Search for Wooshik continued even though days had passed by....  Yoongi was totally enraged...he had gathered all his soldiers and would have definitely fired them if not for Namjoon's timely intervention

Tae woke up after some hours and was fine but no one found the courage to talk to him about the incident... Afterall what will they even ask him..that why he tried to sacrifice himself?? No they can't ask him that and they know very well why...

The whole palace was shaken up...even Daewoong and Nayeon who were at Aramis returned back as soon as they heard what happened...

Jimin and Jin took turns in looking after their Luna till he woke up

And Jungkook he was the walking talking form of what is known as Rage... Eleanor was always known to be the most powerful kingdom with the most eligible and skilled army ..then why are they not able to catch a mere rogue? And to be honest the all mighty and powerful Trueblood of Eleanor was shaken to the core...he couldn't find it in himself to erase the image of Taehyung trying to give his soul even though he hadn't seen it...his scared human form was slowly submitting to the trueblood who won't hold back from pouncing on anyone

Taehyung had somehow convinced all of them that he is fine and he will be careful from now onwards but Jungkook was too angry to even listen to him... Taehyung felt bad because never in his life has Jungkook not talked to him...he knows its because of stress but Jungkook needs to calm down first if he really needs to find a solution

But what got Tae's attention the most was that his Hobi hyung who would always follow him around... blabbering about anything and everything..was now too silent..he didn't even come to give his goodnight kiss on his head which he was terribly missing... at first he thought it was because the elder got scared because he knows how much important he is for Hobi and he is damn sure that Hobi will literally die if something happens to him...but when he saw the way Hobi was acting around Jungkook too..he understood that it's not just fear of loosing him that is making Hobi behave like this... He tried to ask Jimin about this but instead Jimin aksed him to just take rest and he can worry about everything else after that...

Taehyung's patience was now running out... He had tried to talk to Hobi  but he was avoiding anykind of direct conversation with him...he was always there to protest Tae.. accompanying him if steps out of the chamber..So earlier Tae had decided to try his luck once more and asked Hobi to come sit with him...  But the reply he got shook him to the core cz his hyung who loved to call him his Taebear called him Luna! Now that's it Tae can't hold back anymore

' I'll make Jiminie hyung tell the truth' Taehyung thought determined as he almost went into Jimin's chamber but stopped when he heard him talking..he slowly peeked inside to see Jimin sitting beside Hobi who hand his head low

' Hobi hyung... You don't have to take whatever he said to your heart' Jimin said holding onto Hobi's hand

' It's fine Jimin ah...' Hobi said raising his head

A light gasp left Tae's mouth when he saw the red puffy eyes of his Hobi hyung

'No hyung... It's not... Its not your fault that that fucker came here...  It was not because of you that Tae had to face all these... If someone is to be blamed them we all are equally responsible..even That stupid trueblood who never thinks before he speaks..so please don't be sad because of him...'

Jungkook said something to him? Taehyung frowned

' Tae al-almost gave up his soul..and I was n-not there to protect' Hobi's voice broke

' Hyung ' Jimin sighed...he retracted his hand from Hobi's arm ' If.... If I hadn't made it out alive...then Yoongi hyung wouldn't have had to mark me..and would have accepted you as your mate....' Jimin said hanging his head low

Taehyung saw the way Hobi was shaking his head vigorously..silently asking Jimin to stop... What is he even saying? What's wrong with Jiminie'

' Jimin ah no' Hobi pleaded but Jimin paid him no attention

' If you had became his mate.. then Jungkook wouldn't have told you all that...he wouldn't have hurt you like this hyung....if I was not there then Jungkook wouldn't have called you a mere guard of our luna'

Taehyung felt his heart drop to his stomach when he heard what Jimin said G-guard? Luna??

' Hyung You yourself asked for that position...but we never saw you like that... you are our hyung..a part of our fam-' Jimin couldn't complete what he was saying when he heard the door close... He immediately stood up opening it only to find Taehyung rushing away...

Hobi shot up from his seat as soon as he heard Jimin calling out

' This is bad...he shouldn't have heard that...Jimin ah.. come' Hobi said leaving

Jungkook Namjoon and Yoongi were currently in the office room discussing something when the door burst opened and Taehyung walked in

' What are you doing here?' Jungkook frowned looking at Tae who was void of any emotion

' Why can't I be here? Am also the King...or as you call it...Luna?' Taehyung asked walking close...

