"When does someone know they're in love? Is it a sudden rush of feelings? Or is it when they have lost that person and realize how much time they wasted?"

Jia opened the front door, walking in and setting her bag on the table next to the door. "Jungseok! I'm home!" She yelled, setting her shoes on the rack and walking into the kitchen.

"Oh, are you cooking?" She asked seeing her husband cutting up some vegetables. He nodded, "I thought it would be better to start cooking early tonight with Jeongguk over." He replied, kissing her cheek.

Jia hummed in response, "Where are they? And where's Taesung at?" She asked taking a piece of the cut up vegetables and taking a bite. Jungseok nudged his head to the backyard. Jia walked towards the sliding glass door, looking out into their backyard.

Seeing Taesung running into Jeongguk's arms making him topple over onto the grass with Taehyung running up to them with a big smile on his face. She smiled when she saw Taehyung sneak in a kiss and peck Jeongguk lips for a split second making him flustered.

"We should let them be for now." Jia said looking back at Jungseok, "They look happy out there." She smiled seeing her nephew hold Jeongguk by his waist as Taesung crawled all over them. Jungseok laughed a little,
"They remind me of us when we were still teenagers. Those days were so long ago."

Jia walked back over to him, "How could I forget, those days were good." She replied sitting on one of the kitchen stools, "Do you think they'll last?" She asked placing her chin into the palm of her hand.

"I heard them talking about their relationship earlier, they sound mature enough to handle their own feelings with one another." He replied, "I think they want to be together but know it's best to sort out their own problems first before loving someone else."

"You didn't answer the question."

Jungseok looked up at Jia with a smile,
"I know they'll last together, honey. They're smart and mature, taking baby steps with one another. With that, they're bound to last. And if they don't- they'll part with good memories." He said gently.

Jia smiled back gently, looking back out the sliding glass door seeing the couple run around with one another.
Seeing her nephew hug his lover from behind and kiss him. She smiled as her eyes welled up.

"Jiyoung, I think Taehyung's finally happy now. Wherever you are, just know someone loves him a lot."

-

Jeongguk giggled as Taehyung caught him from behind and kissed his lips,
"Stop that! I can't run away from you." He breathed out separating their lips. His lover only gave him that boyish smile that made his knees weak,
"But I don't want you to run away."

"Taesung! Help me run away!" Jeongguk smiled as the tiny boy ran over and grabbed his hand, "We have to go, Ggukie! Taehyungie is being a cheater!" He pouted as he pulled Jeongguk away from Taehyung's grasp.

"I'm not cheating, what do you mean?" Taehyung asked as the little boy held Jeongguk's hand and walked away. "You are! You distract my Ggukie by kissing him." Taesung pouted, giving Taehyung a glare.

Taehyung raised his eyebrow,
"My Ggukie? Listen kid, if it wasn't for me you wouldn't have a 'my Ggukie' so calm yourself." He said. Jeongguk rolled his eyes, "Come on, Taesung let's go inside and cool off." He said picking the small boy up.

Taehyung laughed as Taesung stuck his tounge out at him, following them into the house. Seeing his aunt,
"Hi, Aunty. How was your day?" He asked giving her a side hug.

"It was fine. Why don't you and Jeongguk go upstairs? I'll take care of Taesung now." She said patting his shoulder, "Taesung, come to Mommy so we can wash your hands." She said waving the boy over.

"Mommy!" Taesung exclaimed and jumped into her arms, "I played with Ggukie and Taehyungie today." He said excitedly. Jia laughed and ruffled his hair, "I saw, let's get you cleaned up again."

Jeongguk stood next to Taehyung, the older wrapping his arm around his waist, "Sorry we got him a little dirty again." He apologized. Jia shook her head with a smile, "It's fine, Jeongguk! It was bound to happen anyways. You and Taehyung go upstairs, dinner will be ready in and hour or so."

