Fixing Time (Marty x Reader)

Before we start, I wanna thank @ehnadeau_ for the idea this little oneshot is based on, secondly I wanna apologize for taking so long with the updates. If you have any ideas on what I can write about for a character let me know, pm me them if you have any!

Your POV

"Hey, Marty?" I asked as I waved my hand over to him to try and grab him to get his attention.

"Yeah? What is it?" he asked as he turned his head, his brown hair flopping a little as he stopped moving. Looking over at him my (e/c) eyes met his blue ones.

"Has there always been grahfitti on the Lyon Estate signs?" I asked as we had walked through them. Deciding that I would crash on his couch after we got back to our time, since I lived on the other side of town and it was easier than driving all the way over.

"Maybe? I haven't really thought about it." he said as we got up to his house. Walking over to the gate that was to the left of the front door, he went to push it open, only for it to not budge. Raising a brow as he turned he saw a padlock that was keeping the gate closed. He glanced at me for a second as we shared a confused look.

"I thought you guys always kept that gate open." I said as we both jumped the fence. Hopping back down and wiping my hands off on my pants, he nodded. "It's always been unlocked since we moved in here. It was so I can get back inside without waking up the whole house." he said. Getting to his room window he opened it and jumped inside and I was about to follow before there was screaming.

Hearing a few things getting smashed and Marty yelling with panic in his voice. Running to the side of the house for the gate, I jumped it just as Marty was getting out of the house and running towards the Lyons Estate signs. Following him as I chased him down, I grabbed his vest as I shook him, getting his attention.

"Marty what the hell happened?" I asked. He shook his head as he tried to catch his breath. "That, wasn't my house. A guy tried to take my head off with a damn bat!"  he said as I let him go. Watching as he ran his hands through his hair I sighed gently.

"We should go find Doc, hopefully he knows what's going on." I said and he nodded. Making our way back into town we got over towards Doc's house, we knocked on the door only for it to slide open and we were met with the usual wide eyes that Doc had.

"We gotta talk." he said as he grabbed us and pulled us inside. Einstein whined about his bed being turned over before Doc could speak. "I'm sorry Einey, the lab is in an awful, awful mess." he said before he turned it upside right and patted it so the old boy could lay down. Rubbing his head and his ear as I got closer to him I looked at his eyes as he looked at me before huffing.

"What is going on, Doc?" Marty asked and Doc sighed gently. "We're in some kind of alternate 1985. Biff stole the Almanac and then went to some point in time, and changed it, making us skew off into this alternate timeline where Marty doesn't live at Lyon Estates, and this happened to me." he said before he held up a newspaper that had a picture of him getting put into an asylum.

Taking it I looked it over for a second before groaning. "Apparently Biff had put you in the asylum after he got enough money and showed everyone that you're apparently a quack scientist." I said as I read through the article.

"How do we figure out what time he went to and changed the timeline?" Marty asked and we both looked at Doc. He thought for a moment and I went back to reading. "We could always ask him, and see what he says. He lives in the Biff Tower that's in the middle of town." I said as I put the newspaper on top of the rest of them that were on the floor.

Turning to look at Doc and Marty as they looked at each other. "I should never have made that infernal time machine." he mumbled before we got in the car and he dropped us off a couple blocks away from the tower. He rolled the window down for a moment and looked up at us. "I'm going to go to the library and see if I can find anything on how Biff got all the money. You two go see if you can get Biff to tell you what year he got the almanac." he said.

Nodding gently we went towards the tower to get inside. Only for Marty to end up getting jumped and hauled back upstairs, and I was manhandled up there. This version of Biff is more dickish than he used to be, and since he owns the police they ignore him when he hits on under age girls.

Looking at Marty as he was out cold I sighed gently before moving some hair from his face. He was going to have one hell of a headache tomorrow. "Why do you hang out with that loser?" I heard as I turned to look at Biff. Standing up slowly as he opened a bottle of liquor and got himself a drink. Leaning on the counter as I looked at him.

"You're right, I should probably  just drop him, and go for a more mature man." I said as I stepped a little closer to him. He smirked as he caught on. I batted my eyes at him as I fought the urge to throw up in my mouth. This was going to give me nightmares for the next couple of months.

"Glad you've finally come to your senses." he said as I looked at him. "Though of course, I'll have to ditch Lorraine and her three dead beat kids." he said and sipped his drink. Nodding gently as I looked at him for a second, I hummed gently and leaned on the counter a little more. "When did you two get married?" I asked as I looked at him.

"We got married after her first husband, George got shot and died." he said. Feeling my heart pound a little in my chest, I glanced at Marty quickly. "Did they ever find out what happened?" I asked and he smiled and gave a chuckle.

"They were never able to match the gun with the bullet that killed him." he said as he walked off towards his office. I followed as I wanted more information. We needed to know how to fix the alternate time line.

"How did you get all this money anyway? It had to come from somewhere." I said and he hummed gently. "Some old guy showed up on the night of the school dance and told me that there was this book that I could use to always win any jockey race or game I wanted. I asked him what the catch was, and he said there wasn't one, that I just had to do it. He did also tell me, that some bright eyed kid would show up or a quack scientist would try and get it from me." He paused for a second before he looked at me and pulled a small revolver out of his safe along with the almanac.

"Though he never said a girl would show up to ask about it." he said as he pulled the hammer back. I had grabbed the match pack while he was turned around, after he looked at me and pointed the gun at me, I grabbed the holder they were on before i threw it like a frisbee, he ducked and I booked it for the elevator door.

Yelling for Marty I had found him already awake. With Biff running after us he pushed the button for the elevator and we both went up the stairs and got into it just before they closed. Going down to the lobby, we panted gently.

"We have to go back to the night of the school dance. That's when Old Biff gave Young Biff the almanac." I said as the door opened. Running down the street we went to go find Doc. There was a lot to do before we could fix this mess.