Namjoon and Yoongi visibly fliched at the cold tone of the younger but Jungkook remaind stoic as his anger and fear had already blinded him....

' Sure' Jungkook turned back towards Yoongi as he spoke up ' So you are saying that someone from our army is working with Wooshik?'

' I think so Jun-'

' You think?' Yoongi was harshly cut off by Jungkook's hard voice

Taehyung stared at his mate... This is not the Jungkook he knows..this is not his Koo whom he loves...this was the ruthless trueblood who knew no relations...no boundaries... instead just anger and enemies

' You think that? ' He raised his voice pulling Tae harshly out of his thoughts.... He saw the way hurt flashed in Yoongi's eyes. 'You are the one who took in all of them and you think that they are fucking betraying us? You are the head of the military for a reason-'

' Jungkook calm down...its no-' Namjoon spoke up only to be cut off by Jungkook's loud voice

' Am not fucking talking to you!'

' Stop fucking cursing at my hyungs!' Taehyung's voice boomed through the room his eyes turning blue and a silver spark ran down his hand and neck

Jimin and Hobi came running in

' You can't talk to them like that!' Taehyung said with finality ' Don't forget that these are the people who raised us Jungkook!'

' You can't tell me what to do' Jungkook spat

' I can and I will because am your mate and the Luna of this pack...and it's my responsibility to make sure that my people are given the respect they deserve!' Taehyung said taking a step closer...the room suddenly felt cold and suffocating as he continued ' And if you are so irked with it..then reject me Ian-'

' Taehyung!' Jungkook looked at him with wide doe eyes... He seemed like he was out of his daze...the trueblood in him subsiding as Taehyung's Jungkook dominated 'You can't say that'

Taehyung saw the way tears brimmed in his favorite pair of eyes

' Hyungs.... ' Taehyung looked at his hyungs who nodded leaving them both alone... closing the door behind

' What happened to you Koo?' Taehyung asked cupping his mate's cheeks..his eyes wandering over the Trueblood's face who was now crying ' That was not you'

' Am..Am scared' The trueblood hiccuped making Taehyung's heart break into a million pieces ' I thought I lo-lost you... you lo-looked so pale...and was unconscious...Wooshik-Yo-you ga-gave your soul-'

Taehyung smashed his lips on to the Trueblood's.. kissing him harshly...he bit his lower lip making the trueblood groan in pain...both of them cringing at the metallic taste.. Taehyung kept on deepening the kiss till their lungs screamed for air..

Taehyung reluctantly pulled back... wiping off the string of salive connecting them ' Am here...'

Jungkook looked at him with his sparklinging eyes

' Am still here Koo... Alive' Taehyung said looking at his dark orbs ' I know I scared you... But I can't even imagine someone else claiming me Koo.... I couldn't even link you at that time... I felt so disgusted... I couldn't think of anything else..am sorry but don't punish yourself for that Koo....'

Jungkook just pulled Taehyung closer hugging him.. ' I was soo scared... Phoenix was taking over and I couldn't control him...my trueblood side was going overboard and I...'

' Hey... it's ok.... it's not your fault' Taehyung caressed his cheeks ' Now calm down....am with you'

' I had no control over anything Tae... Hyungs... I behaved badly with them... I could have controlled my trueblood side...I could have prevented it from dominating me I-'

' Kookiee.... It's ok...its still not late... You can apologize to them' Taehyung smiled softly

' You won't' Taehyung smiled ' And I promise you Koo this will be the first and last time you would be seeing me anywhere near death' Taehyung promised as Jungkook just nuzzled close...but little did they know that some promises are meant to be broken

All of them stood straight seeing the couple.. Jungkook stared at them for a while before walking towards Yoongi and Namjoon

' Hyung...am sorry for talking like that... I didn't have control over my wolf and..he just..am sorry' Jungkook lowered his head

' It's ok Jungkook ah' Yoongi spoke up ' We know how hard all this is for you.... Don't worry yeah? And also talk to us when you feel too stressed out...'

