NOTES !

Although In The Heights is just a musical, I just wanted to make this book for fun because I thought it would be really interesting to go into depth about the troubles my character and Sonny would face whilst falling in love. I just like writing friends-to-lovers lol. I also am obsessed with that musical, so I hope you enjoy this story!!

ALSO⎯quick note, Valentine is the adoptive daughter of Daniela and Carla, I love their relationship too much not to make them her mothers.
