The sight of a little girl was mythical as her remaining bandages on her shoulders and other limbs floated beautifully like a goddess, her silver hair glisten under the pale moonlight. She was nothing look like any person they ever saw except her gentle smile like a mother when she just a little girl nothing more than a teenager. 

Hearing she questioning their presence bring out the leader of the party as he step out and kneel down before her, Selena can see his soul was bright yellow mix with red like torchlight on the night, she could feel the sincerity warmness from this man that she decide to loose up her defence. 

"I apologized if we disturbing your night young lady, my name Dylan Osbor, the leader of this group. " He respectfully introduces himself. "Today when we the adventurer had finally finish our noble quest, we had no choice to flee into this forest due to Dire Wolf ambush attack. "

There is no deception gleam in his soul, Selena stare through his face and Dylan could feel her gaze staring through his soul. However, Selena smile softly and look at the remaining party silently, every of the new souls color amazes her each time. 

" Dylan Osbor, as you can see, I'm blind, but can you tell me all of your friends name?"  Selena said. She interested to know all of this kind of people she will be having to meet. "Oh, and how do they look like too. " 

Dylan look upward to her with widen eyes, usually in this situation, the first thing you supposed to ask is that to know what do they want, but instead, this little girl wanted to know them like meeting a new friend. Maybe because she is living alone in this forest is the reason she want to breaking ice with them, or maybe another unknown reason. 

"Yes! yes! I want to go first!" The Siren jump in eager to introduce herself first, "Hello! My name is Dianalivea Forschea Gruv, but you can call me Diana!"

"She is rare Sirens race with ability to walk on earth and she has deep blue ocean wavy hair and pair of yellow eyes. She is the tallest than any lady around here, if I may have to say so. " Dylan decide to describe for the young one. 

"Oh my, I'm not that tall okay?" Diana find his joke a little bit to much that she ended up pouting with her fin like ears flapping agrily. "But anyway, can I hear you singing again? Its beautiful song I ever heard since I left the ocean."

"Oi, cut the slack would ya, it's my turn, Yo, little one--I mean, O the great one, I am Tia Vivium Tir Og, call me Tia. I'm just a normal wood elf, if you want to hear me humbly call myself like that."

"It's still sound rude to me though, " Dylan murmured. " She have same height as my shoulder and have a golden platinum hair in ponytail, pointy ears and a ranger in our party."

Selena again gaze through duo's souls, one was glowing like a gentle in the deep deep sea ocean and another like dawn-lit in the dark forest, like a firefly honestly. She secretly laughed at both of partner argue like children when she can clearly see that both of them are bond like an old friend. She may envy them a bit.

" Umm, hi. my name is Betty and this is my brother Bern, it's pleasure to meet you." A voice of young one that seem have social awkwardness.

" They are the twin, both of them has black hair and they are mage in our group." Dylan was about to continue to describe it further 

"One of you seem uncomfortable, are you alright dearie?" Selena notice one of the soul from the twin seem tremble in fear like a shaking flame of the candle that was about to put out. Just before Selena decide to reach them out, the soul that trembling like a candle suddenly burst out with the hatred intent, like a warning sign of not trying to approach them carelessly. 

"Bern...?" The sister glance back to see her twin frowning looks, the little mage boy body trembling in fear while still setting his widen eyes on Selena. His hands grip around his staff like his life depend on it. There was something disturbing beyond little girl appearance, why does everyone did not notice her yet, her presence that deceive her disguise. 

"...My name is Bern." He replied, decide to pretend of before his discomfort getting notice. Unfortunately, Selena could see it, no matter what. That soul was trembling and shaking, slowly growing sickly. Just what in the world this boy had to fear at this blind girl for? Selena only tilt her head in response. 

There was awkward silent at first, but Selena insist Dylan to introduced the remaining party.

"I am Ferrigan Ortho,I am dwarf  and not that old unlike this arrogant lass elf."

