A couple days after the last chapter*

Tommy and Bayley were still in Las Vegas at his dad's house. Most of the tour dates were rescheduled due to complications so they had a week with his family in the "Sin City".

It was a little get away for the couple that hit their six month anniversary of being together, and with the help of the double date earlier; Tommy kept celebrating with his girl.

They went out to shows such as The Blue Man Group and Mat Franco. Bayley was enjoying the time she was spending with Tommy since it was just the two of them most of the time. Both haven't been able to have a week to themselves and find out more and more into their pasts, and with the help of work being relaxed for that week was great.

One night they went to dinner at "On Top of the World" on the strip, then finished the night by hitting up a casino.

Bayley won most of her money back as Tommy was two hundred in the hole.

Almost every night ended back at Tommy's dads house by the fire.

Sunday morning*

The couple being in Las Vegas was a coincidence since today was pay per view night at the "T-Mobile Arena" in Vegas.

No flights, no road trips to get to the venue tonight since they were already in town.

That means the couple is able to sleep in a little bit, but not like they have been.

Alarm*

A song kicked on and woke up Bayley first. Her eyes opened and looked around to see the room was light with the western sunrise, and Tommy's phone lighting up.

[Fun fact] This is my actual alarm 😂

She looked at his phone, took it off the charger and turned off the alarm with a small giggle.

When she put it back on the side table, she felt the bed moving around a little more, turned around and saw Tommy moving around and open his eyes.

Bayley: Well, goodmorning.

Tommy: stretches* Morning.

He then sat up next to her as she handed him his phone and laughed a little.

Tommy: What's up?

Bayley: I never noticed your alarm.

Tommy: Oh, Kanye?

She then laughed and that made him smile as he fired back.

Tommy: I'm sure you'd know but you always sleep through them.

Bayley: Ok, fair enough.

She then watched her boyfriend get out of bed and grab clothes, but she quickly stopped him since plans were making up in her mind.

Bayley: Hey, before you shower. Do you want to go work out?

Tommy: Depends. Will crossfit be involved?

Bayley: It's always involved with me.

Tommy: I don't want to feel like hell for my match tonight .

Bayley: Oh c'mon. I won't go that hard on ya. We only need a basketball and maybe a court.

Tommy: Play basketball? I can do that.

Bayley: Yeah, sure..

Other plans involved with that workout too but she kept that secret.

Now Tom and Bayley were changing into their workout clothes, he then left to go hunt down for a basketball while she finished up.

In no time she joined her boyfriend outside as he walked out of the garage with two basketballs and now they were on the walk towards the community court around the corner.

Basketball court twenty minutes later*

Tommy: breathing heavy* You're serious?

Bayley: You do what I did. Twenty burpees, catch the ball then throw it in the air.

Tommy: Why did I agree to this!?

Bayley: Let's go Majors. I'll race ya.

She winked at him as Bayley started and Tommy had to follow, otherwise she was going to give him a hard time about it.

Twenty more minutes later*

Tommy was sitting on the bleachers, head down and sweat rolling off his head.

His intense workout was done, he didn't want to overdue it.

As he took a sip of his water, Bayley walked up.

Bayley: Giving up already?

Tommy: Already? We've been going for almost an hour.

Bayley: And? I'm just getting started.

He stood up, grabbed his basketball and shot back.

Tommy: You're crazy.

Bayley: Crazy for crossfit babe.

She winked at him as he continued to walk to the basketball court and shoot some hoops, Bayley on the other hand took a sip of water and continued her workout.

Tommy looked over and saw her getting creative with mixing the basketball into her workout.

He knew he was in good hands since she'll always keep him in shape. Even though he hates the intense workouts, she'll figure a way to get him to do it.

An hour later*

With the workout routine completed, Tommy and Bayley were back at his dads house freshening up and getting packed for tonight.

Since this was their last day in Las Vegas, this would also be the last day with his dad and sister.

The couple have to go back to Texas after tonight since this will be building for a storyline.

In the living room*

Tommy had their bags in the room, Bayley was sitting on the couch looking at her phone and having a small conversation with her boyfriend's sister.