Jungkook nodded and slowly looked at Namjoon

' What? ' Namjoon asked making the younger blink ' Am forgiving you just because you are my son's mate or else I would have kicked your ass' .

Taehyung chuckled hearing that... Jungkook just threw him a cute glare before sighing

' Hobi hyung' Jungkook called not knowing what to say but stilled when Hobi spoke up

' Yes alpha' Hobi replied looking directly at Jungkook who looked like he had seen a ghost

Taehyung could feel Jungkook's distressed pheromones..he saw the way the trueblood tried to blink his tears off as he gulped

' Yaa' A loud voice came through making them flinch and pull back only to see a furious Jin ' How could you have a group hug without including me'

' Come here my handsome hyungiee' Yoongii said cutely making all of them burst out into laughs as they pulled Jin into the hug

Taehyung was roaming around the palace when he heard some maids giggling...He smiled seeing their happy faces and was about to go when he heard what they were talking about

' It's really different this time' One of the maids said

' Yeah and I really wish to visit the fare again' Another maid said giggling

Fare?? Taehyung's eyes lit up as he walked towards the group

' Luna' The maids bowed when they saw him

' Is there a fare in our village?' He asked excitedly making the maids coo at his cuteness

' Yes Luna...in the village of the west they are holding a small fare... to celebrate the harvest' The maids explained

' Okk' Taehyung smiled running away leaving the maids with heart eyes

' Aigoo he is soo cute...Alpha is so lucky to have him' The maid said as the other nodded

' Yoongii hyungiiee' Taehyung barged into the office room startling Yoongi and Hobi

' What are you upto now kid?' Yoongi sighed

' Hyungie..there is a fare going on in the village in the west...can we goo?' Taehyung asked showing his puppy eyes

Taehyung was sprawled on his bed like a starfish when the door to his chamber opened and scent of grapes filled the air

Taehyung just rolled on to his stomach and laid there

' What are you doing?'

He Heard the trueblood ask

' Oh..then these are of no use I guess'

Taehyung heard him saying as he saw some clothes falling on the bed..What are these? But before he could voice out his thoughts he felt himself being lifted off the bed like a puppy before being placed on to the Trueblood's lap

' I was thinking of taking you out to the fare..but since you don't want to talk to m-'

' You want to take me to the fare?' Taehyung had his bambi eyes wide open

' Wanted to... But now you don't want to talk to m-'

' Stop teasing me you stupid alpha' Taehyung slapped his arms ' But how did you know that I wanted to go?'

' I was going to meet Hobi hyung when I saw you leaving angrily...so I asked them' Jungkook replied

Jungkook leaned down and pecked the pout making the omega giggle cutely as he said ' Who is even going to take his permission?'

Taehyung felt a shiver run down his spine hearing the deep voice of the trueblood...he looked at the dark orbs before his eyes travelled down towards the luscious cherry lips... Both of them leaned in... almost joining their lips when they heard loud ringing of bell... Taehyung whipped his head towards the source of sound and a boxy smile instantly adorned his face as he took hold of the trueblood who was frozen in his place... dragging him towards the shop as he yelled 'Sweetss'

Jungkook laughed seeing the younger look at the wide varieties of sweets displayed in the shop

' Oh my moon goddess!' He exclaimed..eyes shining with excitement ' Can I buy all these?'

The old lady at the shop laughed seeing the excited boy not knowing that it's actually her Luna

' Yes son....you can if you have enough money' The lady said

' Koo' Taehyung looked at Jungkook who was looking at him lovingly

Jungkook nodded his head ' I have enough money...just give him whatever he wants'

Taehyung excitedly showed her all the sweets as the lady started taking all of it for him....

Jungkook was still staring at the boy when the lady spoke up

' Is he your mate son?' She asked..

