SIRENS WAIL OUTSIDE of the hospital where both Marlo and Melissa are doing their night shifts.

Marlo stands beside Melissa who's smiling at the Halloween themed pumpkin.

Melissa's smile drops as Sheriff Stilinski and Rafael McCall enter the hospital before looking at Marlo beside her, "Oh, here we go" Melissa mumbles.

Both woman step beside Agent McCall before Noah calls out, "Hey! He is not coming in".

Not only scared for his daughter's safety but the others at the hospital as well.

"This is the only hospital that will take him" Rafael replies, "What about County?" Sheriff asks.

"You'd be surprised how fast things fill up when a guy like this needs surgery" Agent McCall responds.

Marlo scoffs beside Melissa, "They turfed him to us?" Marlo asks, "Yeah, if County doesn't want to operate on him" Stilinski goes to say before Rafael interjects.

"Then somebody has to" Rafael says, as the doors open and the man is being wheeled in.

Marlo inhales deeply scared of this guy and grabs Melissa's hands as the older woman breath shakes heavily with fear, "Somebody needs to do his pre-op interview" Marlo says.

"Who usually does that?" Rafael asks, Melissa then gulps deeply, "Me" she answers.

Noah looks at his friend with a worried look alongside her ex husband and Marlo.

Marlo the grabs the woman's hand and signals that she's got this, Melissa nods and smiles softly at the brunette woman.

Marlo walks off to check on her other patients before joining Melissa and Agent McCall again.

To wait outside the patient's room for Melissa to finish the interview, she walks over and catches the conversation they're both sharing.

Rafael nods at the woman as she softly smiles being polite, Melissa looks at Marlo now and smiles seeing her beside her.

"Try to keep in mind exactly what this guy's capable of he's a former engineer who decided to walk onto a school bus with a shrapnel bomb, he left four students dead and a fifth with no legs" Agent McCall explains again.

"Just out of curiousity, have any of his psychiatrists made any progress?" Melissa asks at her ex husband.

"I'm told he says the same thing almost every day when he gets out, he's going to do it again and this time, he's going to get it right" Agent McCall replies as Marlo sighs, "Oh great" Marlo says.

Melissa walks into the patients room and starts to interview, "Mr. Barrow, do you understand that scar tissue has formed around a piece of shrapnel that remains in your body from a previous injury and that it is now blocking vital functions?" Melissa asks going over the usual questions.

"Yes" Barrow replies, "Do you understand that we must put you under general anesthesia tomorrow morning in order to remove the obstruction?" Melissa asks.

Barrow then looks at the woman, breathing in an inhale, "Do the kids still pull pranks the day before Halloween?" Barrow questions.

"You mean Mischief Night?" Melissa says not even looking up from the paper.

"Where I'm from, we called it Hell Night, hmm and yes, I understand" Barrow says.

"Do you have any allergies to any medications?" Melissa asks, "No" Barrow replies.

"Are you taking any medications other than the ones listed here? Temazepam, Divalproex?" Melissa asks walking closer to Mr Barrow now.

The guards take steps as well, protecting the nurse from the patient; "I just take what they give me" Barrow responds, Melissa looks at the guards now.

"I'm going to need to listen to his heart" Melissa says as the guards nod.

Melissa slowly and fearfully steps closer and undoes Barrows hospital gown revealing the scars and begins listening to his heart.

"In and out, in, in" Melissa says to Barrow but also herself as she breathes deeply.

Barrow begins lifting from the bed towards the nurse and exhaling.

Melissa looks at him scared, "Why don't you just ask the question you really want to ask?" Barrow asks.

Melissa licks her lips in nervousness and looks at the police guard and whispers.

"Why did you do it?" Melissa asks, "I saw their eyes, their eyes were glowing, I saw them" Barrow answers.

Melissa looks at the man with a surprised look on her face, "I saw their eyes, their eyes were glowing, their eyes were glowing, their eyes were glowing!" Barrow says calmly and then begins yelling and startling the nurse away.