Jeongguk nodded, waving a tiny bye to Taesung as he walked upstairs with Taehyung. He giggled as Taehyung kept kissing his cheek. "Will you stop that!" He smiled as they walked into the olders room.

Taehyung laughed and shut the door behind him, "I thought you liked my kisses?" He pouted making Jeongguk laugh as he sat down on Taehyung's bed. "I do!" He said as Taehyung sat down next to him.

"Then can I kiss you right now?" Taehyung asked facing Jeongguk and giving him that look that he knew made Jeongguk feel weird. Jeongguk blushed and tried his best not to break under the stare of Taehyung, tucking a piece of his hair behind his ear, "Do you have to?" He asked.

Taehyung nodded, "If I don't I think I'll die." He pouted making Jeongguk playfully roll his eyes. The younger hummed, "Well what do I get out of it?" He asked cutely tilting his head to the side.

Taehyung scoffed, "You get me, is that not enough?" He asked raising his eyebrow making the other giggle. Jeongguk leaned in and placed his lips onto Taehyung's, only for a short second. Like a whisper of a kiss, it was gone within seconds.

"You can get more later." He said shifting on the bed to get more comftorable. Taehyung only laughed in return, instead laying down on the bed and placing his head on Jeongguk's lap. The boy smiled, running his hand through Taehyung's thick sandy locks.

"Taehyung?"

"Yes, darling?"

Jeongguk smiled a little at the petname, "I was wondering- well, Jimin told me to make sure which is why I'm asking..." He mumbled quietly. Taehyung looked up at him,
"Ask me what, sweets?"

The tiny star pursed his lips, his left hand traveling down to Taehyung's face, smoothing out his honey tan skin with his thumb, "You know that I like you a lot right? Not as a friend but s-something more, right?" He asked gently.

Taehyung chuckled, "Of course, I know. You make it rather obvious, star." He smiled up at the boy who's face was dusted a magnificent pink that matched the color of his plump pillow like lips. Jeongguk nodded his head, "Do y-you like me too?" He asked for confirmation.

"I like you so much that every time we have to part my heart aches." Taehyung answered, "Before we began talking, every glimpse of you I got at school made me happy. Every time I tried to get over you I couldn't. It just felt like everytime I thought I was over you, I'd turn a corner and we'd bump into each other and you'd smile and say sorry even when it wasn't your fault. That was all it took for me to fall for you all over again."

Jeongguk stilled his hand that had been running itself through Taehyung's hair, "I'm sorry, I didn't notice." He apologized. Taehyung only smiled sweetly, "It's ok, you don't need to apologize to me. We're here now. You liked Namjoon at the time anyways, I didn't expect you to ever notice me."

Jeongguk pouted and leaned against the wall, "I don't even know why I liked Namjoon- not that he's a bad person! I didn't even know him." He sighed making Taehyung laugh,
"It's not like you knew me either." Taehyung replied.

"I feel like I wasted our time together when if I had just told you that I liked you all those years ago, I wouldn't have wasted our time." Jeongguk complained making Taehyung chuckle, "If I had confessed then we would have gotten together a long time ago too. It's on me"

Jeongguk tilted his head and smiled lightly, "Why'd you even like me anyways? There's nothing special about me." He asked looking down at his lover with a chuckled. Taehyung gave him a look, "There's a lot to love about you, Jeongguk. I don't know if I could name them all." He replied.

Jeongguk laughed but came to a halt when he processed what the other had said, "You said l-love." He pointed out, feeling his heart starting to go faster. The butterflies in his stomach soaring.

Taehyung's eyes widened, "I did?" Jeongguk only nodded his head. Taehyung let out a breath, "I guess it seems as if my brain knows what I want before I do, huh." He stated making Jeongguk giggle and smack him lightly.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Jeongguk asked with a smile painted onto his pink lips as his apple cheeks were dusted with that pretty shade of pink. Taehyung looked up at Jeongguk, his chocolate golden eyes sparkling.

"I know what I want to say, but it's not time for it yet."

