Edmund pulled his sword out of his sheath, he grimanced and glanced at Peter who was nodding to him.

Peter let out his battle cry and charged. Edmund and the Narnians followed. He focused on surviving and killing the enemy.

For Narnia, for Aslan, for Elora, for Arian, for Eliazer, for Ashton, for Daniel, for Athena, for everyone else.

About halfway through he got kicked by a Telemarine. He fell backwards and scrambled to stand. The Telemarine nicked his face, Edmund killed him before anything else happened. Another one was there, Edmund hissed in pain as the one's sword came in contact with his thigh, limping he managed to not fall over.

"What's wrong boy? Too weak?" His opponent chuckled. Edmund blinked away unconsciousness. He focused on surviving... and sarcasm.

"Maybe, what does it matter to you?" He growled, his opponent shook his head in a mocking way.

"I just want to know how-"

Edmund suddenly slipped on a stone and bashed his head on a rock, his head felt like it exploded, he put a hand up, unable to do anything to stop the blood that was dripping quite steadily. He gave all his energy and swung his sword, shutting his eyes as the sickening thud of metal hitting body rang in his ears, his opponent fell. His vision went temporarily fuzzy he did all he could to stay awake.

"You alright?"

Edmund looked up through the fuzziness of his clouding vision. Peter was standing above him, offering a hand to help his younger brother up.

Peter helped Edmund up. Wiping sweat from his brow he looked around.

"I think we're winning." Peter said. Edmund nodded. Peter was right, soon a shout went up from the Telemarine army.

"Surrender! Surrender!"

"Put down your weapons!" Peter yelled, everyone stopped, the Telemarines did as told.

Edmund closed his eyes for a moment. Unconsiousness finally overtook him. He pitched forward, luckily Peter caught him before he fell to rhe ground, Peter suddenly realized how grave of a condition his brother was actually in.

"Oreius send a messenger for Lucy to come with her cordial, we need it."