" Greeting, little young one, my name is Vern Newtar. May goddess bless you." the priest give a bow to her despite knowing she was unable to see.

Twitching at the 'goddess' word, she nearly about to dropped her smile as she begin to feeling hatred from that religious word. But to minding her manner, she just zipped her mouth and bow 90 degrees respectfully. 

"Pleasure to meet you, my name is Selena." She said with smile still on her face, a child with a noble like mannerism brought some of them a rather strange thought as they feel that they were seeing a rather mature woman instead the opposite.

" I see everyone had a bloodbath, would you like to take a bath?" Selena said. Still smelling the reek of blood coming from them, there was pond connected to the river specially made for her, maybe they should take it turn by gender. 

Everyone especially ladies in the group could not even more happier with her offering as they jump with victory. After telling the girls the direction of the bath place leading by fairies, she turn at the remaining males that akwardly still stood in front of her cottage,

"I guess it will be rude not to invite all of you in. Come along dear travelers, but please clean the dirt on your soles before you enter." She kindly told them as she enter the door first while using her hand to find the wall of her house, the males adventurers enter with her permission after they rub their shoes soles on the welcome rug. 

Inside the cottage are very dark but somehow less darken when Selena whispered some spell to cast some spell in the fireplace, everyone in the party were very surprised to see a young child was able to cast a spell beside living alone in the fearful rumor of The Lost Forest. 

"....Please have a seat," Selena gesture the male party sit on the couch which could only filled 2 or 3 people so some of them like Vent and Bern just decide to roaming around the living room with Selena still sitting inside a seat that took a shape of coccon with a hole to fit her in, her legs dangling calmly while keeping her eyes on each of the new light souls roaming around her home. For the first 5 years, she finally meet people of this world again, thankfully she already learn a lot of status of this world and fully grasped every common sense she need to know. 

The humans unite with many other races in order to against their main enemy, however, certain of them did not entirely have a good relationship in case of connection that probably due to their previous history or perhaps the cultures themselves. But seeing many kind of races in one party brought her curiousity as she observes how exactly their relationship turn to be. Will it be relationship form by friendship? trust ally? economy transaction? It can be numorous kind of reason if she know each of their opinion later.

The sound of crackling in fireplace resound together with Bern flipping the book he found on the shelve, it seem the young boy mage finally calm itself by shifting his attention to the treasure he found. Selena wonder which book did he read, after all, she nearly read all of them this past 3 years in the cottage. What studious one, Selena smile at his soul that once look like candle, brimming brightly like a sunshine after the storm. 

While Selena still staring at the boy, Vent leaned against wall beside window, watching Selena quietly as if he want to observe every of her action that seem out of place. During his self introduction, she seem about to burst with negative energy just as his turn was done. He wouldn't care if that burst was resembled like a cute throwing tantrum child, but a child with heavy bloodlust even for a second are beyond normal. 

He began to wonder what wrong did he do during introduction, the leader Dylan Osbor had his eyes roaming around the welcoming living room, it was normal at the same times abnormal to be exist in this deadly forest, he glance at Selena that swing her petite fully bandages legs. There seem to be a story beneath those bandages, it she hurt that badly that she had to cover nearly her whole body. But instead asking her wound, he was way more curious at certain thing.

"Excuse me if I may be rude, but are you truly blind?" Dylan the first one to ask directly, Selena dropped her smile with expressionless one but then lift the edge of her lips again silently. The room was completely silent with only fire crackling, the remaining party are also curious, because while she seem to be unable to see anything, they could feel her gaze peering through themselve that they could not ignore it easily.

"I am blind at your psychical existance, but not the light of your soul."  She smiled. They all stare at her with disabelief expression, while the dwarf began to scratch his rough braided bear, Bern contemplating something while holding his chin thinking at how is it possible. Neverthless, Selena doesn't need to understand judging by their soul of light brim dimmer as if it was shrouded by their doubtless. 

