As they finished up lunch they started to walk out when they saw a crowd of people. They started towards it and heard the chant, "Fight, Fight, Fight." Charlie was tall enough to see over the heads of the mob, but just so.

Once she got off her tip toes she reported that it was Chris Jackmen the definition of a high school jock. And Lina's crush since kindergarten. And half the schools' crush.

Almost the second after Charlie said his name Lina went into flutter mode. Allie rolled her eyes and grabbed Lina's shoulders shaking her until she snapped out of it. Oh, did I mention Chris is Allie's half brother?

And yes there is a lot of drama there but let's save that for another time.

Whitney had already left for class rolling her eyes so they looked like they were going to fall out of her head. Charlie started to make a path through the chanting crowd while Lina and Allie fell in behind her. Once they made it to the clearing they saw who else was in the fight. Jax. Charlies old best friend. They had dated once they found out they liked each other. Well, they dated until the group of friends had found out he cheated on her with little miss perfect cheerleader.

Rose Umber was a b*tch,(pardon my french) rude to everyone and spoiled rich girl. Lina tried hard not to judge her because there might be something going on at home, but everyone else didn't even try to hide their disgust. 

Right now Jax was winning the fight. He swung his arm in a jab and hit Chris right in the face. Chris fell into the crowd and right on top of Lina. She cried out in shock and looked helplessly up at her best friend. Silently begging her to help. Allie shook her head collapsing with laughter right along side Charlie and...(sigh) half the crowd.

Lina let out a helpless whimper and started to try and shove her crush off her when another blow from Jax came and in stead of hitting Chris punched Lina in the neck. Lina's airway cut out and her breathing became shallow. The last thing she saw before she passed out was Chris picking her up and running towards the healing center.