While they were talking, Tommy walked back through the hallway and found his dad.

Tommy: Hey dad, we're headed out.

Brent: Already? Man, I'm going to miss you two.

Tommy: We'll be back.

He hugged his dad before letting go, Bayley then stood up and hugged his dad as well.

Bayley: Thank you for welcoming me into your home with open arms. It was great to meet you two.

Brent: Pamela, you and Tommy are always welcome back here anytime.

Abby: Please. You're like a sister to me now. I'll text you?

Bayley: Anytime.

Tommy: Oh boy.

That made the two women laugh as she hugged his sister and Tommy then carried the bags outside. Bayley had hers as she walked them over to the rental car, packed up and got in.

They both waved to his family and took off towards downtown Las Vegas.

Stuck in standalone traffic*

Tommy had the car in park, head resting in his hand and sighed.

"Ms. Jackson" came through his playlist and he overheard Bayley singing along to it.

Bayley: "Never meant to make your daughter cry. I apologize a trillion times
I'm sorry Ms. Jackson, I am for real"-

He interrupted her, feeling this deja vu from sometime ago.

Tommy: I swear, this song and the timing is weird.

Bayley: From our first date.

Tommy: I knew it was from somewhere.

Bayley: Crazy to think that was six months ago.

She grabbed his hand to show him how much she appreciated it, but then let go and started to dance around the car going back to singing along with the song.

He smiled at her as traffic started to start rolling again.

Twenty minutes later*

Tommy was following some other cars that had talent going to the venue. Donte and Sasha were one of them who were in front of Bayley and Tommy.

Everyone was being filed into the parking lot below and in the arena, other workers and apart of the travel team were parked in the back.

Tommy parked next to their teammates, turned off the car ans jumped out as Bayley was already out and walking over to the other car.

Her and Sasha haven't seen each other in two weeks so she was excited to see her best friend.

Both guys, Tommy and Donte were in the back of their rental cars getting the bags out.

They haven't seen each other in some time either, so they bro hugged and waited for their ladies to catch up.

Tommy: How have you been man? Its been a minute.

Donte: All good my man, I see you and Pam were visiting Brent?

Tommy: Oh yeah. Spent the week here in Vegas.

Donte: I miss him, one funny dude.

Tommy: He's one to always have a comeback on ya.

They cracked a few more jokes and told each other about their weeks before Bayley and Sasha grabbed their bags and followed the guys.

The men and women split up into their separate locker rooms. Donte and Tommy saw Anthony sitting in there alone.

Tommy: What's up man? Kinda quiet in here.

Anthony: We did lose our boy. Alex is with Lexi their own locker room.

Donte: We lost him to love.

It was something they couldn't stop, when WWE heard of their engagement then they paired them up for their own locker room.

Since it was now just the three dudes in there, Tommy found a cubbie and started to unpack as everyone was going in and out of the locker room area for tonights pay per view.

An hour later*

Tommy was just leaving a production meeting with some of the creative team since hes been gathering ideas from all the guys and girls to bring to the table.

The company was happy about most of the stuff, some they tweaked but alot was accepted surprisingly.

He was now walking back to the locker room, sat down on the couch and scrolled through his phone as he was texting one of his old friends.

They had met up in Las Vegas earlier in the week to discuss some business and catch up.

Bayley was the only person to see this mysterious man, but both zipped their mouths shut on it.

When they finished up their conversation between each other, Tommy got another message.

❤Pam❤: Hey, I'm outside the locker room.

He instantly jumped up, walked around the couch and opened the door to see her sitting on some crates.

Bayley: Hey, are you busy?

Tommy: Nope. Meetings are all done, just waiting for countdown.

Bayley: Cool, wanna go take some pictures for the storyline. I have a few ideas for me to post on social media whenever this happens.

Tommy: Sure. Where to first.

Bayley: Let's go to the ring.

She walked him out there as rehearsals finished up and the sound team were testing out everyones entrances while she rolled into the ring and he took photos.

