and worries. It's up there"
Jason looked at the night sky thick with stars. The moon shined so brightly that it made the stars look pale.
"May I ask you a question, Agnes? "
"Of course"
"Why love? Why are your stories always based on love?"
Agnes smiled. "Love, Jason, is a wide topic. The deeper you go into it, the more you will see there is to be discovered. There are plenty who are devoid of it, and I want to spread it to them. I want to give it to them through my words and thoughts," she said.
Jason nodded. He was starting to admire her for the way she thought and wrote.
"I realized that the protagonist was a lot like you "
Agnes grinned. "You know the thing about authors, Jason? They are deceptive people. They write so much that you won't know which of the protagonist matches their true personality. Only an eagle's eye who has known the person well can catch that. As I said, writers are deceptive. "
Jason looked at her beautiful face. He realized she was like the ocean - pretty on the surface, but when you dive in, you'll see beauty like never before.
"You were very close to your mother weren't you?," she asked, quietly.
"Yes, I was. But they aren't here anymore. They lost their lives in an accident two years earlier "
She turned towards him. He held her to prevent her from falling. "I'm sorry"
"Nah. Don't worry. They left a huge amount of money and a larger industry. I have to manage it from time to time. Money and money, that's what they left "
Agnes shook her head.
"Not only money. They left a great person too, Jason. A really great person "
