'A Little Miracle' is a beautifully illustrated book featuring a baby badger's brief journey of discovering little miracles along with his mother.
Little badger Barnaby wakes up early one evening and points out the moon to his mother, calling it a little miracle. Upon hearing this, the mother decides to take Barnaby out to explore the woods and helps him to find other miracles of nature like the chirp of crickets and the sound of owls. Barnaby continues to observe the world around him with fascination. In the end, his mother decides to show him the greatest little miracle she has ever seen, and this part undoubtedly adds more beauty to the story.
The amazing book can encourage young readers to ponder on the world around them. Besides, it can help them to become capable of seeing extraordinary aspects of seemingly ordinary things.
Recommended for 4-6 year old children.
