"Wake up !"

Akiyo yelled as he shook Akahana for the tenth time. Akahana groaned,sitting up. "I'm… Up…" She mumbled. Akiyo rolled his eyes. "I'm ready and all. Go take a bath cause you only have ten minutes left." He grumbled. Akahana grumbled then lazily walked to the bathroom. As soon as she grabbed a towel and closed the door,she stripped her clothes down then started taking the shower. And started humming the tune of Papermoon.

When she got done and was drying her hair,she blinked,looking slightly confused. "Where did that tune came from ?" She scratched her head slightly.

"Hey ! What's taking you so long ?!"

Akiyo's voice rang from outside,taking Akahana back. She sighed,then yelled.

"Coming !"

"So… We're partners now,right ?"

Akahana looked at Akiyo,who was busy reading. "Yeah." He answered,not looking up from the book. Akahana smiled. "Then let's take a mission ! You know,so you can be a deathscythe ?" She giggled,going over to the mission board. Akiyo just followed,not taking his eyes off from the book. Truth was,he never really cared for her. All he wants was to get back to the real world,either it'll be with her or without her. Besides,it's her own wish. He shouldn't have just came.

"Here. This seems interesting." Akahana smiled,taking a mission from the board. Akiyo paused then glanced at it,before shrugging. "Go with it." He mumbled. Akahana took his hand,then started walking. "Let's go then !"

Akiyo closed the book and looked at her. At her back to be exact,because he's being dragged. He felt something strange,but he just decided to ignore it. He sighed,then just followed after her.

"Weird girl…"

"We're here !"

Akahana grinned as they reached the place. She stopped and looked around. It was in the middle of a forest. Akiyo shoved his hands in his pockets,sighing. "There's no one around here." He grumbled. Akahana smiled. "Just wait. The enemy loves surprises." She crossed her arms. Akiyo just pulled his pocket book out,then started reading.

I'm still wondering where that tune I hummed earlier came from. I mean,I've never heard that tune in my whole life !

Akiyo was reading a book. This guy… Something's so strange about him. He's quiet,rude (VERY),and with just one look,you'll know that he's hiding something in him.

We're kinda the same,actually. I used to be quiet since I went here. But Maka,my neighbor in the past,brought me along with her friends. I wanted to be friends with the group also,but I just don't fit in. So I just chose to stay friends with Maka and her weapon.

Then this boy came. Yes,he's rude. That's a huge check. But hey,he's kind enough to let me sleep on his bed last night. Besides,I feel comfortable with him. Something was pulling me close to him. And he's the first person I feel happy with,without any doubts. And his past ? I'll find it out. So we'll be closer to each other and we'll be best friends.

I'll finally have a true friend !

"Step aside !"

My train of thoughts were disturbed by Akiyo's yell. Before I knew it,three knives were going right at me. I was taken by surprise so I wasn't able to move quick. One landed on my shoulder,and the other two was knocked to the ground. Thanks to Akiyo's bullets from his pistol form.

"It's here…"
