Not requested, and also another thing I found of the internet because I'm lazy. This one is probably going to be a lot shorter than the rest of the oneshots I've been doing, but it's going to be just as cutely hilarious. Yes, it's another Kabbi - because why the heck not?

Today was extremely boring. 

At least, to Abby it was. 

She'd been wandering around the house doing nothing for almost fifteen minutes, knowing very well that there were plenty of things for her to do; but she didn't feel like doing any of them. Falte was in the kitchen cooking dinner, Shintaro was in the boys' room tidying up with Chase, Linda was on the floor reading, and Kai was busying himself by sitting on the couch and doodling in a journal. 

He looked really focused as Abby walked by, leaving a smile on her face. His focused expression was furrowed eyebrows and a thin mouth, which made him look like he was down to his last string of patience sometimes. 

Abby decided to be a jerk and annoy him.

Because what else was there to do?

Besides, it was fun to see her boyfriend flustered. 

Sighing dramatically, Abby flopped over the arm of the couch, her elbows propped against the cushion beside the arm and her hands on her chin. She looked admiringly up at Kai, who paid her no attention. 

"Kai?"

No response. When he was focused on something, he either didn't hear anything that was going on around him, or he purposely completely ignored everything that was going on around him. 

"Sweetheart?" Abby tried, knowing that calling him pet names would get his attention. 

If it did, he didn't give it to her. 

Pouting, Abby tried again. "Baby?" 

Nothing.

"Babe?" 

Not even a glance.

"Honey?" 

This time, Abby noticed his eyebrows twitch a little, which meant that he was simply choosing to ignore her. He knew that she knew that when he was focused, he didn't want anything distracting him. 

He knew that she knew that she was being a jerk.

But still, he didn't turn to her. 

"Sweetie?" 

"What the heck are you doing?" Chase's voice asked from behind her, making her jump a little. 

"Trying to get my boyfriend to look at me," Abby replied cheerfully without looking behind her. 

Still, Kai did nothing but draw.

"LoVe oF mY lIfE?" Abby said desperately, warbling her voice weirdly and making Chase break into a fit of laughter behind her. 

Kai pursed his lips in annoyance but didn't look up.

"KAI!" Abby yelled loudly this time.

"AAAAAAAHH WHAT?!!" Kai finally cried in exasperation, dropping his pencil and flinging his arms out at his sides, jerking his head up to look at her with wide, annoyed eyes. 

Abby didn't reply at first, letting a slow, wide smile crawl across her face as she blinked at Kai. Finally, she said, "Love you." 

"I LOVE YOU TOO IS THAT ALL?" Kai said exasperatedly. 

"Yep!" Abby confirmed with a nod.

"SERIOUSLY-"