Marlo comes into the room and gets Melissa out sending Barrow a dirty look in the process.

Barrow looks at the young nurse with a certain look, like his aware of what she is.

Melissa takes deep inhales as Marlo comforts her, "You're alright Mel, breathe" Marlo says.

Melissa grabs the hybrids hand gently taking deep inhaled and exhales before calming down and nodding at the woman she looks at as a younger daughter, "Thanks Mar" Melissa says smiling.

After that incident, the hospital goes quiet and Marlo's shift ends, she says a farewell to Melissa and hugs her before getting into her car and exhaling deeply from the nights work.

She starts her car and begins driving towards the loft to sleep her exhaustion off and shower.

THE NEXT MORNING SCOTT, Stiles and the others return to school.

Scott notices the twins, "You're back in school?" Scott asks, "No, just to talk" Ethan says.

Stiles walks up beside Scott amused, "Oh, that's kind of a change of pace for you guys, usually you're just hurting, maiming, and killing" Stiles says, "You need a pack, we need an alpha" Aiden says.

Stiles looks at the twins and scoffs, "Yeah, absolutely not, that's hilarious, though" Stiles responds, "You came to us for help, we helped" Aiden says.

"You beat his face into a blood pulp, that's not helping in my opinion, that's actually counter-productive" Stiles replies incredulously, "Why would I say yes?" Scott asks.

"We'd add strength, we'd make you more powerful, there's no reason to say no" Aiden says.

Not noticing Isaac walking up beside them, "I can think of one, like, the two of you holding Derek's claws while Kali impaled Boyd and hurting Marlo in the process as well, in fact, I don't know why we're not impaling them right now" Isaac says.

Aiden growls at the beta beside Scott, "You want to try?" Aiden says, Isaac goes to step forward but gets stopped by Scott grabbing his wrist in protest.

Isaac looks at Scott now who has a look on his face, Isaac steps back listening to his alpha, "Sorry, but they don't trust you and neither do I" Scott says walking off and Stiles and Isaac follow leaving the twins abandoned and stuck.

MARLO TAKES THE DAY off due to not feeling the best, she's been feeling a little off for a month and a little bit now.

She returns from the gym to see Derek getting ready to sew Peter's finger back on.

"You didn't sew it back on earlier?" Marlo smirks at her boyfriend, Derek just shrugs.

Marlo gets a text message from Melissa explaining that Dr. Vandenberg has been injured in Barrows surgery and might not make it.

Marlo sighs and makes sure Melissa is okay though in which she gets a reply back almost straight away saying she's a little frightened but she's okay and that Barrows gone and they can't find him.

"Oh perfect" Marlo grumbles getting looks from Derek and Peter now.

"One of the doctors has been injured by that psychopath and he also managed to survive and oh his tumour was full of flies" Marlo rushes out and Derek looks at Peter now with confusion.

Marlo grunts frustrated, "I'm fine, thanks for asking" Marlo says walking over to her boyfriend and grabbing the sewing needle.

Derek looks at her wide eyed knowing she's gonna take this out on Peter's finger.

"Ow, don't you have any anesthetic?" Peter asks looking at his nephew, Marlo chuckles, "Yep" Derek says smugly.

"Well, are you at least going to tell me what I risked life and digit for?" Peter asks.

Derek takes over the sewing the finger back on because Marlo rushes off into the bathroom.

Derek ties off the stitching and Peter groans in pain looking at his finger that's been stitched back on.

"I'm going to show you" Derek says grabbing the box Marlo got out of the chess the other day.

Marlo returns back from the bathroom, "Sorry about that" she apologises to Peter who just shrugs.

Derek undoes the lid to the box pouring out the claws onto the table and Peter picks the claws up and Marlo looks at the table in disgust, "After the fire, that's all that was left of her" Derek says.

"Talia" Peter mumbles, "I can't decide if that's touching or morbid" Peter says earning a frustrated look off Derek.

"I guess the real question is, what are you planning on doing with them?" Peter asks looking at Derek and then Marlo who's standing beside her boyfriend now.