Fast forward to showtime*

Tonight was a bit of a busy night for the mens side of Firing Squad. It was Donte and Alex for his Intercontinental Championship, but there was a twist at the end. And finally was Tommy versus Anthony for the Universal Championship for the third time. The crowd was burnt out on these two going up against each other, but tonight would revive the story.

Now for the womens side, Sasha didn't have a match due to injury but was shooting promos for the future. Becky was also out with sickness and the company scrapped her match to be pushed back, so she stayed home. And for Bayley, she would be ringside for Lacey Evens versus Alexa Bliss. This match would determine her next opponent for SummerSlam.

The preshow had ended and it was time for the matches to begin with the first men in Firing Squad to battle it out.

Tommy was watching backstage with Bayley in catering as Alex walked out to the faction theme song with the white and gold strap around his waist.

Alex's character was playing it off as he was trying to do everything he could to make it up to his teammate, but that then helped build Donte's new character.

Cameras caught Alex climb to the top rope and sit down while waiting for his friend to come out. Just before the factions theme could start, the lights cut and everyone in the crowd was confused.

Tommy smiled as the camera's looked straight up at a spot light that slowly panned down as Donte was visible, being lifted down to the ring from the rafters.

He was on the ground quickly, took the cord off and everyone saw a sledgehammer slide out from his right sleeve.

Cole: AKX warned us about an appearance of the ArchAngel.

Corey: When you don't get what you deserve then something comes out of people that has been building with defeat.

Donte got into the ring, looked at the sledgehammer and then back at what Alex was holding.

10 minutes later*

This match has been close to becoming a blood bath as Alex was cut from his forehead, and Donte's lip was split. The sledgehammer was used a couple times to try and end the match, but everytime he would cover Alex would kick out.

Just before he could get desperate and go for another hit of the hammer, Alex hit an AKO on Donte and was going to cover.

Donte slowly rolled out of the ring and that could've ended the brutal match.

Alex slowly got up, crawled to the edge and was hit by a pair of brass knuckles that were under the ring.

Both competitors have been using everything in their disposal to try and end this fight.

Donte rolled back into the ring and sat Alex up, had his arm around his neck and went for a sleeper hold.

When he smiled at the camera, the lights cut out quickly and the crowd was going nuts.

When they came back on, Bray was standing behind Donte in his full Fiend attire.

Cole: The Fiend and ArchAngel. How could they pair these two up!?

Corey: Doesn't look like they're going to be friendly.

As Graves said those words, Donte looked around and was put into the Mandible Claw, dropped to the mat and "passed out".

The Fiend let him go and the lights turned off.

When they came back on it was just a downed Donte and Alex, who looked around and crawled to his teammate. He put his arm on Donte and got the three count to reclaim his Intercontinental Championship.

This match was easily to revive Alex's title reign and also build for a new rivalry between two unbelievable forces in the company.

Tommy was impressed on how that played out. It went according to plan, and exactly how him and Donte saw.

The next match also involved another Firing Squad member.

Bayley: Alright, my spot it next.

Tommy: Can't wait to see that face on TV.

Bayley: Yeah, yeah. I'll be back in a minute.

They then shared a kiss and he watched her grab her Smackdown Womens Championship, walk out of catering and into gorilla.

Tommy's spot wasn't until the main event of the show so he hadn't gotten dressed yet.

20 minutes into the next match*

Bayley was sitting ringside next to Corey Graves as Lacey Evens and Alexa Bliss were going at it, that changed when Lacey rolled Bliss up and got the quick three count to surprise everyone.

Alexa has great momentum towards a championship match, but they didn't move that way in the story.

Lacey kicked The Goddess out of the ring as Bayley grabbed her title, stood up and walked to the edge of the ring trash talking.

The cameras caught what would happen next.

Bayley: Look at that, the mom surprised everyone. Sucks she can't run with me-

Lacey then hit a little kick on Bayley and that moved her back. She dropped her title but stood back up, took off her snake skin jacket and pounced on the Sassy Southern Bell.

Both competitors were going at it as referee's ran out and split it up, then that segment ended with WWE confirming Bayley versus Lacey at the bottom of the screen.

Tommy was now in the back, shot a text to his girlfriend and walked to his locker room.

