Missing

The feeling one gets when he or she isn't able to locate something valuable is just unbearable. It actually becomes worse when what is missing is something or someone you can't do without
Have you ever searched for something so much to the extent that you feel like you could go mad?

At first i thought i was dead but then i could open my eyes and then i thought i was blind because i couldn't see a damn thing even though my eyes were wide open. I tried to move or turn but i couldn't because the space was too small. It was a perfect fit for not more than two persons and i mean two small persons.

Just then i remembered this statement, "Put her in the trunk". My legs began to tremble, i started perspiring more than normal, i was short of breath then i thought if only Ricky was here. He was the only one that could help me with my claustrophobic problem.

I tried searching for my bag so i could at least call someone but it wasn't there. They must have taken it away.
I was almost out of breath and now only a miracle or magic could save me now.

Magic

That was when it hit me. Sophie's phone was still with me and it has Ricky's number also. I quickly brought it out of my pocket and called the last and only dialed number. It kept ringing then going to voicemail.

"Ricky pick up" i muttered under my breath.

Hello, who am i speaking with.

Ricky finally picked the call

Its Ace, Ricky.

I'm not in the mood to speak to you yet.

Wait... I need your help.

Then call Jimmy for that

I'm in the trunk of a car and i don't know where i am. I need your help Ric.

I could hardly speak at this point

How...where...who took you Ace

I th...think its those guys from before.
My... Powers...aren't...working Ric.

I'll ask jimmy to track this number. Wait for me Ace.

Ace...Ace...Ace can you here me.

I couldn't speak or move my body. I could only here Ricky yelling my name from the phone.

Ace, i want you to close your eyes and concentrate on my voice. You are no longer in the trunk of that car but having fun with your family, Skye. Think about the person in your heart. You're in the park with him, holding hands and enjoying breeze, the sound of the trees and the melodious voice of the birds. You're safe Ace.

Those words worked like magic. Ricky really knew his way around word usage. It was as if i could actually feel the breeze and here the bird sing. I felt calm internally.

"Thanks Ricky" i managed to say.

I promise, I'll find you.

Ricky's pov

After hanging up, i quickly called the rest of the team to inform them about Ace current situation.

Few minutes later, they all were gathered at my house including Skye and Ginger.

Jimmy and Cody were busy trying to track the cell phone which ace used in calling me while the rest of us kept pacing from one end to another.

"would you guys stop moving about. We cant concentrate" Jimmy yelled. For the little time I've known jimmy, he has never been this serious and worried.

"I'm sorry, i just can't help it" i sat down burying my head in between my knees.
I was having feelings of anger, regret, tension and many others.

"Ricky what do i do now" Skye asked looking tensed.

"whats the problem skye" i asked holding her shoulder.

"Aceys dad just called to ask about her. He said that she said she wanted fresh air and was going to the park. He sounded worried because she wasn't picking her calls and was having fever before she left" she explained, "what do i tell him now" she continued.

This was the hardest question anyone has ever asked me. It was a matter of someone's life. Everyone was looking directly at me as if they were eager to here my response.

"i think you should tell him the truth. He deserves the right to know that his daughter has been kidnapped again" i finally decided.

"Are you stupid, you cant tell him just like that. We need to do this on our own" jimmy yelled.

"We don't even know where she is. How do you hope to explain to her dad if we don't get her today. If it was your family that got missing, wouldn't you want to know what is going on" i retorted.

"you are planning to spill the bean just like that"

"You're so selfish. You think of just yourself and no one else" i said.

"You don't have the right to say that to me and secondly if i had the chance to trade place with Acey then i would. I care that much. I know acey wouldn't want to bring her family into this mess"

"if you know her that much then you should know that she doesn't want to hurt her family. Leaving them in the dark about her whereabouts will only hurt them more. I have always been with her as a source of support and today, i will not rest until i find her" i retorted.

"If that is what you want to do then do nuggets a favour and leave the abilities part out" Jimmy advised.

"Fine... Call him and tell him everything" i turned to Skye " I'll go to the park to see if ill get some clues. I can't just sit here doing nothing so if you find anything call me immediately" i turned to Cody while Jimmy just kept looking at me.

The park seemed pretty normal to me and everyone was pretty much going about their own business.
I'm positive that she wasn't taken from the park but elsewhere. I slowly drove along part that ace usually follows back home. As i passed the alley, i noticed a towing van removing a van which looked damaged beyond repair. It was as if it was struck by lightening.

Lightening...

I knew this was definitely what ace was capable of so decided to follow them.

After a few minutes drive, the tow truck finally stopped at the a junk yard. I watched closely as the driver came out and started talking to some strange looking men who were already waiting at the junk yard.
One of them looked familiar but I couldn't tell who it was.

They later left after destroying the van. Their movement was suspicious so I followed them. We drove for almost an hour before they finally stopped ten miles away from Transville.

I knew my suspicion about these strange looking men was correct as I saw them entering a building with well armed guards and security cameras in every direction. It isn't possible for me to just waltz into this place like I own the joint without help but wasting any more time means putting Ace life in danger.

I decided to call Skye and give her the information on Ace's whereabouts because I would need all the help I can get. The only problem right now was getting into this building and finding Ace.

I'll have to find a way