"What ever do you mean by that?" Jeongguk asked gently, carding his hand through Taehyung's locks. The boy gave him that look again, the one where Jeongguk couldn't decipher what it meant, "You'll find out soon. Promise." Taehyung replied.

Jeongguk only laughed in return,
"Ok then, I'll wait." He said making Taehyung smile at him. The older leaned up, using his elbows as support, he leaned in and stole a kiss from Jeongguk. Sitting up properly when he felt Jeongguk kiss back gently. Taehyung gently pushed the younger down onto the bed, hovering over him as he kissed his lovers soft delicate lips. His hands massaging Jeongguk's waist, going up and down to trace the dips of his hips.

Jeongguk's hands went to the collar of Taehyung's shirt, pulling him in closer. He whimpered when he felt Taehyung tug on his bottom lip, his right hand going to those sandy locks and tugging on them while his left hand stayed on his neck. Jeongguk wrapped his legs around Taehyung's waist, wanting him closer to him. Call the boy greedy or maybe even needy, but he wanted his Taehyungie.

He felt Taehyung's hand leave his waist, going to his neck and taking his hand away from his hair. Jeongguk thought this was because Taehyung wanted to pin his hand over his head, but instead placed his hand gently next to his head. Intertwining their fingers and holding his hand gently.

Dear God, Jeongguk thought his heart was going to burst. Taehyung was always ever so careful and gentle with him, as if he was a flower that needed to be taken care of. Though he wouldn't mind if Taehyung was a little rough. Ok fine, call him horny too.

He whined when he no longer felt Taehyung's lips on his, looking up at Taehyung softly with his hooded star cluster eyes, his chest going up and down. Taehyung let out a sigh and smiled, his face dropping into his neck, "What are you doing to me, Jeon Jeongguk."

Jeongguk felt his chest swell as he giggled, "I could ask you the same."

-

Jia nudged Jeongguk with her elbow,
"So?" She asked, raising her eyebrow a bit with a smirk. Jeongguk laughed,
"So what?" He asked as he rinsed a plate.

They had just finished dinner and Jeongguk not wanting to be rude, offered to help cleanup. At first, he was nervous to intrude on their family dinner but felt at ease once Taehyung slipped his hand into his, squeezing gently from time to time.

Jia laughed, "Well how is it with Taehyung?" She asked making Jeongguk blush lightly. He hummed,
"It's going good." He answered feeling shy talking about Taehyung to Jia. He took a bowl from Jia, rinsing the soap off.

"Just good?" Jia teased making Jeongguk laugh. The boy smiled sheepishly, "It's great, really. He just- I don't know how to put it into words. He just makes me really happy, even when he's not doing anything he could just hold my hand or smile and it makes me feel a lot better." He answered feeling his face heat up, placing the bowl onto the dish rack.

Jia awed, "You really do remind me of me and Jungseok when we were younger." She said making Jeongguk laugh, "Has Taehyung told you? Well, about how he ended up with me?" She asked gently handing Jeongguk another plate.

The boy nodded, "He told me earlier. Well, Taesung told me then I asked Taehyung about it." He answered rinsing the plate, feeling the hot water hit his hands. Burning them in a way and left his hands red. Jia sighed, "I always knew Taesung had a hunch. It's good that you know now. Taehyung's been through a lot and I'm glad he's with me now, he has a stable enough life and has a better chance of having a good life than if he had stayed with my sister."

Jeongguk cleared his throat, placing the plate onto the dish rack, "Do you know where she is?" Jeongguk asked gently, taking a plate from Jia. She sighed, "No, I don't. At first she would call once a week. Then once every two months. It was never to ask about Taehyung, just asking for money. So I cut her off. I don't know where she is and I love her a lot, but I hope not to hear from her ever again." She answered.

