Never

The school was big, it showed pictures of past classes hung up, some with just names sense photos were either damaged or lost. Boruto looked around and seemed excited to become a ninja. He looked around the crowd and spotted a male. He was by himself and he seemed shy. Boruto slowed and eventually walked beside him.

"I'm Boruto. What's your name?" Boruto smiled.

"O-oh, are you talking to me?" The boy asked in Surprise.

"Yep! Sure am." Boruto smiled.

"Oh! I'm Denki! It's nice to meet you Boruto." Denki smiled widely.

"Nice to meet ya man." Boruto smiled. "So, why are you here?" Boruto asked.

"Well, I want to show people I'm stronger, and that I can help people and just be cool." He smiled.

"Awesome." Boruto nodded in understanding.

"Why are you here?" Denki asked.

"I'm the Hokage's son. I feel like I...I don't know. He isn't home, he hardly even sees us, and i almost never see him. He doesn't spend time with Himiwari or me. He doesn't prefer us over his damn title and job and Interviews. My mother has to stay home with my other dad, Kakashi, he isn't nice to my mom. He sometimes hits her." Boruto mumbled. "My family isn't good, but they are popular because of Naruto. I'm well known because of Naruto. Its like, your standing in his shadow. He is making you get credit for his title alone. But I'm not drowning! I'm going to show that bastard I exsist! And that I'm great! He doesn't even know the power I have."

"Whoa..." Denki was in a bit of shock. "That sounds terrible. Also, how powerful are you? I'm curious." Denki spoke.

"Let's see." He thought.

Hey Shima, do you think you can do something small, like a demonstration of power? Harmless and cool? Boruto thought.

"Yes Børûtó." Shima spoke.

Boruto held his hand to the ground, a ring was heard, emmiting from his hand and the ground beneath the shadow, then trembled and cracked, breaking the tiles in the floor. Denki gasped in surprise.

"Wow! Awesome!" Denki giggled.

"Hey! What did you do to the floor?"A teacher spoke, walking up to him. "oh, you are Naruto's son." The man spoke, he had brown eyes, a scar across his face, under his eyes and went across his nose, him wearing his brown hair up.

"How do you know that?" Boruto asked.

"You look exactly like him. It's not hard to connect dots." The man spoke. "Come with me." He smiled. "I'm principle Iruka."

"Nice to meat you. I'm Boruto." He spoke.

The two walked down the hall and then entered the Principle's office, there were pictures of each Hokage in there, the first all the way to the latest, Naruto. Boruto looked around a bit more before sitting down, across from Iruka, who took his own seat after Boruto did.

"So, you seem to be like your dad. A prankster?" Iruka raised a brow.

"What? No! We, maybe sometimes but that's not the point. I was just doing a request from a friend. Don't punish him! It was my fault I cracked the tile in the first place." Boruto sighed.

"Let me ask, how on Earth did you break those Tiles? They are very hard to break, even for a grown male to stomp on them, or go at them with something." Iruka stated.

"I was, using my Chakra, sir." Boruto spoke.

"I see, skilled just like your dad." Iruka chuckled. "Though, he started out, as the bottom of his class." He spoke.

"I'm nothing like my dad!" Boruto growled.

Iruka looked a bit surprised. "What do you mean? I was just saying that you remind me of him."

"I'm not a murderer! I'm not a looney who had mommy issues growing up!" Boruto hissed.

Iruka then looked from confused to a bit upset. He sighed and leaned on the desk separating them.

"Your father, is like the way he is, because of everything that happened in his life. You have no idea what he went through to be like that! It wasn't his fault. So you better not talk down to your own father, because he went throughout hell to get to where he is today. He was 12 when he left, but he came back at 16 with scars all over, a depressed demeanour, and the need for isolation. He was a hurting teen. He had to deal with a Tailed beast that feeds on hatred, he also had to deal with a group wanting him dead, a crazy man who enslaved him, taking the responsibility for sacrificing himself for the entire village when it was destroyed by the leader of said group, and had  to fight in a war, on his 17th birthday, get half a soul ripped out after being possessed by a goddess, only to end up sharing her soul to survive, deal with a man who wanted his team for their power, a woman with a tailed beast and suffered because his parents were brutally murdered having gone blind sense a mad man sealed the same damn beast within himself, and then have to keep himself together sense he was already the 7nth Hokage to be. So don't you dare call him a bad man." Iruka was frowning, looking Boruto dead in the eye.

Boruto looked a bit taken back by what he said. He then stood and sighed. "Listen. You cannot change my mind.  No matter what, someone who is good, should never leave their ways." Boruto spoke and walked out of the room before Iruka could talk again.

Boruto thought on what he said, but still didn't like him. He just, couldn't forgive his father for not being there for them.