"I have to ask her something, and, from what I've heard, this is the only way it's possible" Derek says putting the box in front of Peter now, who's looking at his hand now realising the plan.

"You gotta be kidding me" Peter says, "Why do you think Marlo and I sewed your finger back on?" Derek asks smirking at his uncle who's looking at the triskelion box now.

BEACON HILLS HIGH SCHOOL goes into lockdown due to Barrow being spotted in the stolen ambulance he stole from the hospital when he woke up from surgery and attacked the doctor.

The police leave after searching the whole school and end up having a witness call in that he's at the train station.

Although Lydia can hear the buzzing from the flies kind of sensing he's still at the school although Noah takes the witness over a possible banshee prediction.

Melissa meets Scott downstairs in the high schools corridor, "You got it?" Scott asks his mother when he notices her hiding.

Melissa passes Scott: Barrows hospital gown for scent and other things the werewolves are able to do.

"Promise me you'll be careful. I looked right in this guy's eyes, and it was terrifying, I was lucky Marlo was there to pull me out" Melissa says to her son.

Scott looks at his mom noticing how serious she's being and if Marlo had to come and save her as well, he knows how brave his mother is, "Yeah, okay, Mom, I promise, okay?" Scott says softly.

"Okay" Melissa replies as Scott kisses her forehead and runs in the direction he knows his friends and the twins are.

Melissa watches her son go sadly, before leaving the school, updating Marlo on what's currently happening.

"Lydia thinks that he's still here, even though the cops searched the whole school, but, they didn't have one thing our sense of smell" Scott explains holding the bag for Isaac, Ethan and Aiden and himself to sniff to catch a scent of Barrow.

Allison soon pulls up the blinds on one of the windows, due to the school being on lockdown.

They aren't able to leave through the front doors which leaves the huntress sneaking out one of the buildings windows.

"The bestiary is literally a thousand pages long, if I'm going to find anything about flies coming out of people's bodies, it could take me all night" Allison explains to Lydia and Stiles behind her.

"And remember, the word in archaic Latin for "fly" is musca" Lydia says, "Got it" Allison says climbing out of the window.

Lydia turns towards Stiles now, "Where do we start?" Lydia asks, "Upstairs" Stiles says looking at the clock now.

"We gotta go" Stiles also says motioning to the door to begin the search.

The wolves are down in the basement searching, "Scott and Isaac are in the basement, right?" Lydia asks.

"Yeah, with Ethan and Aiden, the plan is they meet in the middle in the boiler room" Stiles says.

Lydia then realises something looking at the picture on the wall of an explosion.

"All of the wolves, all of the ones with glowing eyes are in the basement at the boiler room?" Lydia says.

Stiles raises his eyebrows now, "Oh, my god! An engineer could use a boiler room to blow up the whole school" Stiles explains, "We have to get them out of there" Lydia says panicked.

"We have to get everyone out" Stiles says running out of the classroom and pulling the fire alarm rescuing the wolves.

Lydia looks around watching the frenzy of getting somewhere safe due to the alarm.

Lydia looks back at Stiles now noticing Coach behind him; with a angry look on his face.

Lydia's face goes blank and Stiles notices his smiling dropping.

Coach grabs the teenage boys ear dragging him out of the high school.

"Pulling a fire alarm on Mischief Night is one thing, doing it when there's a mass murderer spotted nearby is insane, if I was four years younger, I'd punch you" Coach says annoyed.

Stiles looks at the older man now with squinted eyes, "What? Coach, that doesn't make any sense" Stiles mutters.

"Oh, well it does to me" Coach says walking back into the school to his office.

Stiles and Lydia look around for Scott, Isaac and the twins, "There" Stiles says grabbing the girls hand softly running towards the werewolves now.

"We didn't find anything" Aiden says, "Not even a scent" Scott says, "It's three o'clock, so school's over, if there was a bomb, wouldn't he have set it off by now?" Stiles asks curiously.

"Does that mean everybody's safe?" Ethan asks, "I don't know, I just don't know" Lydia says sharing a worried look with her friends.