Jeongguk nodded his head, "Do you think she loved Taehyung a lot?" He asked quietly. Jia smiled a bit, "She loved him a lot. Before she left she was a great mother, I know you might not think so but she was. Taehyung loved her a lot and she loved him so much." She answered, Jeongguk saw her eyes tearing up, "But even good people turn bad. I don't know what happened but she started to change. Met a lot of bad people."

Jia sighed, "One day she just showed up here with Taehyung and a suitcase. I'll never forget what she said to me, Jeongguk." She scoffed, "She told me,
'I'm leaving Taehyung with you. I'm not coming back and I signed papers releasing him from me. I love him a lot but not enough to stay.' Then she just left. Forever."

Jeongguk didn't say anything, not knowing what to say at all. He swallowed down his pity knowing Taehyung wouldn't want it. Placing the plate onto the dish rack,
"It's good that she choose to put Taehyung in you care. He has a family who loves him now."

Jia grinned a bit, scrubbing the dishes,
"At first he would always ask where my sister went and if she was coming back, he understood the circumstances after a month. But that didn't mean he was ok." She said handing a couple cups over to Jeongguk, "Taehyung had to go therapy for awhile. It really did improve him a lot, made him realize that he had a family who loved him now and that it wasn't his fault that my sister left."

She turned to Jeongguk, eyes sparkling with happiness, "One day Taehyung came home from his first day of middle school." She said happily making Jeongguk laugh with her, "I remember asking him why he was so happy and he said he had seen someone pretty at school. So when I asked who it was he told me he didn't know his name." Jia told Jeongguk.

"Who was it?" Jeongguk asked, his big doe eyes full of curiosity. Jia gave him a "really" look, "It was you. I was taken back when he told me it was a boy, but I didn't care. He had been through a lot already, who was I to tell him who to like and who to not like." She answered.

Jeongguk nodded his head and blushed a little, "That's nice of you, Jia." He replied smiling a little, placing the last dish onto the dish rack. Jia shrugged, "It's only the right thing to do. I can't stop someone from loving another because of their gender." She stated, wiping her hands on a napkin.

"Aunty, I just put Taesung to bed and Uncle said that he wanted to sleep early so he's already in bed." Taehyung said walking down the stairs and into the kitchen. Jia nodded, "Ok then, thanks Taehyung. I'll head to bed soon too. Are you and Jeongguk going to stay up?" She asked.

Jeongguk turned to Taehyung who was beside him, not knowing the answer. Taehyung hummed, "I think so, not for long though." The older answered, wrapping his arm around Jeongguk's waist. Jia nodded, walking over to her bag and grabbing something, "Here, you'll need this." She said handing it to Jeongguk.

He looked at it, recognizing the label to be make-up wipes. Jia patted his shoulder, "For your make-up." She said, pointing to his neck. Jeongguk turned red, growing shy, "Oh, thank y-you." He thanked, taking the make-up wipes.

"It's no problem! I'm going to bed now, don't be too loud." She said, specifically looking at the couple before walking up the stairs.

Taehyung began to laugh making Jeongguk smack his arm, "Don't laugh! That was embarrassing." He pouted, crossing his arms. Taehyung smiled gently, tilting his head, "She didn't mean it like that, doll. Calm yourself." He said with a little chuckle and kissed his cheek.

Jeongguk pursed his lips even though he was giggling, "I want to take a shower." He demanded with a pout. Taehyung only shook his head, "What's with the attitude, princess?" He teased and pinched his cheek. Jeongguk blushed at the new petname, growing shy when Taehyung grabbed his hand and lead them upstairs to his room.

Jeongguk set his phone on the desk, taking his blazer off and hanging it up in Taehyung's closet. Getting ready to take a shower, he turned around when he heard Taehyung hum his name, "Yes?" He asked gently.

"Can we take a shower together?"

Jeongguk felt his heart stop and his face go warm, "What?" He asked, checking to make sure he had heard Taehyung correctly. The older got up from bed and walked towards him,
"Why don't we just take a shower together?" He asked, tilting his head.

