The next day, Audrey Bougerious goes down stairs. She sees two people asleep on the couch. The boy is on top of the girl who only wears a twice piece swim suit.  She thinks this strange and takes a closer look. She gasps when she realizes the girls is Nellie and the boy is her son, Alan!  Oh, dear me!  How shameful!  She is not to happy that her son would actually fall asleep rather intentional or not with his best friends, girlfriend.  She can not help,but wonder what sort of loosy excuse he will give for this sort of behavior!  Let alone the girl for that matter!  How could Nellie do this?  

           Audrey wakes them up!  "Come up, now Nellie and Alan!  Get up!  As for you Nellie, put your other clothes back on this instant young lady!" Audrey says.

          Nellie wakes up.  Alan does the same. He rolls off her and onto the floor.  Nellie grabs her clothes off the chair and slips the t-shirt and shorts back on over her bikini.  She thinks, goodness!  I never thought his mom would find about us.  Good day!  Talk about embarrassing!

        "Alan and Nellie, would you please explain?  Now, why did you cheat on your boyfriend, Nellie?  Why did let her cheat on him with you son?"  Audrey says.

      "He does not appreciate her like I do!" Alan says.

      "Son, that sounds like a bad excuse and you know it."  Audrey says.

     "It is my fault, madame!"  Nellie remarks.

     "As much as I appreciate your help, you need not blame yourself alone dear."  Audrey remarks.

     "Oh, but is see!  I was mad at Nathaniel so I choose to kiss Alan!  Alan gave me one back and next thing I know, we uh..."  Nellie says, with her face bright red.  Perhaps, even redder since Alan's mom has this look of disapproval on her face.

      "Get out!  I might be on my way out the door for a trip out of town for two months, but that still gives you no right to be a user in my house."  Audrey says.

      "User, mom?  Really?  She does not do drugs. " Alan states.

      "Seriously, son!  That is not what I meant and you know it."  Audrey scoffs, she packs her bags and heads out the door. She turns back around and says,  "Take good care of your sister for me!  See to it she does not stay in the house or her room the entire time I am away! "  With that she goes to the car, puts some things inside and goes to the airport to catch her flight to London!

      Meanwhile, Chloe wakes up!  She blushes when she sees Nathaniel next to her!  She breathes a sigh of relief that she has her clothes on and he does as well. She knows for certain nothing took place between them she has to show concern for anyway.  She grabs up some clothes from a drawer, steps into the bathroom, closes and locks the door. She removes her clothes, showers, dries off and puts on the clean outfit.  She has chosen a cute, pink dress that kinda twirls a bit at the bottom, with pink shoes to match.  She even has on a few accessories, no makeup as usual, and has put a comb through her hair.  She thinks, well that is that as she exits the bathroom!

       Nathaniel wakes up and takes a look around him.  He sees light yellow sheets with black stripes across them.  Yikes!  He feel asleep in Chloe's room last nigh!  He gets up, puts his shoes on, grabs his bag, stands up on the bed, climbs up to the window, unbolts it, opens it and jumps outside.  He lands on the soft grass below.  He smiles and heads home.  

     Once at his place, he enters, goes to his bathroom, gets ready for the day, exits it and texts Chloe.   The text reads: Hi, Goose!  You probably wonder where I am?  Well, you see the thing is I went home!  I did not want your brother or mom to think badly of me.

     Chloe smiles, then frowns.  She kinda thought Nath would still be here!  She blushes at the silliness of her thoughts.  There is no way he wants to spend time with her anyway. Not when he calls her  "one of the guys,"  or "goose."  He never calls her Chloe, "Chlo,"  or even "pretty."  It is like he does not see her for who she really is and that bothers her more than she lets on to anyone.  

      Chloe hears her phone beep.  She sees a text from her mother: Hi, sweetie!  Sorry, I did not get to say bye !  You were asleep and I did not want to wake you!

       Chloe sighs. It figures her mother would leave for business and just text her later about it.  That is how it has been for as long as she can remember.  She is about to leave her room to go get breakfast when she hears her phone beep not once, but twice this time.  She wonders, who could it be ?   There is no one else who ever text her.  None at all.

       Chloe looks at the screen in amazement!  She can hardly believe it!  She looks at it again!  Sure enough there are two messages from him.  Two from her crush to her!  She grins!  She decides she might as well read them to see what he has to say.  First text reads: Hi, Goose! You probably wonder where I am? Well, you see the thing is I went home! I did not want your brother or mom to think badly of me.  Second text reads:  Look, I intend to dump Nellie soon!  I promise!  She is no good for me anyway!  :)

     She almost drops her phone after she rereads the second text he sent.  She can not believe he really plans to break up with Nellie!  She thinks, why?  I mean it is not like there is another girl.  She goes downstairs with the phone now safely in her pocket.  She fixes a bowl of oatmeal, peach slices, and a glass of apple juice.  As she eats the food and sips on the juice, she hears her brother snicker.

    "Sis, you know you look like a real girl today, right?  Not like the Tom Boy, or is it Tom girl that you usually do!"  Alan remarks.

     "Leave her alone, Alan!"  Nellie states.  She smiles,and kisses his cheek.

      "Nellie,what?"  Chloe says. She can not believe her eyes.  Nellie just gave someone else other than Nathaniel a kiss.  She must be ill , right?  

      "Oh, uh, your brother and I are together now!"  Nellie announces as if  it were no big deal.

        "What?  You are with Nathaniel, so you can not be with my brother, Alan too!"  Chloe retorts.

             Nathaniel text Chloe again. He thinks, ugh!  Why do I text her?  She is just a friend and besides, Nellie and I are not officially over yet.  Yet he text her anyway?   His recent text reads:  Goose, I mean Alan's  sister, you think it will be alright if I come over to dump Nellie, or should I wait?  I mean I do not want to surprise her to much with the bad news.  So, what do you think? 

             Chloe smiles and giggles a bit. She does not say what it is about though. She just continues on as if it the funniest thing ever the thought of Alan and Nellie!  She answers the text, No, I think that is a great idea!  In fact you better be quick about it !  You see I kinda know something you do not.
