Okay guys so that was one side of the choice, Majority people want Collins to stay home so im going to post that decision now but please comment if I should also post Choice A!! Cause idk what i should do, but for now I will only post what the majority decides!

B. Stay home.

Collins didn't want to ruin their date.

Collins: (waving him off) "No it's okay, you and Nessa have fun."

Devan: (feeling bad) "Dude, are you sure?"

Collins: (faking a smile) "Totally, I want you guys to have fun. Besides, I have stuff to do here.."

He really had nothing to do but he didn't want Devan to know that. The younger one gave up on inviting him and began to walk slowly away.

Devan: "Okay...well I'll you around 8?"

Collins: (winks at him) "8:30."

Devan: (rolls his eyes) "Stop bro!"

They both laugh until Devan goes out the front door and Collins is left there by himself. He didn't like keeping from his brother his real feelings, but the young man didn't want to ruin his upbeat mood.

Collins laid back on the couch, releasing a deep sigh. This was his nights...by himself on the couch while his best friend was running out with his new girlfriend. He was so happy for Devan, but now it was just Collins most nights all alone.

{Time Skip}

After an hour of being cooped up on the couch eating a container of ice cream, Collins realized how ridiculous he was. Really Collins? You can do better than eating a bunch of junk alone. He sat up and walked in the kitchen to put the ice cream away. He needed to take a walk, and that's what he planned to do.

Within a minute or so, Collins walked out his front door and walked down the porch to the sidewalk. The warm breeze hit his back and went up his shirt. It felt good to step out of his house and recollect his thoughts by looking all around him.

What really caught his eye though was a moving truck parked next door. An elderly lady had moved out just a week ago into the nursing home across the way and he was surprised that someone was moving in so quickly.

Collins began to scan the neighbors porch with all the boxes packed high and down the steps. And suddenly, he saw a head popping up and down behind one of the totes. He squinted at the blob and moved closer on the sidewalk.

Soon whatever it was came into view and revealed to be a young woman. She had short blonde hair, fare skin, and a smile was wide from ear to ear. The girl spotted him and waved happily.  Seeing the kind interaction, Collins felt his lips curve up and he lifted his hand and waved back.

But instead of walking away, the girl skipped herself over to Collins, continuing to smile.

Girl: "Hi!"

Collins: "Hey, are you moving in?"

Girl: "Yep, well me and my family are. We came from Washington and just arrived 2 hours ago...but we haven't started unboxing yet." (Wincing) "It's a little crazy..!"

Collins: (glancing at the boxes) "Oh yeah..I live with my family next door."

Girl: (eyes shimmering) "OUU NEW NEIGHBORS!! That's so awesome!!"

The girl jumped up, grinning excitedly. Collins didn't expect it but he admired her spirits.

Girl: (holding her hand out) "My names Lexi Hands. Yeah, that's my last name..it's weird."

Collins: (smirks) "Try having a name like Collins Key. You'll get people backing up a little."

Lexi: (makes a face) "Oou yeah that is pretty bad..poor person who has THAT name."

Collins: (confused) "That IS my name."

Lexi: "...OHHH, oops...uh sorry."

Collins: (laughs a little) "It's no problem.."

She returned back to her bubbly self.

Lexi: "So, I'm gonna take my car and look around the city. I've been too excited to just do something like sit around all night.." (looks at Collins) "Would you mind showing me around?"

Collins wasn't sure if he should just hop in a random girl's car to show her the sights. He barely new her for more than 5 minutes...but then again, this will be his chance to do something without being alone.

What should he do?