Jeongguk stumbled over his words as he shook his head, "B-But there's another bathroom d-down the hall." He replied feeling hot. Taehyung hummed, "You're right, but I would rather shower with you." He said, giving a little smile.

The younger pouted, "But why? You're so random at times." He asked trying to cover up the fact that he was nervous. Taehyung chuckled and pulled him close, "Just because. And whatever you're thinking, it's not going to happen. I'm not going to do anything you're not comftorable with, Jeongguk."

The tiny boy smiled when he felt Taehyung's lips pressed onto the crown of his head, "Ok fine. We'll shower together." He said making Taehyung smile. The older kissed his lips briefly, "You go first, I'll get clean towels from the laundry room." He said quickly and disappeared into the hallway.

Jeongguk let out a nervous sigh and walked into the bathroom, leaving the door a crack open. He looked at himself in the mirror, cringing at his pink face. "Stop being so scared over nothing, Jeongguk." He mumbled to himself, taking the make-up wipes and taking his make-up off. The purple love marks that had been signed off by Taehyung littered his neck and collarbones.

He tlited his head to the right, getting a better look at them. They were all different shapes and sizes, Jeongguk pouted, regretting letting Taehyung mark him for the fact that it always took too long to cover up. But Taehyung always won him over somehow someway. He sighed and turned around, opening the shower door and turning on the water to give it time to warm up.

Jeongguk unzipped his pants and took them off, his white button up shirt falling a little. Folding the pants nicely and placing them on the counter. He unbuttoned his shirt, hanging it onto the towel rack and quickly discarded his panties. Making sure to put those under his pants to not feel embarrassed.

He stepped into the shower, sighing at the feeling of the hot water hitting his exposed snow smooth skin. The shower door was made of glass, meaning that Jeongguk had a full view of himself if he looked into the bathroom mirror. He looked at himself into the mirror, his body from the waist down was beginning to get covered up by the fog that had creeped it's way up the glass door.

He blushed and looked away, running his hand through his wet hair. Jeongguk felt his body tremble hearing the bathroom door open and close shut. Taehyung stood in front of the mirror making eye contact with him through the mirror. He smiled gently with a little chuckle seeing Jeongguk's red face. The boy in the shower looked away, choosing to look at the floor of the shower.

"I got clean towels and some clothes for us." Taehyung said taking his shirt off, "I was able to find some smaller sweatpants that'll fit you better but you'll have to wear one of my shirts." He said, taking off his pants and folding them nicely onto the counter.
Jeongguk hummed, "It's ok. Thank you, Taehyung." He mumbled quietly.

The showe door opened, the cold air hitting Jeongguk who stood underneath the hot water. He squeaked and moved away, giving Taehyung more room. Jeongguk couldn't bare to let himself look down at Taehyung. For the obvious reasons.
He glanced over at Taehyung who stood beneath the steaming hot water, his sandy brown locks turning to knots.

A deep chuckle ripped through the air, "Must you have the water boiling hot?" Taehyung asked, opening his eyes and looking right at Jeongguk. The tinier boy laughed, "Mhm, I always take hot showers." He replied making Taehyung smile back at him.

Taehyung placed his hands onto Jeongguk's petite waist, moving him closer so they were both under the hot water. Jeongguk blushed, placing his hands onto Taehyung's bare chest. The hot smooth honey tan skin feeling weird beneath his fingertips. He heard Taehyung snicker, lifting his head up, "What's so funny?"

"I'm not sure if it's the steaming hot water or something else but your face is cherry red, doll." The older answered trying to stifle his laughter. Jeongguk pouted and smacked his chest playfully, "Don't make fun of me! It's not everyday I take showers with the guy I like a lot."

Taehyung smiled deeply at his words, kissing his cheek, "Well there's going to be a lot more, so don't think this is the last." He teased turning to the side and getting the shampoo, squeezing some into his hand. He gently began to wash Jeongguk's hair, massaging gently at his scalp. Jeongguk giggled a bit, "I haven't had someone wash my hair in a long time." He said with a smile.