With Bayley*

She walked through gorilla and back to where she left Tommy, but he was gone. Bayley looked at her phone and saw he had to leave.

Tom❤🤞: I gotta dress. I'll see you later.

With him being gone, all her lady friends gone as well since most are going home or aren't at the venue, she caught up with Sasha and sat next to her the whole time until she had to leave for a promo.

Last match of the night*

No titles have changed during this pay per view since they are building momentum and storylines for the second biggest pay per view.

Some people left already since they figured this would be a snoozefest of a match, but Tommy had something in mind to change their minds.

He was now dressed and standing in gorilla stretching. Bayley was there next to him watching the video package they made for this match.

The Firing Squad theme song was building up with the video package, that was the cue to get ready. He was now less than two minutes from the match.

He turned to Bayley, grabbed her side and brought her in a little close.

Tommy: We should plan something soon.

Bayley: About that..

She smiled and was about to drop a ball on him.

Bayley: My parents want to meet you. After seeing the pictures I sent her, my mom really wants to meet you.

Tommy: Really?

Bayley: Yeah, we should talk about going to California for a week.

Tommy: I'm down.

She smiled, then she gave him a goodluck kiss before hearing his cue.

Bayley watched him walk out of the curtain and saw the cameras catch him.

With Tommy*

He walked down to the ring in his fighting attire, a little different from the normal Firing Squad attire since he was being a little rebellious against some people in the group.

Mixed reaction came from the crowd since one side would cheer while the other would boo.

It wasn't long before he rolled into the ring and stood next to the announcer as they called his name.

The lights then changed since everyone in the group has different titantron themes and lights but have the same song.

Red overflowed the arena as Anthony was called out and walking down the ramp. The crowd loved the universal champion since he was the biggest babyface in the company, along with his girlfriend which made them love him more.

Anthony got into the ring and was now face to face with the leader of his group, held the title up and handed it over to the referee.

But before they were backed up, Anthony shot a insult at Tommy.

Anthony: Buisness is buisness.

Tommy: Taking my tagline for a threat laughs*

He blew it off and walked back to his corner, both were ready to go.

The bell rung and Tommy exploded out of his corner, headed straight for Anthony.

He was locking him up and wearing him down quickly in the match as this was shocking the crowd that he showed dominance.

But Anthony eventually got out of it and the shots and chops were being handed to each other.

After a long, grueling match*

This match was set for twenty minutes but went well over that by eight as they started to grab weapons.

Tommy got split open and was thrown onto thumbtacks by the champion, this was showing the strength that the universal champion had.

The crowd turned against Tommy quickly and were pulling for Anthony as he hit his finishing move.

Cole: "Lights Out"!!

Anthony covered and lifted his friends leg as he overheard the croud count one.. two.. three with the referee.

They all stood up and cheered for the face of the company.

He stood up and went into a corner, sat on the middle rope and didn't want his championship just yet.

As he watched his friend just lay there and move around to the fresh dumping of thumbtacks next to him, the faction theme song hit.

Bayley, Alex, Sasha walked out and got into the ring to help Tommy up.

Donte's character was still hunting for Bray and to keep his character on the downlow after his match.

That was a brutal match for both men, and Tommy was exhausted, beaten and embarrassed.

He had lost to his friend for the third time, all for the championship.

Bayley went for Tommy and helped Alex get him up.

He bobbed his head back and looked around to see everyone standing around, and he smiled when he saw his girlfriend holding him up.

Anthony walked over and they had a big group huddle, nothing was said which threw Tommy's character off guard.

They all backed up and Bayley hugged her boyfriend, which he wrapped his arms around her.

The cameras caught them talk a little as she had one thing to say to him.

Bayley: whispers* I love you.

Tommy: whispers back* I'm glad it was you. I love you too.

Everyone in the arena watched Tommy unlock a little but Bayley held on, then the camera's caught her smiling as she hit her finishing move "Bayley to Belly" on her boyfriend.

He was laid out onto the new pile of thumbtacks and didn't move.

When Bayley stood up with the same smile on her face, they all stood over Tommy and looked straight at the camera while doing the signature "Underneath Too Sweet" over him.
