What can I say about it??? It just really struck me.

The first time I heard this song, it was just God's perfect timing.

I recently moved and I was really, really missing my friends to the point where it physically hurt. There were other variables that lead to me being very upset and just stressed. I honestly was mad at high school in general and wanted to go back to my elementary/middle school days. Nothing seemed so complicated back then. I didn't see how this could be coming together for God's glory.

Frustrated I turned on my Pandora and it started playing one of my Christian stations. I let it and song after song after song just hit me like a ton of bricks. The words rang so true. And when this one came on I really lost it emotionally...

What do I know of You, who spoke me into motion?

Where have I even stood but the shore along Your ocean?

What do I know of holy?

I realized how little about God I understood. How His ways are truly, SO much higher than me. Who was I, a mortal human, to question God's plan for my life?

There's so much about Him I have yet to discover and so much I may never know. But He has revealed one thing to us.

He is LOVE. God is LOVE. That we can rely on. Whatever happens, His love never fails. We need to trust and turn to Him in the good times AND the bad.

In the words of my absolutely amazing friend, Grace (graceswerczek ) ,

"Don't be afraid to experience those emotions because they are a gift in themselves from God and even though it might be something unpleasant like sadness because it's something that transcends human reason and it's so beautiful."
