Land of Little Big Dreams Part 2: First Battle
"Wow! So that's a Cookie House? I AM SO UNBELIEVABLY PSYCHED! I LOVE IT!" Gingerbrave exclaimed. "And it's Extra Crunchy; Just how you Cookies like it!" Sugar Gnome-1 stated. "... Okay, I'm just going to ignore that and not ask how you would know that; letting myself be blissfully ignorant." I said.
"Let's build more Cookie Houses and visit each other!" Gingerbrave suggested, raising his candy cane in the air.
That's when a Sugar Gnome ran out of the forest. "Trouble, trouble! Doo-do-doo!" The Sugar Gnome yelled, running towards us. 'Wow, they must really like making random noises' I thought to myself.
"Wait, what's wrong?" Gingerbrave asked. "In the woods! A strange, creepy sound!" Sugar Gnome-2 informed in a panic. "Dee-do-dah! May I humbly ask you to go forth, venture into the Creepy-Ness, and find out what's going on? Oh brave, wonderful, warrior Cookies???" Another Sugar Gnome asked, who seemed fairly disfigured, apart of his head was melting.
"Oh, holy shi- I-I mean, oh holy cheese and crackers!" I exclaimed in response, feeling worried for the little guy. "Oh no! Why are you melting? Strawberry Cookie asked, also genuinely worried. "It's the sugar. We're made of finely-spun, oh-so-delicate, four-star sugar, and if we should happen to, you know, STRESS OUT?! We melt." Sugar Gnome-3 informed. "I don't think that's healthy or a good thing." I muttered.
"No! You poor guys! C'mon, friends, let's go!" Gingerbrave ordered. 'We barely even know each other, and he already considers me a friend... Very trusting this guy is', I thought to myself, but I followed after them.
As we ran into the scary forest, I found something sticking out of the ground, and it was a giant sword! "Well, at least I now have something to protect me in this crazy world." I said before I continued to follow behind.
"This place is nuts! I'M FREAKING OUT." Wizard Cookie exclaimed as we walked through the woods. "Um... Wizard Cookie, are you okay?" Strawberry Cookie asked. Wizard Cookie cleared his throat and regained his composure. "I'm fine! Never better! A little freak-out never hurt anybody." Wizard Cookie said. "When we get out of here, do you want to talk about it?" I asked. "No, I'm fine. In case you haven't noticed, I'm a top-notch, tip-top, SKILLFUL WIZARD. I know REAL magic, okay? Step aside..." He stated.
"That's awesome! I had no idea! Lead the way! We got a mission to complete!" Gingerbrave stated with, well... bravery.
When the others weren't looking, he leaned over to whisper to me. "Maybe later. But I still don't trust you." He said before he stood up straight once again and we continued to trek through the woods.
'Aww... how cute... It's official, I'm adopting these three' I mentally declared in my head, resting my new sword on my shoulder. But for some reason, I felt the same familiarity I felt with the Kingdom; oddly familiar to me even though I never been here before.
(Time-skip)
We went through two waves of living cakes that resemble dogs/wolves. TWO WAVES! OF CAKE HOUNDS! I didn't have the heart to hurt them; THEY WERE TOO CUTE TO HURT!!

"Hey, look what I found! It's a cool shiny metal thing!" Gingerbrave said, spotting a Cookie cutter. "Be careful, Gingerbrave! What if it's something dangerous...?" Strawberry Cookie guessed. "Hello? It's clearly a MAGICAL OBJECT. I say we take it with us!" Wizard Cookie stated.
"Come on Y/n, time head b- WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Wizard Cookie exclaimed; once turning around, he spotted Y/n petting and giving belly rubs to a Cake Hound.
"What?" You asked, confused. "That is a Cake Hound, we must get rid of it." Wizard Cookie stated. "No!" You rejected, pulling the Cake Hound close to your body. "You're not going to hurt Taffeta!" I stated. "You... You named the Cake Hound?" Wizard Cookie questioned. "Yes, and she is my precious baby!" I declared, pulling her closer to my body. Meanwhile, Taffeta was wagging her little tail, tongue still sticking out from the side, the sound effect of a squeaky toy coming from her every time she was pulled closer to Y/n's body, making her love the Cake Hound even more.
"Y/n, it is a WILD. ANIMAL. You can't keep it!" Wizard Cookie stated. "Well... she already named her, meaning that she's already attached to it." Strawberry brought up. "Ugh... fine! You can keep it." Wizard Cookie said, already done with everything.
"YAY!" You squealed, quickly standing up, spinning with Taffeta's paws in your hands, barking cheerfully as you laughed.
