Natsu woke to an early phone call. He looked at the caller ID and saw that it was Erza one of his co-workers. 

"yeah whats wrong" 

"we got a job and we need your help".

"whats it about" Natsu got up and started to get changed

"a man is taking kids and killing the mothers. The only thing we have that in common with the mothers is that they are all single and struggling or do drugs an or an alcoholic." 

Natsu had a question in his head "do some of them work at a bar or strip club?"  you hear pages being turned "yes some but not a lot" 

"master cats?" he was hoping he was not right but "yes how do you know"? Erza asked.  "well I am a part-time babysitter and the one I work for is working at the club."   all you hear is the phone goes silent. Then eErza said "protect. her. with. your. life.!"  Then in the background "Erza we need him he can help us figure out the missing piece of the puzzle." she sighed "tell her not to work today" natsu sighed "I can try" 

"good now go"

Natsu sighed. then called lucy.         bold-Natsu italics-Lucy

"hey Natsu"

"Luce I need you to listen to me carefully" 

"Natsu what's wrong"

"you need to stay home today and not go to work" Lucy was confused on why she should not go to work until she remembered  form her job that single mothers are being murdered. 

"Natsu I need the money please can you take care of her?"

"........sorry Luce they need me at the BAU and I don't think that you want Layla hearing about murder"  Lucy sighed "please take her she needs to be safe and your the only safe person that can actually look after her."  "Luce plea-"  "no Natsu came to my apartment and take her the BAU"  Lucy hung up.  Natsu threw his phone.  Natsu sighed forgetting that Rouge is in his house.  "n-Natsu" Natsu turned around and saw Rouge. "sorry kid it's just someone who I am supposed to protect is not being cooperative." Rouge nodded "are we going to the BAU" Natsu nodded. He gave Rouge his old clothes and drove to the BAU. 

short I  know I am also sorry for not updating yesterday I got home and did some writing but I felt so tired but also worrying if my school was going to get shot up. for the people in parkland, I am sorry for your losses and let's hope that nothing happens to the other schools.