' Yeah...' Jungkook smiled looking at the boy who was now munching on to the sweets

' He is so pretty' She said

' He is' Jungkook replied proudly

' You must love him so much... it's seen in your eyes' The lady continued..' I have seen this kind of love only in someone else's eyes'

The old lady looked at the path trailed by her head alpha...still processing everything that happened

Jungkook walked off to the next shop in search of Taehyung...a part of him getting scared not finding the omega when he heard a familiar giggle... Taehyung was with some pups... playing with them..as Jungkook approached them... about which Taehyung didn't even know...he continued to play with them as Jungkook adored him with affectionate eyes

' Kookiee...I too want pups' Taehyung said looking at his alpha as they walked back home

' Are you sure pup?' Jungkook teased

' Yaaa Don't tease me' He huffed as he stopped at the palace gates..hands crossed over his chest and a big pout on his lips

' Ok..ok.. we can have as many pups as you want my azure...we have a long life ahead..and am not going anywhere leaving you behind...so we can have pups when it's time...now let me love my pup as much as I want'

Taehyung's heart melted hearing the trueblood...he smiled as he looked at him only to have his heart skip a beat

Jungkook saw the way the younger's smile faltered..but before he could ask anything he heard a voice behind them

Jungkook laughed awkwardly as he turned around 'Oh Yoongi hyung'

' Do I know you?' Yoongi asked cocking a brow

Tae...on the count of three Jungkook linked him

1..2..3.. run Jungkook ran in leaving Taehyung gaping before he too followed him inside

' Yaa stop there' Yoongi yelled walking  in behind them laughing

Jin and Namjoon were discussing about something when they heard a loud voice

' Jin hyungg Namjoonie hyung' Jungkook shouted running in ' Save me'

Namjoon was ready to draw out his sword when he heard another voice

' You stupid alpha how could you leave me there like that! Seriously do you even love me?' Taehyung yelled making Jungkook stop on his tracks making him to stop

' No?' Jungkook poked his tongue out as he ran upstairs leaving Taehyung shocked who cursed under his breath before rushing upstairs

' What just happened? What are they even wearing?' Jin looked at Namjoon who just shrugged

A few weeks passed by after their fare expedition and the Wooshik fiasco...even though no one has forgotten it..they were not bringing it up and everything was moving calmly...

Taehyung and Jungkook were in the garden with Taehyung chattering and Jungkook..as usual... admiring his beauty when Yoongi walked in with Hobi

' Jungkook' He called grabbing the attention of the couple ' We have a council to attend now'

' Now?' Jungkook frowned but immediately straightened up when he saw the blank look on Yoongi who was looking at a seemingly tensed Taehyung 'Yeah right..I totally forgot about that...Baby I'll come quickly ok?'

' Ok Koo' Taehyung smiled

' Go fast Kook... I'll be here with Tae' Hobi said with a reassuring smile

Jungkook nodded as he left..but not before giving his azure a light peck on his head

Jungkook entered the throne room only to be met with a tense atmosphere...he saw Namjoon standing at the foot of the throne as all the counsel members stood up bowing to him

Yoongi went and stood beside Namjoon who looked on the verge of bursting out with rage

Jungkook sat down on the throne ' Is everything fine?'

' Yes alpha' The royal advisor stood up ' Everything is going well.... The guards on the pack borders are giving daily reports and nothing seemed suspicious.... The western parts had a very successful harvest unlike the past years..moon goddess has really blessed us in abundance this year and our markets are also expanding..' He explained

If everything is going this good... then why does Namjoon hyung look angry Jungkook thought

' But alpha... there is something we wanted to tell you'

Ah here it comes Jungkook nodded

' It's about our Luna' The royal advisor said

'Go on' Jungkook nodded...his face stoic and void of expression

' The fact that our Luna is a moon child...is not unknown to anyone...but there is also the fact that being a male omega and a Trueblood's mate tends to make him the weakest kind of werewolf... He isn't even capable of withstanding the lightest of pain a normal werewolf can handle....whereas a Luna..is someone who should be able to handle the whole pack if something happens... someone who is capable of being in the Frontline if they have to take part in the war...in our case if something happens...our priority will automatically shift to the protection of our luna instead of our subjects..which is not ideal'

By the time he stopped Namjoon was fuming...his hold around his sword getting tighter every passing minute...

' So..you are implying?' Jungkook asked...his voice calm

Namjoon looked at Jungkook shocked Why is he not reacting? He usually doesn't think twice before killing anyone who even raises their voice in front of Tae and now..... Is he considering to replace my Tae?...No no Namjoon Don't think like that.... Jungkook is not like the Truebloods who once existed... Jungkook is your own kid...you all raised him..he- Namjoon's thoughts broke when the royal advisor continued

' We need a new Luna' He said ' Our present luna can remain as your mate itself..if you want...but you can marry an alpha princess..or a prince of your liking who would be strong enough to carry out every duty a Luna has to carry out... Alpha I admit that our present Luna does every single duty perfectly but strength also matters right'

' Yeah sure' Jungkook nodded his head...

