The next day, Malik, Franklin, and Poe faced each other from their corner on the sidewalk behind the store, casually hanging out and working in Philly.

Franklin: I gotta feeling.

Malik: What do you feel about it?

Franklin: My boy is doing a great job to get Sandra back.

Poe: Franklin, there is only one job between us. We were taking too fucking easy. Bad habits defy explanation.

Malik: Yeah, yeah, yeah, get it grip both of you. I should've whipped both of y'all if we didn't get to job enough.

Poe: Ohhh, really?

Malik: I was trying to give you guys an opportunity; the two of you were heading to AC when Franklin said it yesterday.

Franklin: And what are you going to do while we gone?

Malik: Oh. I'm going to NYC with Kelley.

Franklin: New York?

Malik: New York! Yes. This ain't some shitty little eagle contest.

Kelley: *stops driving and sees them*

Malik: *looks at her*

Kelley: Are you ready?

Malik: Yeah. *gets in the car*

Poe: Have fun, Bonnie and Clyde. I hope you drive safe, Kelley.

Kelley: *drives away after giving them the middle finger*

Later in the afternoon, Poe and Franklin arrived in Atlantic City, ensuring the guns were ready in case the enemy showed up. They were two boys here to set up another job in plain sight in a different city.

In New York, Malik and Kelley are relaxing in town while keeping an eye out for their enemies. They aren't concerned about who might be coming for them, as the other two have plenty of foes. Instead, Kelley avoided revealing the truth about how she survived and escaped the disappearance of everybody, yet here she is.

Kelley: Malik, I did something else.

Malik: What's up?

Kelley: *sighs*

Malik: Sounds like you speak to the truth.

Kelley: After I survived, I was only reconnected with my family and crew, not everyone else. I did this for myself after my family's departure during the funeral because someone put a grave marker with my name on it. I was confined to the hospital, and then I spoke with one of the doctors, who is a friend of Liv's; the doctor positively helped me, which was part of my near-death experience.

Malik: *hearing*

Kelley: I started my adventure in Mexico, hoping to embrace a new way of life. It was tough to make that leap; I hesitated, not wanting to ask my family to stay by my side or say those hard goodbyes. Ultimately, my family is the only part of my world that truly knows me. I don't want you to get confused if I would be dead for real. I fucked up, OK? I survived from the bullet to protecting from the death; I was acting like a homicide.

Malik: Kelley...I don't know what to say.

Kelley: *wiping her tears* I should've left you guys alone after I've been alive.

Malik: *hearing*

Kelley: Ever since I came back to New York, I have told some people to use my other name, which makes sense to me. This summer, I'm moving back to Mexico. My parents are staying here in Philly, and I'll be going alone to have a good life.

Malik: *looks at her*

Kelley: I'm so sorry. *hugs him*

Malik: *feels it and hugs her back slowly* It's OK. It's OK.

Meanwhile, in Atlantic City, Poe and Franklin speak to people about the city, providing directions and distributing more drugs. Zena arrives at the scene and confronts both of them for their actions.

Zena: I wonder if you guys don't mind. I was gonna give it to you. *shows her with cocaine bag*

Franklin: What are you doing out here?

Zena: Drove here. Getting some company, that's all.

Franklin: You must be weakening or something?

Zena: *shows her with the money* Money is a tool.

Franklin: *hearing*

Poe: She's down. *walks right in front of her*

Franklin: *looks at him* Poe, what if we could have all three working together without including any people who have left?

Poe: What the fuck are you talking about?

Franklin: Look at this. Small people are out there; cold as hell out here, this motherfucker.

Poe: That's why we need to square in.

Zena: He's right. *looks at Franklin*

Later that night, Harry and Antron drove to the Philadelphia casino, eager to enjoy some friendly competition. Upon entering, they checked out the crowd and began to stroll around, passing by Willard and Kelly along the way.

Willard and Kelly: *playing the gambling together while feeling excited after joining the game*

Harry: Nice try with this girl besides Willard.

Antron: *hearing*

Harry: I'm going around the circle. I'll meet you here.

Antron: On it.

Harry and Antron: *splitting up and walking around*

Harry: *walks over to Willard and Kelly* I can see the gaming between you two.

Willard: Harry.

Harry: *sits right next to them* I can't tell you that I would around here.

Kelly: *looks at him*

Harry: Did I miss something? Sorry to bother you.

Willard: Yeah, this is my friend, Kelly. Kelly, this is Harry.

Kelly: Hi.

Antron: *kept walking around and spying on Jada and Susanna, not caring about them until continuing on a walk*

Jada: *looks at her and nods*

Susanna: *seeing more people coming and exchanging for drugs*

Jada: *watching her*

Malik and Kelley traveled back to Philly and checked in with the crew as they stood and relaxed in the backyard nearby; they exited the car and confronted Franklin, Poe, and the others again.

Malik: How was it?

Franklin: Slow. This is your responsibility. What should we do about these people? It's as if it's sudden death; there's no one here under this ridiculous cloud, missing the sun.

Malik: I should take advantage of you, bro.

Kelley: Hey, hey, hey. Cool off, both of you. Both of you are the same team, we have to get this shit together, or we're all of us be broke and fucking dead.

Poe: The streets are going to be watching us.

Kelley: *nods softly*

Sandra: *looks at them*

Kelley: Core Squad is what we needed.

Malik and Franklin: *looks at each other and hears gunshot*

Kelley: *sees two cars appear, including one person pulls the gun out of the window and starts running and hiding with them*

Malik: *doing the same and pulled the gun and shooting the car*

Poe: *grunts and almost hurts* Damn it!

Sandra: *looks at him and focuses on shooting the enemy against the car*

Malik and Franklin: *looking at each other once again to prepare for the shoot together after seeing Kurt get out of the vehicle*