Taehyung grinned back at him,
"Who washed your hair for you?" He asked, making shapes with Jeongguk's soaped up hair. Jeongguk laughed at the feeling of Taehyung playing with his hair, "My brother always gave me a bath when I was younger. It feels like it happened just yesterday when in reality he stopped a long time ago." He answered.

Taehyung gave him a gentle and calm stare, "Close your eyes." He told him, the younger closed his eyes quickly as Taehyung washed the shampoo out. He ran his fingers through Jeongguk's black silky locks, making sure to not pull too harshly not wanting to hurt him. He gently massaged his head, getting a small sigh in return from his lover.

Jeongguk turned back around to face him, "I wanna wash your hair now!" He exclaimed excitedly, squeezing some shampoo into his hand. Taehyung laughed, "But I didn't condition your hair yet." He replied as Jeongguk began washing his hair.

"It's fine, I can skip conditioning for one day." The younger said, gently rubbing in the shampoo, being careful to not get it in Taehyung's eyes. He stood on the tips of his toes to be able to reach the top of Taehyung's head.
His giggles echoed through the bathroom, feeling Taehyung tickle his sides softly. He fluffed up Taehyung's hair, making his sandy moppy locks stick straight up.

"I'm going to smell like you now." Jeongguk smiled, rinsing the shampoo out of Taehyung's knotted hair. The older smiled, "Is that a bad or good thing?" He asked, helping the smaller boy rinse out the shampoo. Jeongguk only giggled a bit with that love sick smile that made Taehyung's chest flutter.

"It's a great thing, I like your cologne a lot." The tinier boy responded, running his hand through Taehyung's wet locks, untangling all the knots that had formed. Taehyung laughed a bit, grabbing the body wash and squeezed some into his hand.

"Is it ok if I wash your body?" He asked not wanting to touch Jeongguk without permission. Jeongguk blushed and nodded his head slowly. His breath hitched when Taehyung began to scrub gently at his smooth silk skin. He placed his hands onto Taehyung's chest, his wet skin still tingling beneath his fingertips.

Jeongguk let his eyes wonder for a couple seconds. Taehyung's skin was a beautiful honey tanned color, almost glimmering as the water hit his toned body. He wasn't muscular but rather toned. Jeongguk stayed quiet as Taehyung washed his smaller more petite framed body, the sweet smell of Taehyung and the body wash wafting in the air. Jeongguk eyes dropped a little lower, just catching the tiniest glimpse of Taehyung.

He swatted his eyes away before he could catch a better look. Face feeling more hot than ever, it wasn't because of the steaming hot water.

His breath shook as he felt Taehyung's hand reach his lower back, his long slender fingers had barely, just barely, brushed against his bottom. Taehyung took his hands away and placed him under the water, washing away all the soap. "All done." He said, kissing Jeongguk's plump lips for a couple seconds.

"Thank y-you." Jeongguk mumbled, feeling a little shy. "My turn now." He said, squeezing the body wash into his tiny palm. Beginning to wash Taehyung's body, he smiled when he felt the others hands hold onto his waist gently.

"You're body is toned." He said quietly, his voice becoming a bit bigger as it bounced off the walls of the shower. Taehyung chuckled, "I work out sometimes with Namjoon." He replied, his hand gently massaging Jeongguk's sides.

Jeongguk smiled with a little laugh falling out from his lips, his hands going down to Taehyung's midriff,
"Don't work out too much, you'll get too muscular." He said earning a laugh from Taehyung. The older smiled widely, "You don't like the idea of me being muscular?" He asked.

Jeongguk gave a little a giggle,
"I do! But guys who are all muscle aren't my type. It's too weird for me." He answered, laughing. Taehyung raised his eyebrow, "Oh yeah? Then what is your type?" He teased, pinching Jeongguk's waist making him jump a bit.