And again, like when she had explained to her Ao, she gave an example so they can really understand about at how she can perceived her surroundings. However, she only left a little bit tiny detail of where her source of her sight came from, which it was feathers necklace hidden beneath her clothe. 

"Is that so," Dylan finally gave in the thought as he also amazed at such discovery he had learn today. "Then how about your real eyes?" 

"Hmmm~ I wonder what happened? Would you like to guess?" Selena smiled, left them in worry to answered insensitive way. 

However among the group, there was a person willing or maybe purposely to reply that everyone turn back to see Bern with overshadow expression.

"Your eyes....got burn away." Bern said grimly.

Selena who was in calm mood suddenly froze, staring at the boy for a while with no smile trance on her lips. Dylan and Vent noticed the atmosphere change, could it be true?

"Bern, what are you saying? Burn away?"

The young boy mage did not answer and just simply look away without notice the bandages around Selena shoulders unwrapped, exposed her still mortifying burn from the past, the floating bandages straightly flew away directly to Bern that everyone shout at him frantically.

Bern unable to react as the bandages wrapping around his body and then lift his feet from the ground toward her. Everyone inside the room grab the weapon that they emergency left in underneath their clothes, they also did not dare to make a reckless move judging by Selena peaceful air around her. 

"Selena-san, let go of my friend." Dylan said with daggers in counter attack mode, he never thought his question might lead into this kind circumstances, Bern unable to turn away his gaze from Selena solemn face. 

"Ara, pardon me a bit," Selena then just smile while cover her mouth as she turns at the remaining people who hold the weapon toward her. " It's alright fairies, they are not enemies. No splatter party today, okay?"

They turn to where Selena were talking as they see the windows were covered with fairies that finally show their really wild side as their straight lines of sharp teeth gnashing and snarled at the party with their hostile instinct. After Selena told them of, they stop being wild but still those sharp teeth still hanging wide open as they staring at the male party from behind the glasses.

All of them gulp at the horryfying view, if they were indeed began to attack the little bandages girl, they will a taste of fairy wrath that did not only consist curse spell, but also their strenght of maw. It was their first seeing beautiful mythical creature finally show their darkside.  

"I will not cause your friend even a scratch, I'm just excited..." She said while turn back at Bern. "Tell me, child. Did you witness me while I was burn alive?"

Bern who was actually taller than her, tremble by her smile and the way tone she was relay in his own point of view. Everyone was speechless by her statement, however it broke when the door was slam open with the girls that just come out from the bath and an elf was somersaulting with a bow pulled toward Selena mainly, while the remaining girl such as Diana and Betty stood behind her with a shocking gasp expression. 

"Bern!" Betty yelled and then gasp even more as she witnessing the frightening burning scar along Selena shoulders.  "It's you, the witch..."

She fell down on her knees while backing away despite ignoring the dirt she got herself to. Her mind flew back to the past when the twin stay inside the house, watching the burning stake from their window. They were still a child, unable to pertaining the thought of why their folks consider burning a girl on the pole is a great honor, they only quietly watching with their town cheers happily while the girl on the pole scream painfully.

But however, everything come to an end when the same witch girl step out from fire, burning from the remaining flame, and at that moment, the world was shaking and the twin who inept ability to feel the magic can feel the insidious amount of mana from the witch one. It as if she was screeching her anger to the sky that the earth also felt the termor. The sky was getting dimmer and dimmer while watching some of the town's houses crumbling, the cheer turn into screaming of demise. People were unable to running around easily as they unable to keep stay on their feet, the twins huddle each other under the window, scared at everything that was about to happened. 

But a few quite moment later, a beast screeching echoes across the sky with a strong gust of wind that also bring another overpower presence of mana. People of the town in panic state even more, however thankfully it was end peacefully after a while. Rumor had said that the Deity had come visit and pouring the curse over their town because of their lacking of honor deeds. Unfortunately the twins had different idea, the town had just done something terribly wrong that both of them had to realize the meaning behind of it. The beast mana was not match compared with the witch they burned. 