MARLO WATCHES DEREK put the claws into the box again setting it up correctly so he can undergo the procedure of seeing his mother.

"You know, there's always an element of danger to rituals like this, I'm not particularly fond of them, unless they somehow benefit me" Peter says as Derek continues putting his mothers claws into the box.

Derek scoffs, "What do you want?" Derek asks, "I want to keep them" Peter states as Derek looks at him confused.

"Sentimental value" Peter says again as Derek cocks his head to side in amusement, "She was your mother, but she was also my sister" Peter says.

Derek scrunches his face up in a way of showing he doesn't believe his uncle.

Peter takes offence, "What? Am I not allowed a bit of sentiment?" Peter asks.

Derek smugly puts the last claw into the box and putting it in front of Peter who smiles at his nephew.

Derek raises his brows and looks at Marlo beside him, she just shrugs.

Derek gets up to stand up beside Marlo now and let her sit down because of how she hasn't been well the past few weeks.

He's worried about her but he doesn't share that, thinking she might've gotten better over time due to the change in weather.

She kisses Derek's cheek as a thank you when he looks at the seat, Peter looks at the box nervous and hesitates putting his fingers inside.

Derek and Marlo both grow impatient and Derek steps forward, "Too long" he says shoving Peter's hand into the box so the claws get trapped on the man's fingers.

"No, no wait" Peter says as he groans and his eyes flash the piercing blue, due to the pain.

Marlo looks at Peter and looks at Derek who's looking at his girlfriend.

She just shrugs and waits for Peter to wake up from the pain like state.

Peter soon comes to and stands up and Marlo prepares Derek for the procedure.

Derek smiles at Marlo softly, Peter looks at the claws on his fingers.

"It's not exactly my colour, this is going to be excruciatingly painful" Peter says walking over to where Derek and his girlfriend currently are.

Marlo on her knees in front of Derek ready to step in if needed, "Just do it" Derek says not wanting to waste anymore time.

"Oh, I'm going to, I just wanted you to know, we all have our petty revenges" Peter says shoving the claws into the back of Derek's neck.

Derek grunts and groans, Marlo watches worried for her boyfriend before muttering.

"That was kind of rude asshole" towards Peter before she sits down on the couch beside Derek and sighs waiting for her boyfriend to come out of his dream like state.

She blows air out of her mouth and looks at the wolves beside her silently waiting.

Peter suddenly unleashes the claws from the back of his nephews head.

Derek gasps from the pain, Marlo jumps to comfort her boyfriend who's clearly in pain and emotional from seeing his mother.

"Did you see her? What did you ask her? Did she say anything about me?" Peter asks.

Derek turns his head to look towards his uncle angry, Peter stands back alarmed.

"Well, that doesn't look good" Peter mumbles as Derek turns towards Marlo again sweating and panting.

Marlo slowly wraps her arms around her boyfriend and accepts the gesture before wrapping his arms around her too.

She looks at Peter darkly not liking how he immediately bombarded Derek with questions.

Peter walks off leaving the couple alone for a few minutes.

Marlo sighs sadly, "You're okay babe" Marlo says softly, grabbing the wash cloth she wet before to wipe his sweat laced forehead and face.

Derek sighs and kisses Marlo, "You don't have to tell me what she said because I know that would've been a lot, tell me in your own time, okay?" Marlo says softly.

Derek nods and slowly gets off the chair.

KIRA THE NEW GIRL is attacked, Scott gets knocked unconscious by Barrow himself and he takes the teenage girl to a substation for the electricity.

The teens Scott, Stiles and Lydia soon arrive protecting the teenage girl.

Kira absorbs the electricity which leaves the whole town of Beacon Hills without power, a blackout.

Isaac is attacked by mysterious creatures who lurk in the shadows and their eyes glow yellow.

On the other side of the door Allison and Chris yell for the teenage beta.

Who's screaming, grunting in pain leaving all of the teens to question.

What is gonna happen next and what are these mysterious creatures that attack from the shadows?
