This story is about my own character (Oc) and a "love story" between Todoroki, bakugou and herself!

With this Quirk of hers she can easily control the weather in her current location like rain, snow etc. Accidentally she can let natural disaster happen. Using her quirk is very exhausting and she has low stamina which leads to using it very rarely.