Namjoon looked bewildered..he almost took a step towards Jungkook but Yoongi held his hand.. asking him to calm down

' So alpha you agree?' The royal advisor asked with a wide smile as he was sure that Jungkook will agree to them

' Sure why not' Jungkook stood up ' If you all need a new Luna you are free to choose the one who suits the role....as in your opinion... When you find someone tell me about it... Taehyung and I will step down from the duties of the alpha and luna'

' Alpha?' The counsel members stood up... As Namjoon sighed in relief

' What?' Jungkook chuckled which came out as a dry airy sound ' You all wanted a new Luna..go on and find one...but along with that find a new alpha too because Jeon Ian Jungkook is not going to rule Eleanor if its not beside his mate and eternal love Jeon Taehyung...'
Jungkook's eyes turned red ' Taehyung has never failed in protecting anyone..nor will ever fail... He is the moon child because of whom Eleanor is what it is now..... Tell me when you find your new alpha'

' Alpha we need you' The royal advisor spoke up ' Please don't misunderstand m-'

' Misunderstand!!?' Jungkook's voice boomed through the walls ' How could you even talk about strength standing in Eleanor when all these years we have never judged anyone on the basis of their rank nor gender... strength is a big thing'

' Am sorry alpha' The advisor submitted ' I di-' didn't... want to say it..he lured me'

Jungkook's eyes darkened ' Who?'

The royal advisor just hung his head low.. Jungkook looked at Yoongi and Namjoon who immediately nodded as they came forward dragging the man away

' And for all those who wanted a new luna' Jungkook said looking straight at them ' If you can't respect your Luna don't even expect me to be your alpha... For as long as Eleanor has Jeon Ian Jungkook as its head alpha...it will have Jeon Taehyung as its Luna.. the council ends here' Jungkook yanks his blood red cloak back as he steps out of the throne room

All this while Hobi was in the garden looking at the omega who was now playing with some butterflies in the garden...after throwing a handful of tantrums on how long the concil was taking

Now he was after a butterfly which sat on a beautiful yellow flower as he moved slowly towards it...in an attempt to touch the winged creature

His royal blue cloak swayed with the wind as his fluffy hair bounced with each step. His tongue poked out of his pink lips with his brows furrowed in concentration.

' Taee'

The loud voice interuppted him making the butterfly to fly away

' Hyunggg' Taehyung turned around..the diamonds clad on the borders of the cloak shone under the sunlight... ' Why are you so loud Jiminie hyung?'

' Sorry my highness...but your king is here ' Jimin said smiling.

As soon as those words left his mouth Taehyung ran out of the garden leaving Jimin and a smiling Hobi behind as he ran through the hallways finally stopping in a huge hall

' Jungkook' He called out making the trueblood to turn around

' My azure' he extended his hands as Tae ran into his arms inhaling in his scent...

' I missed you' He mumbled snuggling close into those calming embrace as he closed his eyes

' Me too Tae' Jungkook whispered

' How did it go?' Taehyung asked still in his arms

' Useless....just a waste of time and my mood' Jungkook huffed 'let's go out'

' Where?'

' Come my luna' Taehyung giggled as he dragged him out

' Tell me where you are taking me?'

' Relax Taee..you will see soon'

' You are always like this you big bad wolfie' Taehyung huffed

' Oh aren't you the cutest' Jungkook pinched his cheeks making Tae all flustered

' Why are we here' Taehyung asked looking at the cave

' Don't you like this place?' The trueblood asked

' What are you doing pup' The man asked

' My azure' Jungkook pecked his forehead lovingly

Taehyung tried to scribble down but the only thing happened was his hands getting hurt

'I'll do it for you pup' He said as he bend a bit taking a dagger out from his boots. Taehyung looked at his mate who had a sweet smile on his face. Taehyung looked at the wolf pendent with the red stone hanging from his neck when he bend down