"Bern, do you think the witch will come back to avenge here?" 

"I don't know, but we saw the witch burned, so there is no way she can be heal that easily or perhaps if she could stay alive."

While they were discussing the certain thing, the door suddenly bang open as their mother went toward them with a panic stricken on her face. Telling them to carry all the packages she had brought together as they left the house and then left the village. As they were entering the forest which was out from village area and also a rural part of place that no one ever dare to enter except the twin family. While the twins were wondering at a sudden decision to leave their home and entering into the forest, the ground at the village form thunders of crack, running through the ground they were about to step as the cracks immediately open and then swallow many unfortunate victims that coincedently having a stroll in this beautiful morning.

That is when the twins realize, a witch mana they heard last time was not also delivered her hatred toward the world, but also curse them to live in demise as long that vengefulness seeping inside her soul. 

But here they are, after escaping from the land of curse and living normally for 5 years later. A fateful meeting with the same burning stake girl.

"We watch and flee away after that time, we knew the village it's going to get destroyed after you put the curse upon it" Betty said trembling way, "Please let go of him, we sorry we did not do anything to save you!"

"Of course you can't do anything, you guys are just a child back then." Selena break the tension with straight forward remark that everyone seem doesn't know how to respond.

The bandages finally brought Bern down to his feet, however the boy was too stiff that he cannot stand well. Selena turn away from him with her remaining floating bandages, slithering back to her burning skin.

"But you just can't help but feel shred of anger about it." She said with pain sound deeply in her words.

Thinking this atmosphere rather ruined because her sudden childish tantrum, she kick out all those males to go and take a bath this time, reasoning she would not let her cottage smell  because of them.

When the only remaining women left, Selena want them to help her cook for their meal and hopefully leave the forest as soon as possible.

She clap her hands as the fire from the stove ignite itself, and the once cold kitchen was now warm by her presence. It was awkward at first with their knowledge of knowing her resentment toward the twin, however, just in case they did not thought Selena might put poison in their food, she brought the ladies over to cook for their own party themselves.

"Tiana Tir Og, are you fine with meal consist chicken or beef broth?"Selena said while holding small tester plate to taste her beef stew, the elf reply with positive reply which she actually lied according the elf green lies soul. She chuckles while letting her bandages creeping out to reach the kitchen behind door. "Go take some carrot, pumpkin, cabbage and turnips."

"But, you already made a lot of food, Miss Selena.." Tia fluster by the thought of the witch to cook even more, however Selena still insist while giving her remark.

"You know the witch is good at sensing someone desire. Fortunately it was only food I sensing." Selena chuckle at the elf that almost flare with embarrassment as she quickly get out while not forgetting to take the basket from the table.

The males still washing their filthy bloody stain body, they still cannot forget the spine chilling moment exude from the child or maybe a witch. And the most the pang of guilty that eating inside someone are only their leader that was sigh in depression.

"I'm really shouldn't have ask that kind of question...." Dylan let out another breath of exhausation.

"It's not your fault captain, " Bern replied while shake his dripping soaked hair. "I already notice her existance, but I did not want her to expect us me and my sister the reason of her misery. But I guess my mouth is really have no reign too----"

Then Bern suddenly fell into silent that everyone look over him with confused look. Their eyes also widen at the sight nearby them, it was astonishing and yet hard to believe they will be able to see with their own eyes.

While the boys were having talk, there was a pair of slit yellow eyes of a blue baby dragon peeking over them upon the stone that has a trigger of fish net trap.

Without any slightest thing to say anything for them, the little dragon push the handle trigger with it's tail like a cat accidently push the objects on the table.

And immediately like a flash moment, the boys realize...they were hauled out from the pond like the fish while they were still Stark naked inside of it.

At the same time when this thing were happen, the elf who has brought the vegatble, unfortunately had to witness this vulgar scene and scream for her virgin eyes that stain by the view.

"FOR TIR NA OG SAKEEEEE!!! MY INNOCENCE EYE!!!"