The smaller boy rolled his eyes playfully, "He has to be taller than me. Super handsome too and he has to have a car so he can drive me wherever I want to go." He replied making Taehyung scoff and roll his eyes playfully back at him. Jeongguk giggled, "But being serious, he's nice and respectful. Listens to me when I'm sad, holds me as if I'm the most precious thing to him, he understands me and my pain, he's very sweet with his actions and words. And most importantly, he's someone I can call home. Where no matter how bad of a day I have, I can just come home and him being there just makes me happy and loved." Jeongguk finished, smiling a bit as he rinsed the soap off of Taehyung.

"I'm jealous of your dream guy." Taehyung stated earning a laugh from Jeongguk. He smiled up at him, "It's you, silly. You're my type." Jeongguk replied, giggling.

Taehyung's eyes widened but melted into that warm color of chocolate with specks of gold. He smiled softly and leaned down, capturing Jeongguk's lips in his, stunning the smaller boy. Jeongguk stood there for a second, being caught off guard, but soon melted into the love felt kiss. Slowing wrapping his hands around Taehyung's neck, his fingers knotting themselves into his sandy brown locks.

He smiled into the kiss, their lips moving slow and lovingly in sync. The smell of the shampoo and body wash filling the air as they pressed up against each other. Their noses brushed one another as they kissed feverishly.

Jeongguk felt hot and dizzy. And it wasn't because of the steaming hot water dripping down his back.

It was the touch of Taehyung's hands on his bare naked skin.

Each touch burned his silk skin red.

The thoughts and scenarios running through his head like the water falling down on him made him burn even more.

-

Jeongguk giggled as Taehyung dried his hair with a towel. Making sure to not leave his hair soaking wet. Taehyung ruffled his damp hair, placing the towel on his desk chair to dry. Jeongguk plopped down onto the bed, waiting for Taehyung to come lay down next to him so they could get in some quality cuddle time.

"Tae?" Jeongguk called out, catching his lovers attention who was currently drying his hair. Taehyung hummed, prompting Jeongguk to go on, "Taesung was asking me a lot of questions about us earlier..." He said, his fingers fiddled with the blanket nervously, "He asked me if I thought we would get married one day. Do you think we'll get married?" Jeongguk asked as Taehyung sat down on the bed.

Taehyung chuckled deeply, smiling,
"He asked you that?" He asked, Jeongguk nodding as his answer. Taehyung only smiled sweetly,
"We'll have our answer to that question when we get married." He replied, leaning over and gently placed a kiss onto Jeongguk's forehead.

Jeongguk blushed, shying away into the blanket as Taehyung turned off the lights and later down next to him. He snuggled up against the older, wanting to bask in the warmth of one another. He sighed happily, feeling Taehyung's arm wrap around his waist to pull him closer.

Jeongguk could hear the faint sound of Taehyung's heartbeat. He wondered if Taehyung could hear his too. "Your heart is beating fast." Jeongguk mumbled against his chest. Taehyung laughed a little, kissing the top of his head.

"It's because of you."

Jeongguk smiled a little, feeling his own heart fasten, "Me? Why may that be?" He asked, looking up at Taehyung who was already looking down at him. Taehyung smiled at him. That goddamned smile that made Jeongguk's heart do backflips.

"Because I like you a lot."

"I must like you a lot too because you just made my heartbeat faster than it was before."

Jeongguk giggled cutely as Taehyung kissed his lips. Capturing them beautifully with his. He let himself be kissed by Taehyung. Kissing back with this certain feeling rushing through his veins. As the kiss ended, he looked into Taehyung's ever so sweet chocolate golden eyes. He felt safe. Like after wandering for so many years being lost, he had found his way home.

He wondered two things that night as he fell asleep in his lovers embrace.

Is this how it felt to love someone?

More importantly, is this how it felt to be loved?

Jeon Jeongguk and Kim Taehyung didn't know how to love or what it felt like to be loved.

But if they had to take a guess, this is what love was to them.
